Abstrak:
In the digital economy era, financial transparency has become a critical aspect for the sustainability and credibility of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Despite their substantial contribution to employment and economic growth, many MSMEs in Indonesia still rely on manual accounting systems, which limit the accuracy and traceability of financial reporting. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of cloud-based accounting automation on financial transparency among Indonesian MSMEs. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research collected quantitative data from 120 MSME respondents in Jakarta and West Java through structured questionnaires and qualitative data from six key informants through semi-structured interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed using simple linear regression, resulting in a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.513 and a beta coefficient of 0.598 (p = 0.000), indicating a strong and significant influence of accounting automation on financial transparency. Qualitative findings also revealed improvements in real-time access, reporting accuracy, and transaction traceability. The study confirms that cloud-based digital accounting systems enhance financial transparency by enabling automated integration, audit trails, and timely reporting. These findings contribute to the literature on digital transformation in MSMEs and offer practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and software providers to accelerate technology adoption and improve financial governance in the MSME sector.

Abstrak:
In recent years, local governments have increasingly sought digital solutions to improve the accessibility and efficiency of public services. However, many sub-district offices in Indonesia still rely heavily on manual service processes, which limit access to administrative information outside of office hours. This study aims to design and implement a web-based chatbot system to address information service challenges at the sub-district level. Using a descriptive-engineering approach, the system was developed following the waterfall model and evaluated through simulated user interactions. The chatbot was tested with 20 frequently asked questions related to key administrative services, including ID card (KTP), family card (KK), and domicile letters. The results show that the chatbot successfully answered 16 out of 20 questions (80%) with an average response time of 1.7 seconds. Most failures occurred due to variations in question phrasing not recognized by the system. This research demonstrates that chatbots can enhance basic information delivery in low-resource government settings. The findings contribute to the growing body of knowledge on digital public service transformation and provide a replicable model for implementing low-cost, scalable chatbot solutions in other local administrative contexts.

. In the shipbuilding industry, the repair process is a series of jobs that require a relatively short time. Delays in repairs can occur due to weak management and also caused by less than optimal empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the risks found in four divisions, namely the Production Division, Warehouse Division, Finance Division and Purchasing Division. The study found 31 risk events. Determining the value of each risk is carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. There were 13 risks that had the highest Risk Priority Number, namely the length of approval for requests for goods (RPN = 522.88), delays in payment processes by customers (RPN = 504.64), requests for additional work from the owner (RPN = 477.128), fluctuations in the number of manpower (RPN = 454.08), Changes in material use related to the availability of materials in the warehouse (RPN = 411.768), Changes in material calculations related to design (RPN = 389.017), Length of decision making by the owner (RPN = 388.36), Long material delivery process (RPN = 388.36), Insufficient stock material (RPN = 357,588), Writing the amount on the Request for Goods Bill is not detailed (RPN = 357.71), Lack of availability of stock material (RPN = 349,524), Making and submitting late payment requests (RPN = 316.8), Placement of materials that are less efficient (RPN = 296.8) Risk mitigation is carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the main cause / basic event of each risk. And the mitigation step that needs to be done is by making changes to the warehouse layout. If the layout design of the warehouse is changed to be more efficient it will speed up the material retrieval process which has an impact on the ship repair process time.

Abstrak:
Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Dusun Condrowangsan Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam kategori yang baik dan benar dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya dan dengan proses pembakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ada di Desa Disanah Kecamatan Sreseh Kabupaten Sampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancang bangun observasional deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara survei lapangan, focus group discussion yang melibatkan partisipan, wawancara terbuka, dan studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup, kepala desa, badan perwakilan desa, karang taruna, dan organisasi yang ada di desa. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Desa tersebut masih kurang baik hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya lahan untuk pembangunan tempat penampungan sementara, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum baik, dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang masih rendah akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dengan baik dan benar. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar, jadwal rutin gotong royong bersih desa dan memasukkan anggaran untuk pembebasan lahan yang akan digunakan untuk tempat penampungan sementara.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of organizational communication at PT Apparel One Indonesia in order to increase employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary and secondary. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing and testing conclusions. From the results of this study, it shows that the downward communication pattern used is the chain communication pattern, employees interacting with the leadership must go through the whatsapp group media. The pattern of leadership communication to employees is very influential on employee work motivation in achieving common company goals. In the upward communication pattern, employees always listen to directions, suggestions, and ideas given by the leadership. It is intended that the workflow within the company can run well. Leaders always provide good feedback to employees by providing input, advice, and providing solutions. In the horizontal communication pattern, harmonious communication between fellow employees is a top priority to avoid misunderstandings and still aims to maintain solid teamwork.
