Abstrak:
This study aimed to analyzed the realization of marked theme in narrative text. The data of this study is the narrative text in the English for Nusantara Textbook. This study applied a qualitative approach with content analysis as research design. The study found that the narrative texts in English Textbook are realized through adverbial group, prepositional phrase and linking words. This study concluded that the narrative texts in the textbook can be a model for students to create different sentence structures by putting adverbial or prepositional at the beginning of the sentence and connect ideas logically by using connectors.

Abstrak:

Unfortunately, though, the school principal's needs are rarely given a clear signal, and if they are realized, others like the mark up of the budget may arise. Such issues require resolution so that there is no swelling in the budgetary process, to which this inscription appears. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. His research was a projection of the principal's needs essential to the quality of education. This need has to adjust the dynamic growth of schools and policies. The main challenges include a lack of a competent headmaster, an unstandardized recruiting process, anda difficult mapping of needs in the area. Effective solutions include sustained training, instructional leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Abstrak:
The discussion method is an effective learning strategy for enhancing student engagement in the learning process. In this process, the teacher's role is crucial in creating an environment that supports active interaction and collaboration among students. This study identifies several key roles of the teacher in the discussion method, including being a facilitator, topic organizer, process guide, and feedback provider. The research findings indicate that teachers who actively facilitate discussions can increase student participation, develop critical thinking skills, and create a positive learning atmosphere. By effectively applying the discussion method, teachers can maximize students' potential in achieving the desired learning objectives.

Abstrak:
Manajemen kurikulum merupakan aspek vital dalam system Pendidikan, termasuk dalam kontek Pendidikan. Skripsi ini membahas konsep manajemen kurikulum Islam menurut ibnu sahnun , seorang ulama dan pendidik terkemuka dari abad ke-19 yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem Pendidikan Islam. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis prinsip-prinsip manajerial yang diusung oleh Ibnu Shahnun serta penerapannya dalam konteks Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan pengkajian karya-karya Ibnu sahnun dan sumber-sumber terkait lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunnjukan bahwa Ibnu Sahnun menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum, penyusunan materi ajar dengan kebutuhan siswa ,serta penggunaan metode pengajaran yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Islam kontenpoler dan menawarkan persepektif historis yang berharga tentang manajemen kurikulum dalam teradisi Islam. kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and integrity on the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Catholic Junior High Schools in Merauke. The motivation for this research stems from two primary factors: first, inconsistencies in previous research findings on the impact of transformational leadership, teamwork, and integrity on TQM; second, observable issues such as a lack of integrity among teachers and Foundation employees, poor teamwork, and weak leadership among principals and Foundation administrators, which have resulted in Catholic schools under the Catholic School Education Foundation (YPPK) in Merauke not meeting accreditation standards. TQM is recognized as a strategic approach to enhancing educational quality, fostering an organizational culture committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. his explanatory quantitative research utilized survey methods, gathering data from 100 teachers and educational staff at Catholic Junior High Schools in Merauke. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership style, teamwork, and integrity each have a significant positive effect on TQM when considered individually. Additionally, there is a significant combined effect of these factors on the implementation of TQM in Catholic Junior High Schools in Merauke.

This research examines Technology as a Human Activity in the Modern Era of Community Life, technology is something that we cannot avoid in the current era of modernization, all human activities using technology have progressed very rapidly. By using this sophisticated technology, humans in the modern era can make it easier to do work. At first technology developed gradually along with the progress of culture and civilization. Because technology is a rapidly advancing cultural development, humans develop technology more quickly. Because technology provides structure for human activity, it can be said that technology does not simply assist human activity, but also reshapes it, creating new activities that define the self, community, and good. Moral-ethical decisions, social relationships, space, time, perception, and self-concept. Transformation through technological advances For example, when complex new instruments or techniques are used in medical practice, it not only changes what doctors do but also how people think about health, disease, and medical care. Social and moral life is influenced by the technological devices we appraise. They enhance human worldviews, social practices, organizations, values, and lifestyles. Nowadays, it is difficult to be truly active in making technological decisions while technological devices are most often imposed on us, forcing many things on us. Apart from having a positive impact, the development of this technology also has a negative impact which can hinder direct interaction between people, where people already have a lot of indirect interaction, everyone is already dependent on technology, especially smartphones and social media, all activities already involves social media, be it news, business, learning and others.

Abstrak:
Terdapat beberapa negara yang menggunakan dual banking system dalam kawasan Asia Tenggara, yaitu Indonesia dan Malaysia. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin membandingkan antara dual banking system Indonesia dan Malaysia. Tidak semua negara di dunia menggunakan dual banking system ini, maka dari itu menurut penulis itu merupakan hal yang menarik dan akan menambah pengetahuan para pembaca. Dalam penulisan jurnal ini, penulis menerapkan pendekatan penulisan hukum normatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yang memusatkan pada analisis data sekunder. Bahan hukum yang dipakai yaitu bahan hukum primer dan sekunder serta menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif. WalaYupun kedua negara tersebut menggunakan dual banking system tetapi setelah melakukan perbandingan, terdapat 4 perbedaan yaitu mengenai sejarah terbentuknya dual banking system, regulasi perbankan syariah, struktur pengembangan strategi perbankan syariah, serta akad yang dipakai pada perbankan syariah. Persamaannya dapat dilihat pada sistem kelembagaan perbankan syariah dan lembaga pengawas bank syariah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa negara-negara dengan sistem perbankan ganda tersebut memiliki perkembangan dan peraturan yang berbeda untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ini.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) collaborated with Field Experience Practices (PPL) in increasing student potential through English-based learning. English is a world language used to communicate between countries. The ability to speak English must be owned by everyone, especially elementary school children. English-based learning in education is often implemented with less attractive media, so students' interest in learning English is quite low. This article examines the implementation of work programs that meet the needs of Anuban Jitjongrak school community in improving English language skills. Language and facility limitations are a challenge for students in implementing appropriate work programs. The service method carried out KKN-PPL debriefing, observation and interviews, implementation of work programs, and evaluation of activities. As for the target in the implementation of this KKN-PPL are students at Anuban Jitjongrak School.

Dunia Usaha harus menghadapi persaingan global untuk dapat bertahan di pasaran. Salah satu strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam mengembangkan penapatan perusahaan, yaitu manajemen rantai pasokan (supply chain management). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Finansial Penerapan Konsep Green Supply Chain Manajemen Pada Pengolahan Kopi Sidikalan. Metode penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode obeservasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan konsep GSCM, limbah dari pengolahan kopi yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup tinggi sehingga menambah penghasilan dan tingkat kelayakan bagi pengolahan ini sekaligus. Dengan nilai tersebut, GSCM sangat layak untuk diterapkan guna mendukung agroindustry yang berkelanjutan.

Pada Pendidikan anak usia dini, penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengukur pencapaian perkembangan anak usia dini adalah menggunakan penilaian autentik.dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap tingkat pencapaian perkembangan masing-masing individu dan dapat merancang pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, guru harus mencatat setiap perkembangan yang dapat diamati setiap hari. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru di Gugus 3 dan Gugus 4 PKG PAUD Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan tehnologi khususnya dalam merancang instrumen dan mengimplementasikan Penilaian Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis G-Form sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penilaian dan merekap penilaian menjadi laporan perkembangan akhir semester. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan PKM ini dirancang dalam 3 sesi pertemuan. Pada sesi pertama diisi dengan pembekalan tentang prinsip penilaian Anak Usia Dini. Pada sesi 2, peserta mendapat materi tentang bagaimana membuat instrument penilaian dari kompetensi dasar yang akan dicapai oleh anak usia dini. Sedangkan pada sesi ke 3, para peserta mengikuti kegiatan Workshop/ mengkolaborasikan instrumen ke dalam G-form dengan praktek langsung.
