Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja mesin cetak KBA 2 Straight 105 di PT XYZ dengan pendekatan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta mengidentifikasi penyebab utama penurunan produktivitas melalui analisis Six Big Losses. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai rata-rata OEE tercatat sebesar 70,58%, yang masih berada di bawah standar internasional sebesar 85%. Rendahnya efisiensi terutama dipengaruhi oleh Performance Rate yang hanya mencapai 85,33%. Dari kajian Six Big Losses, ditemukan bahwa kerugian terbesar berasal dari idling and minor stoppages (33,35%) dan reduced speed losses (12,30%). Faktor penyebabnya meliputi absensi operator, keterlambatan pasokan material, kondisi mesin yang menua, serta tidak konsistennya prosedur set up mesin. Menggunakan Fishbone Diagram, penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa strategi perbaikan, seperti peningkatan pelatihan operator, implementasi manajemen stok secara real-time, serta penerapan program preventive maintenance yang lebih disiplin. Diharapkan, penerapan rekomendasi ini dapat meningkatkan nilai OEE, menurunkan waktu henti mesin (downtime), dan mendorong peningkatan produktivitas secara berkelanjutan.

Abstrak:
Self-service technology (SST) is a technological interface that allows customers to obtain services independently. SST includes self-checkout machines, food or ticket ordering kiosks, internet services, automated gas stations, and others. The adoption of SST has been an endeavor for firms to improve service quality, enhance operational efficiency, and increase the likelihood of achieving competitive advantage gains. However, empirical evidence is needed to better understand customer expectations of SST service quality and how SST service quality impacts customer loyalty. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine SST service quality and its impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study adopts the quantitative method and the self-service technology service quality (SSTQUAL) framework and cognition affective behavior theory. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form with a purposive sampling technique, namely the target respondents were SST users at McDonald's aged 18 to 55 years. The results of the questionnaire collection obtained 285 data analyzed by partial least squares-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4 tools. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, 4 hypotheses were accepted. Self-service technology service quality variables are influenced by 5 quality dimensions such as functionality, enjoyment, assurance, design, and convenience. In addition, the self-service technology service quality variable has a positive influence on the customer satisfaction variable, which in turn positively affects customer loyalty. In other words, the service quality of self-service technology has a positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstrak:
With the times, cash transactions that used to use cash are now turning to credit cards. However, the increasing use of credit cards presents challenges, especially in maintaining customer loyalty. Customer churn is the loss of customers within a certain period for various reasons. Logistic Regression is a machine learning algorithm that studies the relationship between a dependent variable and several independent variables and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) is a Gradient tree-boosting algorithm that offers out-of-core learning and sparsity awareness.The purpose of this study is to compare the performance between Logistic Regression and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithms in predicting customer churn in credit card services using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that XGBoost has better performance in all evaluation metrics, both in terms of precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy. Based on the research, XGBoost shows superior performance compared to Logistic Regression in all evaluation metrics.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted to determine the effect of job demands on workplace well-being. This study is quantitative research. The ZHM Premiere Hotel Padang's staff members made up the study's population. There were 104 respondents in the study's sample. Data for this study was gathered by distributed questionnaires. Then the data analysis by regression analysis using the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test which is processed using the SPSS version 29 program. The data analysis result show that job demands have a negative and significant effect on workplace well-being. being with a standardized coefficient value of -0.965 with t count (-37.368) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that every increase in job demands units will provide -1,230 units of workplace well-being.

Abstrak:
Effective compensation management is a key factor for the success and sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management at XYZ SME in Subang Regency, West Java. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and documentation studies related to compensation policies and employee salary structures. Data analysis included salary mapping using the adhered and overlapping methods, and job evaluation using the Eckenrode system. The results showed that the majority of employees of XYZ receive basic salaries below the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK). The implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management is expected to improve the internal fairness of the compensation system and provide ideal salary recommendations for employees. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for similar SMEs in optimizing compensation strategies to maintain competitiveness, increase satisfaction, and boost employee productivity.

Abstrak:
This research examines the influence of habitus on the lifestyle and social identity of Jakarta State University students through Pierre Bourdieu's perspective. Habitus, as a set of internal dispositions resulting from interactions with social structures, plays an important role in shaping individuals' mindsets, values and preferences. This research focuses on how factors such as socio-economic background, family education, friendship experiences, and interactions with peers and lecturers influence the formation of students' habitus. Furthermore, it explores how habitus influences lifestyles, including consumption patterns and cultural preferences, as well as social identities that shape students' self-perceptions within the context of a particular social group. Through a qualitative approach, this study aims to understand the relationship between habitus, lifestyle, and social identity of students, as well as the implications of these findings for the development of educational policies in the campus environment.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the quality of internet networks provided by Smartfren and Indosat Ooredoo at SMAN 3 Kota Serang. The testing methods used include Wireshark, to monitor real-time network traffic, and Speedtest by Ookla, to measure download speed, upload speed, and latency. The results show that Indosat Ooredoo outperforms Smartfren in terms of both speed and connection stability. Speedtest offers a quick and user-friendly overview of network performance, while Wireshark provides more detailed technical data. Based on the measurements, Indosat Ooredoo is more suitable for supporting digital learning activities at the school due to its lower latency and higher access speed. Therefore, selecting the right internet provider plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and effective internet-based learning.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan pada kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu yang terdampak pandemi adalah sektor ekonomi, sosial dan psikologis masyarakat, khususnya pada pekerja sektor informal, khususnya pengemudi ojek online. Tujuan.dari penelitian ini was.to mengetahui bagaimana dampak pandemi.covid-19.terhadap kesejahteraan ojek online di Bandar Lampung dan mengkaji dampak apa yang paling dirasakan oleh ojek online di Bandar Lampung, khususnya di sekitar Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bandar Lampung tepatnya di sekitar Universitas Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan indeks relatif menggunakan pendekatan survei yang dilakukan secara online dengan memberikan kuesioner terhadap ojek online di sekitar Universitas Lampung Dan diperoleh bahwa dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kesejahteraan ojek online Berkurangnya pendapatan, berkurangnya penumpang, sulit mengejar target pendapatan harian, cukup sulit memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari sejak pandemi covid-19, terganggunya aktivitas berkumpul bersama kerabat akibat pandemi Covid-19, merasa cemas dengan munculnya pandemi Covid-19 karena perekonomian belum pulih, menurunnya kesehatan pengemudi ojek online, Harus mengisolasi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19, dan mengurangi waktu kerja. Kesimpulan setelah diteliti dengan metode analisis indeks relatif pandemi Covid-19 sangat berdampak dengan ojek online di Bandar Lampung, dampak yang paling dirasakan dengan RI = 99% adalah berkurangnya pendapatan dan yang tidak dirasakan dengan RI = 36% adalah berkurangnya waktu kerja.
