This study aims to examine the role of Islamic religious counselors in the social and religious development of the elderly at Majelis An-Nisa, Ambokulon Village. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this field research collects data through interviews, observations, and analysis to draw conclusions related to the topic. Research results: The process of Islamic religious counseling in the social and religious development of the elderly at Majelis Ta’lim An-Nisa begins with a collective recitation of sholawat to calm the mind. This is followed by dhikr and tahlil led by Ustadz Yazid to purify the heart and strengthen faith. Ustadz Lubis delivers a deep mauidzotul hasanah. Every four months, a religious pilgrimage is held to the graves of saints, such as Sunan Ampel, which deepens spirituality and strengthens social interactions among elderly participants. Social and religious development encompasses the elderly’s role in maintaining spirituality, social interaction, relationship with Allah, a supportive environment, and the willingness to attend religious studies.
