This study aims to determine the level of futsal shooting skills and dominant physical conditions of extracurricular participants at State Middle School 1 Batu Sopang, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a futsal shooting skills measurement test and a dominant physical condition test of futsal extracurricular participants at State Middle School 1 Batu Sopang, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. The results of the study showed that most participants had a shooting skill level in the enough category, which was 10 people (80%), and a good category of 2 people (20%). The results of the overall physical condition test were in the enough category (with a conversion value of 6). The conclusion of the results of the study of the level of futsal shooting skills and dominant physical conditions of extracurricular participants at Middle School Negeri 1 Batu Sopang, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, the average shooting skill level was enough and the results of the physical condition test were in the enough category.

This study aims to analyze the accuracy level of smash shots in badminton extracurricular participants at Junior High School 3 Batumandi, Balangan Regency. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with a population and sample of 15 participants (total sampling). Data were collected using a smash accuracy test, where each participant performed 20 smash attempts evaluated based on the landing position of the shuttlecock using a scoring system ranging from 0 to 5 points. The results showed that 1 participant (6.7%) was in the very good category, 2 participants (13.3%) in the good category, 3 participants (20%) in the fair category, 8 participants (53.3%) in the poor category, and 1 participant (6.7%) in the very poor category. The conclusion of the study is that the accuracy level of smash shots among badminton extracurricular participants at Junior High School 3 Batumandi is categorized as poor. This is mainly because most participants performed smashes from an unprepared position and did not execute preliminary footwork steps.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of big ball games of students at State Junior High School 1 Simpang Empat Martapura, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 300 and the sample was 124 (purposive sampling). The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of big ball games of students at State Junior High School 1 Simpang Empat Martapura, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan was in the very low category of 9 people (7%), the low category was 29 people (23%), the moderate category was 48 people (39%), the high category was 28 people (23%), and the very high category was 10 people (8%). The conclusion of the results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of big ball games of students at State Junior High School 1 Simpang Empat Martapura, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan was in the moderate category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness of the elderly seen from physical activity at the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. Researchers used a quantitative descriptive method with a physical fitness measurement test method the test was collected with 2 minuts step in place and questionnaires on participants of the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association. The population in this study was the elderly P2Tel Banjarbaru which amounted to 30 people, sample selection based on purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 23 elderly who met the criteria. The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical fitness test showed that in the category below average (34.78%), average (56.52%), above average (8.70%). The results of the Banjarbaru city elderly physical activity survey were classified as good (8.70%), sufficient (86.96%), low (4.35%), very low (0.00%). The conclusion from the results of the study that the physical fitness of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the average category and the physical activity of the elderly in the Telkomsel Banjarbaru Retiree Association is in the sufficient category.

The aim of this research is to determine the level of first aid knowledge for injuries of students at Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School Martapura, including: factors regarding the nature of injuries, injury prevention factors and injury treatment factors. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, with data collection instruments using multiple choice tests. The population in this study was students in grades VII, VIII and IX, totaling 79 people. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique, a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. With all Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School students from classes VII, VII and IX totaling 79 people. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis using the percentage method. Research result; The level of knowledge obtained in First Aid for Injuries of Students at Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School Martapura is included in the “very poor” category of 13.92% (11 Students), the “insufficient” category of 29.11% (23 Students), the “sufficient” category ” by 21.51% (17 Students), the “good” category was 31.67% (25 Students), the “very good” category was 3.79% (3 Students). This study aims to determine the location, type, and causes of fencers injuries based on discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that on epee fencers, injuries were often experienced at the location of the lower extremity of the thigh 100%, with the type of bruise injury 85.71% and the cause was from intrinsic factors due to wrong movement techniques 57.14%. On sabre  fancers, injuries are often experienced at the location of the lower extremity of the thigh 57.14%, with bruises, cramps, and abrasions 42.84% each and the cause is from intrinsic factors due to lack of warm-up 71.43%. On foil fencers, injuries are often experienced at the location of the lower extremities of the thighs 66.67%, with the types of bruises and cramps each 66.67% and the cause is from intrinsic factors due to lack of warm-up 50%. the conclusion of this study is that of all fencers, injuries are often experienced, namely at the location of the lower extremities of the thighs with the types of bruises and cramps caused by intrinsic factors, namely lack of warm-up. Degen fancers have a higher risk of injury than sabel and floret.
