Abstrak:
This study was conducted in February - March 2025 at Sumber Mulya Cow Milk located in Sukasari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. This study aims to 1). To find out how much income is in the Sumber Mulya cow milk business in Sukasari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. 2). To find out what factors influence the production of fresh cow's milk in the Sumber Mulya cow milk business in Sukasari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. The respondents in this study were the owners of the Sumber Mulya Cow Milk Business in Sukasari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. The method of determining respondents was carried out by purposive sampling with the consideration that the business owner was successful in cultivating dairy cattle and producing fresh cow's milk. The data analysis method used in this study was revenue analysis, income analysis and cobb-dauglass function analysis and using multiple linear regression. The results of the study that the regression equation shows a constant value of α of -8.068 if the Labor Variable (X1), Amount of Feed (X2), Amount of Water (X3) then the Production Variable (Y) is -8.068. The influence of the labor variable (X1), Amount of feed (X2) and amount of water (X3) on cow's milk production (Y), then the significance value is obtained .000 < 0.05 or 5% then it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the dependent variable, with a calculated f value of 13.995 > f table 3.35 which shows the calculated f value is greater than the f table and there is a significant influence on the three independent varimuables on the dependent variable.

Abstrak:
The younger generation plays an important role in agricultural development. Based on the Central Statistics Agency (2020), the most popular jobs for young people aged 16–30 years in the last 5 years are the Services sector, followed by Manufacturing and Agriculture. Food security in Rejang Lebong Regency is a multifaceted issue influenced by various factors including agricultural practices, economic conditions, and government policies. The purpose of this study was to determine Gen-Z's perception of Food Security in Rejang Lebong Regency. The respondents of this study were Gen-Z who were in the birth range of 1997-2012. Likert Scale Analysis was used in this study. Gen-Z's level of understanding of food security is quite good, this is known by the average value of this indicator, which is 4.11. Access and availability of food are important things that can guarantee food security with an average indicator value of 3.95. For food consumer behavior, it is an indicator related to Gen-Z consumption so that it can support food security with an average indicator value of 4.01. So it can be concluded that Gen-Z's perception of food security is in the average range of 3.90 with the conclusion that Gen-Z agrees and understands about food security in Rejang Lebong Regency.

Abstrak:
The research analysis of Strawberry Fruit Marketing in the Lake Mas Harun Bastari area, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out marketing channels, marketing margins, and to find out how efficient the Strawberry marketing is in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari tourism area.
This research was conducted in June 2022 in the area of Danau Mas Harun Bastari, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency with farmers and traders in the Mas Harun Bastari Lake area. The data analysis used in this research is Marketing Channel Analysis, Marketing Margin Analysis, and Marketing Efficiency Analysis. This data analysis was used for Farmers and the 11 Retailers Respondents in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari District, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency.
Based on this research, it is known that the Strawberry Marketing Channel in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency has one Marketing Channel. Where farmers (producers) sell directly to retailers, then retailers sell to consumers at a price of Rp. 60,000 with a 0.5 kg mica box at a price of Rp. 35,000 and 0.25 kg at a price of Rp. 25,000 where the cost of Rp. 60,000/Kg will get profit of IDR 30,000/kg. This value explains that the retailer receives a higher price than the price received by the consumer, which means that the retailer is not disadvantaged in the marketing channel because the profits obtained by the retailer are greater than the marketing institutions in the marketing channel. The costs incurred by Retailers are in the form of transportation costs, packaging costs, equipment depreciation costs. because the strawberries are well sorted to suit the wishes of consumers. The advantage of marketing institutions is in the form of remuneration received by each marketing agency that participates in marketing strawberries starting from the Farmer level to the Consumer level.

Penelitian analisis efisiensi pemasaran jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus) di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran, dan analisis margin pemasaran, serta untuk mengetahui apakah efisien pemasaran jamur tiram putih yang ada di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret tahun 2022 di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dengn petani yang ada di Kelurahan Air Rambai. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis saluran pemasaran, analisis margin pemasaran, dan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Analisis data ini digunakan kepada petni dan ke-12 responden pedagang pengecer yang ada di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong.Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa saluran pemasaran jamur tiram putih di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong memiliki dua pola saluran pemasaran yang dimana pola saluran pemasaran pertama petani menjual jamur tiram putih langsung kepada konsumen akhir, dan pola saluran pemasaran kedua petani menjual kepada pedagang pengecer lalu pedagang pengecer menjual kembali ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran pertama sebesar Rp 0, sedangkan pada saluran pemasaran kedua sebesar Rp 11.583. dan efisiensi pemasaran jamur tiram putih di Kelurahan Air Rambai Kecamatan Curup Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dikatakan sudah efisien.

Research on Business Analysis of Cap AA Powdered Coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out how much the production cost of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, how much revenue and income is obtained and whether the business is The production of Cap AA ground coffee in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency is efficient. This research was conducted in May 2021 – June 2021 in the Cap Cangkir AA ground coffee industry in Sidorejo Village, Central Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis method used is cost analysis, revenue, income, R/C Ratio. The cost incurred in the AA stamped coffee powder business is Rp. 29,677,373/month or Rp. 1,978,492/ production. The total revenue from the Cap AA Coffee Powder business is Rp. 37,200,000 per month or an average of Rp. 2.480,000 per production, during the study period with a total operating income of Rp. 7,522,622 per month or an average of Rp. 501,508 per production. The results of the calculation of the R/C Ratio analysis show that the R/C ratio is 1.25. This means that each expenditure of Rp. 1.00 it will generate income of Rp. 1.25. Based on the R/C ratio value obtained with a value of more than 1, it can be said that Mr. Seno's AA powder coffee business is efficient and profitable.

Penelitian Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usaha Tani Kopi Robusta Petik Merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pendapatan usaha tani kopi robusta petik merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha tani kopi robusta petik merah di Kecamatan Kabawetan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022 di Kecamatan Kabawetan, Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan kelompok tani yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kabawetan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Biaya Usaha tani, Penerimaan, Pendapatan, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Kelayakan Model dan Uji Hipotesis. Rata – rata total biaya keseluruhan usahatani kopi robusta petik merah sebesar Rp. 5.573.217,90/Ut/tahun. Penerimaan sebesar Rp. 35.325.081,97/Ut/tahun dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 29.751.864,07/Ut/tahun. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 1938.559 > Ftabel 2,77 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 pada bentuk tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama – sama variabel luas lahan, harga dan produktivitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji T variabel harga mempunyai nilai Thitung sebesar 0,702 dan nilai Ttabel sebesar 1,672 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,486 > 0,05 dengan taraf siginifikasi yang digunakan < 0,05 yang berarti secara parsial variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan.
