This research aims to analyze the character values of the Punakawan wayang which then becomes a consideration for its use as a learning medium in Javanese language subjects in elementary schools. This research uses qualitative methods which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion from this research are that the use of stories from the Punakawan wayang as a learning medium will have a positive impact if the teacher can highlight the good character values of the wayang which can be emulated by students, and vice versa

The reproductive organs are a highly sensitive area that requires careful hygiene and care, especially among adolescent girls who are susceptible to reproductive health issues such as vaginal discharge. One key preventative measure is consistent personal hygiene practices, particularly in maintaining vaginal hygiene. This practice is crucial to ensuring the area remains healthy, balanced, and free from infectious agents that can cause abnormal vaginal discharge or other health issues if left untreated or neglected. The primary objective of this community service initiative was to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive organ hygiene and health among adolescent girls. This activity was implemented and executed in two main phases. The first phase included an educational session delivered by fourth-semester nursing students, focusing on the importance of personal hygiene and reproductive health for adolescent girls. The second phase included an open discussion forum where participants were encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and clarify their understanding of the material presented. The results showed a positive response from the participants. Most of them demonstrated increased awareness and understanding of reproductive hygiene and expressed their intention to consistently integrate proper care practices into their daily routines. This suggests that educational interventions, particularly those involving interactive communication, are effective in increasing knowledge and fostering health-conscious behaviors among adolescents. In conclusion, this program successfully contributed to improving participants' knowledge and attitudes in maintaining reproductive health, which is important for their overall well-being and long-term disease prevention efforts.

Penilaian kualitas menjadi salah satu tolak ukur penting dalam menilai mutu pada suatu perusahaan, karena berdampak langsung pada peningkatan penjualan dan pendapatan yang mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan data hasil observasi langsung dari PT ABC, sebuah perusahaan percetakan offset yang berlokasi di Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. Fokus penelitian tertuju pada penilaian kualitas produksi plat pada mesin pre-press Kodak Trendsetter 800 CTP dan mesin Processor dengan pendekatan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kualitas produksi plat pada mesin mengalami perubahan yang dipengaruhi oleh jumlah plat cetak yang diproduksi serta persentase produk cacat. Lebih lanjut, melalui pendekatan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), teridentifikasi bahwa penurunan kualitas produksi disebabkan oleh perbandingan produksi plat dan tingginya tingkat kerusakan plat cetak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, disarankan dilakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap kualitas cairan kimia konduktor, penyetelan mesin yang digunakan, serta optimalisasi waktu dalam proses pembuatan plat. Langkah-langkah perbaikan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi plat pada mesin dan mendukung peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

This study aims to examine the role of sport sociology in the practice of coaching and leadership of soccer coaches, especially in the context of multicultural teams. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with a number of soccer coaches, it was found that understanding the social background, culture, and individual values ??of players is very important in creating effective interpersonal relationships in the team. The results showed that coaches who have intercultural communication skills and adaptive leadership styles tend to be successful in building strong social cohesion and solidarity among players. Social integration in a soccer team is a dynamic process, where the coach acts as a socialization agent who is able to balance diversity without causing internal conflict. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially value-oriented coaching strategies. This study also emphasizes the importance of coaching training that includes social and cultural aspects in the management of modern sports teams.

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) atap jenis on-grid di Indonesia, dengan titik perhatian pada aspek standarisasi inverter, kelayakan ekonomi, serta sistem monitoring berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Melalui pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif terhadap lima jurnal ilmiah, analisis dilakukan terhadap kesesuaian teknis, prospek finansial, dan efisiensi pemantauan secara real-time. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PLTS on-grid mampu menurunkan ketergantungan pada jaringan listrik sebesar 20 kWh per bulan pada sektor perumahan, serta memberikan efisiensi biaya hingga 22,1% pada sektor lembaga keuangan, dengan estimasi waktu pengembalian investasi selama 8 tahun. Penggunaan inverter yang sesuai dengan standar nasional (SNI) dan internasional—dengan efisiensi lebih dari 95% dan total harmonic distortion (THD) di bawah 3%—menjamin stabilitas dan keandalan sistem. Selain itu, integrasi sistem monitoring IoT yang terhubung dengan Telegram menunjukkan akurasi tinggi dengan tingkat kesalahan kurang dari 0,15%. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan emisi karbon dioksida, mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) ke-7. Adapun rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi penyempurnaan kebijakan ekspor energi listrik serta penguatan sistem penyimpanan data IoT. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi policy makers dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mendorong transisi menuju energi yang lebih berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

The rapid advancement of information technology has had a significant impact in various fields, particularly in pattern recognition and image processing. One of the ongoing challenges is accurately recognizing handwritten digits, which plays a crucial role in document digitization, automated form reading, and other intelligent systems. This study aims to implement and evaluate the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm, a simple yet effective classification technique, in recognizing handwritten digit images. The data used comes from the public dataset load_digits from Scikit-learn, which contains 1,797 grayscale images of handwritten digits sized 8x8 pixels. Each image is represented as a 64-dimensional feature vector. The dataset is split into training and testing data with an 80:20 ratio, and the model is trained using KNN with k=3. The experimental results show a classification accuracy of 96.94%, with minimal prediction errors that typically occur in digits with similar visual shapes, such as 5 and 9. This study demonstrates that KNN, despite its simplicity, can provide high accuracy in handwritten digit recognition when supported by proper preprocessing and parameter selection. The implications of this research highlight the potential for developing intelligent applications in education, data entry automation, and identity verification.

This research focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the business development of Ayam Kampus Cimahi, a take-away culinary business that serves crispy chicken fillet rice with various sambal and sauce options. The study aims to identify and evaluate internal and external factors affecting business growth, enabling the formulation of more effective development strategies. The research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with customers, as well as direct business operational analysis. The collected data is then analyzed to understand the relationship between variables influencing business performance. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, product quality, and competitive pricing significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, operational efficiency and responsiveness to changing trends are crucial factors in business sustainability. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that effective business management, product innovation, and the utilization of digital marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of Ayam Kampus Cimahi in the local culinary market. The recommendations provided include expanding menu variations, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving operational management to ensure sustainable business growth.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy but still face numerous challenges in enhancing their competitiveness in the digital era. Digital marketing serves as a key strategy in expanding market reach and improving promotional efficiency. This study aims to explore the role of digital marketing in supporting MSME growth through a case study of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program implemented in Sukamaju Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observations and interviews with MSME actors who participated in digital marketing training. The activities included socialization, seminars, and direct mentoring on utilizing social media, marketplaces, and engaging promotional content creation. The findings reveal that the digital marketing training program positively impacted the understanding and skills of MSME actors in leveraging digital technology. A total of 27 seminar participants expressed high interest in implementing digital marketing strategies in their businesses. Additionally, direct mentoring helped MSME actors formulate more effective promotional strategies.

This research aims to optimize the distribution of goods through the application of transportation methods at UD Kurnia Jaya. The main problem faced is how to minimize transportation costs in delivering rice to various agents. The Northwest Corner (NWC) method is used for the initial solution in processing supply and demand data. The results of the study show that the total minimum cost obtained for rice delivery is Rp 1,480,000 in one transportation. This study underscores the importance of applying transportation methods to improve distribution cost efficiency. It is hoped that this result can be a reference for MSMEs in managing logistics and increasing competitiveness through more optimal distribution management
