Abstrak:
Leachate is a liquid with an unpleasant odor and dark color that generally contains high organic and inorganic matter. High levels of organic and inorganic matter in leachate will potentially cause environmental pollution if not treated properly. One of the efforts that can be made to overcome these problems is with phytoremediation techniques. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of water bamboo (Equisetum hymale) as a phytoremediation agent of Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) leachate of Jatibarang landfill. This study used experimental research with a one-factorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) design with three treatments (P0 without water bamboo, P1 750 gr water bamboo, and P2 1000 gr water bamboo). Based on the results of research shows that water bamboo plants can reduce BOD and COD levels. The decrease in leachate BOD levels was caused by the phytoremediation process by water bamboo during the study, where the organic matter content in leachate would be degraded by microorganisms. Meanwhile, COD levels decreased due to the chemical oxidation reaction process and phytoremediation process that runs side by side. The effectiveness of reducing BOD levels most optimally occurred in treatment P2 on day 7 of treatment, which was 28.42%; while the percentage of effectiveness of reducing COD levels most optimally occurred in treatment P2 on day 7 of treatment, which was 39.14%

Abstrak:
Islamic Religious Education is the most important component in life, acting as a foundation for thinking, acting, and behaving, both in the family and community environment. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in improving student religiosity at SD Integral Hidayatullah Probolinggo, with a focus on the approach to religious education, the application of religious values ??in daily activities, and positive habits. As a school that implements the full-day school concept. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach method with triangulation techniques, namely participatory observation of the school environment studied, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the research background, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman theory, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. This study found that teachers have a central role in instilling religious values ??through exemplary methods, interactive discussions, and routine activities, such as joint prayer and congregational prayer. In addition, this success is supported by adequate school facilities and an integrative curriculum that supports the teaching of religious values. However, the study also identified several obstacles, including the lack of support from students' families in continuing religious habits at home and the density of the academic curriculum. This shows the importance of synergy between schools, teachers, and families to create an environment that supports the continuous improvement of student religiosity. Thus, through increased collaboration between related parties, schools can be more optimal in achieving their goals of producing a generation with noble morals, faith, and strong character.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menganalisis mengkaji persebaran point bar dan cut bank di daerah tengah dan hilir DAS Bedadung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi literature dan dokumentasi. Melalui wawancara, informan yang diwawancarai ialah masyarakat sekitar yang berada di daerah peneitian utamanya yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan bentang lahan fluvial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua point bar dan cut bank terbentuk pada bentang lahan fluvial DAS Bedadung, selain itu setiap point bar memiliki panjang yang berbeda dan jenis erosi pada cut bank pun juga berbeda. Cut bank dan point bar pada DAS Bedadung memiliki karakteristik yang beragam baik dari jenis erosi beserta panjang point barnya. Persebaran point bar di lokasi penelitian rata-rata banyak ditemukan dengan ciri khas berupa endapan pasir. Sedangkan untuk cut bank dominan memiliki erosi tebing sungai yang sifatnya menggerus tebing sungai.

Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that PAUD Dharma Bakti uses the method of playing while learning to increase the multiple intelligences of children. The conclusion of this study is that learning while playing is very effective to do. Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work ability, and emotional intelligence on job loyalty through job satisfaction among planning staff in the Mojokerto City Government. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 108 respondents and analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 24. The results indicate that OCB (? = 0.336; p < 0.001), work ability (? = 0.237; p < 0.001), and emotional intelligence (? = 0.449; p < 0.001) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, OCB (? = 0.211; p < 0.001), work ability (? = 0.378; p < 0.001), and emotional intelligence (? = 0.242; p < 0.001) also significantly influence job loyalty. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between OCB and job loyalty (? = 0.074; p < 0.05) and between emotional intelligence and job loyalty (? = 0.098; p < 0.05) but is not significant for work ability (? = 0.052; p > 0.05). These findings suggest that enhancing job loyalty can be achieved through improving job satisfaction, particularly by promoting sportmanship, cognitive ability, and self-motivation among employees.

Abstrak:
Pengenalan tokoh wayang kepada siswa sekolah dasar sedikit sulit untuk dilakukan, dikarenakan siswa kurang tertarik dengan cerita dan tokoh wayang itu sendiri. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan yaitu teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) yang mana dapat dimanfaatkan untuk media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran pengenalan wayang kulit berbasis multimedia dengan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Dalam aplikasi pembelajaran pengenalan wayang kulit ini juga menerapkan algoritma Linear Congruent Method (LCM) sebagai metode pengacakan soal. Pengujian pertama adalah pengujian blackbox yang diperoleh persentase 100% yang artinya aplikasi layak digunakan dan berjalan sesuai fungsionalnya. Pengujian kedua yaitu whitebox diperoleh cyclomatic complexity sebesar 4, karena kurang dari 10 maka dapat dikategorikan dalam algoritma yang tidak kompleks. Pengujian ketiga adalah user acceptance test untuk guru memperoleh persentase 88% untuk aspek desain, 92% untuk aspek informasi aplikasi dan 90% untuk materi. Pengujian keempat adalah kompatibilitas aplikasi, tidak ada error yang terjadi saat aplikasi dijalankan pada beberapa versi android yang berbeda. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah aplikasi dapat dikembangkan lagi ke sistem operasi windows dan sistem operasiIOS agar bisa diinstall di berbagai platform.Kata Kunci : Wayang Kulit, Media Pembelajaran, Augmented Reality(AR), Linear Congruent Methode (LCM)
