The current global era is pushing countries in the world, including Indonesia, towards international trade. Financing for international trade activities carried out by Indonesia comes from foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves are assets owned or saved in the form of foreign currency for foreign financing sources. This research aims to determine the influence of oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data that researchers used in this research was secondary data for 10 years, starting from 2014 to 2023, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses quantitative methods and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 program. The results of the analysis show that oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports together or simultaneously have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Individually or partially, oil and gas exports have a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports partially have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia.

Economic growth is essentially the most important aspect in a country. An increase in the quality of life of the community that occurs in an area can mean that the area has continued economic growth. Economic growth can be reflected in changes in GRDP in a region. This research uses eviews analysis 10. Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), human development index and poverty are among the Human Resource factors that contribute to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which can encourage Economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the level of labor force participation and poverty as seen from the human development index on economic growth in the province of West Papua in 2014-2022. The data used in this research uses time series data for the period 2014-2022, using quantitative descriptive methods with the eviews 10 analysis tool. Independent variables consist of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) as X1, human development index (HDI) as X2 and poverty (k) as X3 and Economic Growth as (Y). The results of this study show that TPAK, HDI and K simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect.

Improper population management will cause population problems, especially in work areas. Existing jobs have not been able to meet the employment needs resulting from the unemployment problem. The number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 7 million people from the workforce. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage labor and inflation on unemployment in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, using time sequential data for 2014-2023. The test results show that with a 95 percent confidence level the model is significant, indicated by a significance value of F 0.000 < 0.02. Determination coefficient of The R Square for the model obtained a figure of 0.235 which indicates the independent variable. The model is able to explain 95 percent of the variation in endogenous variables well. Meanwhile, the remaining 5 percent is explained by other variables outside these variables model. This means that together the variables are inflation, economic growth and minimum wage workers influence the level of open unemployment. Partially, of the three variables tested by considering the P-value results, there are two Variables that influence the open unemployment rate are inflation and minimum wages worker. Meanwhile, the economic growth variable has no effect on the level of openness unemployment.

The method used in this research is quantitative using secondary data in the period 2014-2023. The data in this study were obtained from literature studies, namely financial statistics of district and city governments 2014-2023. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods and uses several classical assumption tests. To process data using several tests, namely Statistical Test and Classical Assumption Test. The data is processed using the Eviews-13 application. The results of this study indicate that exports had a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in 2014-2023, imports had a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in 2014-2023 and the exchange rate had a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in 2014-2023. Based on the analysis using the Eviews-13 tool, it is obtained that exports, imports, and exchange rates affect economic growth in Indonesia by 42% while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

The method used is a quantitative method and the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and BPS. Meanwhile, the data collection technique is by opening the website of the relevant agency. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to calculate the magnitude of the influence of exports and investment on South Sumatra's economic growth. Investment has an important role in accelerating the economic development of a country or region, not only encouraging economic growth but also resulting in increasing employment opportunities and reducing investment poverty. It can also be interpreted as an increase in the capital stock used in the production process which results in an increase in the wealth of the country or region. Export activities are a trade activity in which the sale of goods from within the country occurs by complying with applicable regulations. Abstrak:
Indonesia is one of the countries with the 3rd highest economic growth rate in the ASEAN region. Economic growth in Indonesia has experienced fluctuations from year to year 2014-2023, Indonesia has stated stable economic growth ranging between 4-6% per year. Stable economic growth in Indonesia has a significant impact on various aspects, including terrorism, investment and government spending. Terrorist attacks can cause major economic losses for a country. This decline was caused by uncertainty caused by the loss of investors. Terrorist attacks can impact government spending because governments must allocate additional resources for security, law enforcement, and post-attack recovery. This expenditure includes improving national security, increasing police and security forces, as well as assistance to victims and restoration of damaged infrastructure. TR, INV and PP together have a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth.
