This study aims to determine the effect of adding EM4 probiotics in various doses to commercial feed on the growth of jatimbulan tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus L). Probiotics are known to play a role in increasing digestive efficiency, nutrient absorption, and maintaining the health of the fish's digestive tract, so they are expected to support optimal growth. The research method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments, namely: P0 (control/without probiotics), P1 (5 ml EM4/kg feed), P2 (7 ml EM4/kg feed), and P3 (11 ml EM4/kg feed), each with four replications. The parameters observed were the growth in length and weight of jatimbulan tilapia during the maintenance period. The results showed that the administration of EM4 probiotics at certain doses was able to provide a significant effect on the growth of tilapia compared to the control treatment. Treatment P2 (7 ml/kg feed) provided the best growth results compared to other doses, both in terms of increasing length and body weight. Meanwhile, administering probiotic doses that are too low (P1) or too high (P3) tends to be less effective in supporting optimal growth. This is thought to be due to the disruption of the microbial balance in the digestive tract when the probiotic dosage is incorrect. This research provides useful information for Jatimbulan tilapia cultivation practices, particularly regarding the use of probiotics to increase growth efficiency. Using the correct probiotic dosage can be a strategy to increase the productivity and sustainability of freshwater fish farming.

Game-Based Learning (GBL) has emerged as an innovative learning approach aimed at enhancing student engagement and promoting the development of critical thinking skills, particularly at the elementary school level. This study was conducted at SD Negeri Labuhan 1 using a qualitative approach and a case study method. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of GBL within the context of elementary education, focusing on students’ and teachers’ needs and interests, the strategies used for implementation, the impact of GBL on students’ critical thinking skills, and the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its success. The findings indicate that 75% of students expressed a higher preference for game-based learning over conventional teaching methods, showing high levels of enthusiasm and participation during the learning process. GBL proved effective in increasing students' motivation to learn, strengthening collaboration, and stimulating analytical and reflective thinking. However, several challenges were encountered in the implementation of GBL, including limited technological infrastructure in schools and the lack of specialized training for teachers in designing and managing game-based learning activities effectively. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that GBL holds significant potential as a teaching strategy that can foster students’ critical thinking skills from an early age. Nevertheless, to achieve optimal outcomes, strong support from various stakeholders is essential, including the provision of adequate facilities and the enhancement of teachers’ competencies through continuous professional development and training in designing and applying GBL in daily classroom activities.

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based learning media in improving the motivation and learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMKN 1 Gunung Kijang Bintan. The background of this research is the low motivation of students which has an impact on suboptimal learning outcomes, especially in subjects that require an in-depth understanding of concepts. PjBL is considered relevant because it provides students with the opportunity to be actively involved in real projects, potentially improving motivation and critical thinking skills. The method used is a quantitative research method with a correlational approach to test the relationship between learning motivation, the use of learning media, and student learning outcomes. The results showed that the use of PjBL-based learning media had a significant influence on student learning outcomes, while student learning motivation had no significant effect. These findings support the importance of interactive learning media in the learning process and suggest that the use of appropriate media can facilitate students' understanding of the material being taught.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the contextual learning model in improving student activities and learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam. Contextual learning emphasizes the relevance of the subject matter to students' real lives, allowing them to construct understanding through more meaningful practical experiences. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation from students and teachers involved in the application of this model. The results showed that contextual learning significantly increased students' activities in group discussions, experiments, and projects, as well as their learning outcomes, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This learning also helps students develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills that are indispensable in the world of work. Thus, contextual learning has proven to be an effective approach in improving the quality of learning at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam.

This research analyzes representative speech acts in public speaking video tips on Sherly Annavita Rahmi's YouTube channel. There are two approaches in the research, namely methodological approach and theoretical approach. In the methodological approach, a qualitative descriptive approach is used, while in the theoretical approach, a pragmatic approach is used to analyze representative speech acts. The data collection technique in this study used free listening and note-taking techniques. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the commensurate method. Data presentation is done informally, besides that in this research also used presentation table to simplify and clarify the data analysis. A total of 109 representative speech acts were found with 7 types of representative speech acts namely stating, admitting, reporting, showing, mentioning, testifying, and speculating. The number of utterances found from 7 types of representative speech acts are 28 utterances of stating, 20 utterances of admitting, 9 utterances of reporting, 11 utterances of showing, 18 utterances of mentioning, 10 utterances of giving testimony, and 13 utterances of speculating. Sources of financing are needed to manage and develop the region, which can come from Government Revenue and Investment in the area. This study analyzes the effect of Government Spending and Investment on the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. Using secondary data and Structural Equation Modeling, empirically proven that greater Government Spending will decrease the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. The perfect mediating role of the Un-employment Rate on the relationship between Government Spending and the Poverty Rate While Investment does not significantly affect the Unemployment Rate and Poverty Rate. Policies are needed so that existing investments, com-pulsory involving the local workforce, aim to reduce the area's poverty level.

Hospitals need adaptation to environmental changes and demands that change rapidly and dynamically. Digital transformation contributes to reducing costs, increasing speed and transparency. The purpose of the research is to describe the implementation, identify the determinants and digital transformation strategies. The method uses a qualitative approach with informants from structural officials, heads of installations, staff, and patients with a total of 15 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the hospital implemented digital transformation refers to the Generic Process Transformation Model Theory by adding cooperation in the operative stage. The reason for the dominant digital transformation is the need for officers and patients as well as superior services. Impacts include increasing speed, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. The determinant factors include officer competence, teamwork, market strategy, regulation, and cooperation. The dominant inhibiting factors are the comfort zone, sectoral ego, and lack of literacy. According to Albukhitan, there is an update on the digital transformation strategy with the appearance of working together and cultivating innovation.
