Abstrak:
<em><span>The Village of Krobokan in the Semarang Barat Sub-District is renowned for producing Semarang’s distinctive culinary offerings. However, Micro Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Krobokan Village are confronted with various challenges, including a deficiency in branding capabilities. The primary objective of this community dedication program is to increase the knowledge of culinary business owners in Krobokan Village about branding to implement branding strategies to make their products known to the wider community. A proper understanding of branding will help MSMEs develop their businesses and increase sales, despite having limited budgets and resources. The method used to provide branding literacy education is through lectures. The results of the community dedication program show a positive change in culinary business owners who participated, as they gained an understanding of branding, personal branding, and the benefits of business development.</span></em>

Abstrak:
Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu organisasi/perusahaan. Kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh tiap sumber daya manusia perlu diperhatikan agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan yang menghambat perkembangan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. DSV SOLUTION INDONESIA Cabang Semarang, menggunakan metode probability sampling dan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Dan diperoleh hasil Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja berhasil memediasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

<p><em>Brand fairness is one of the center elements of marketing, all marketing strategies are basically the goal of building a solid brand. Brands have solid equity to succeed in gaining unswerving consumer advertising and economic benefits. When earlier than finding out to turn out to be a purchaser or client, of course, consumers are inflated through many stuff that inspire them. Therefore it is very meaningful to analyze the key factors that motivate the use of brand equity and customer service at that time to look for correlations and obtain suitable conclusions. The object that is being studied is the customer of Islamic banking.</em></p><p><em>The purpose of this analysis is to identify the impact of brand value, Brand Awareness, Brand Loyality on Brand Equity at Bank Muamalat in Semarang. The studies technique used on this studies is thru a survey. Information is analyzed quantitatively and uses a causative studies design. The tactic of taking illustrations used in this research is to use Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. All of the illustrative facts received via way of means of dispensing questionnaires is 100 respondents and might be processed the use of the SPSS 24 software feature.</em></p>

<p><em>Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Dividend Payout Ratio Sourced in table 2, the t-statistic has a value of -2,641372 which is smaller than t-table 2 009, so that the t-statistic located in the Ha area is accepted. Not only that, it is supported by a probability value (p-value) of 0.0114 which is smaller than an alpha of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affects the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the dining zone. and beverages listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. This result is in line with Rindasari's previous research (2018). However, this result does not match the research conducted by Samrotun (2015) which states that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. But it is different from the research conducted by Yurinawati and Andayani (2017) which shows that the Current Ratio does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Based on the results of the analysis and review, with illustrations of 10 food and beverage industries listed on the Indonesia Impact Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020, as follows: Return on Assets, Current Ratio does not affect, but Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Dimensions affect the dividend payout ratio.</em></p>

<p><em>The phenomenon that is the background of this study is that during 2017 to 2019 there are still many manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, having a Price Book Value (PBV) smaller than one. Many studies produce different results about the factors that affect PBV. The question of determinant factors arises whether that affects the PBV. Whether PBV is affected by Profitability (ROA) sales growth (Growth), And Debt Equity Ratio (DER), this research was conducted to answer the question. The theories used in this study are: signaling theory, trade-off theory. This study used purposive sampling of 75 out of 110 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2019. The data used is panel data from 2017-2019. The results of this model are expected to make a new contribution to the field of financial management. The main findings of this study are, The direct effect of Growth and DER was not significant to PBV. The effect of ROA on PBV is significant.</em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to determine the quality of academic service on student loyality. The object of this research at the FEB Undip. The independent variables in this study are tangibles, responsiveness, reliability. The dependent variable in this study is student luck at the Faculty of Economics and Businees at Diponegoro University. The population in this research is 3575 active students with a sample of 150 students. The method used in this research is a probability sampling method with proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool.The results showed that the tangibles, responsiveness, reliability partially has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction effect on student loyality at the Faculty of Economics and businees, University Diponegoro.</em></p><p>Riset ini bemaksud guna mengenal bobot layanan sub bagian Akademik berkenaan loyalitas mahasiswa. Obyek pada riset ini di FEB Undip. Komponen independen pada riset ini adalah bukti nyata (<em>tangibles</em>), kemampuan reaksi (<em>responsiveness</em>), kehandalan (<em>realibility)</em>. faktor dependen dalam riset ini ialah kepuasan mahasiswa FEB Undip. Jumlah populasi pada riset ini sebanyak 3575 mahasiswa aktif dengan sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 150 mahasiswa. Teknik yang dipakai dalam riset ini ialah metode <em>probability sampling</em> berdasarkan teknik <em>proportional stratified random sampling. </em>Riset ini memakai alat Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Kesimpulan Riset memperlihatkan kalau aspek bukti nyata (t<em>angibles</em>), kemampuan reaksi (<em>responsiveness</em>), kehandalan (<em>realibility</em>) secara parsial berdampak positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan pelayanan berakibat kepada loyalitas mahasiswa di FEB Undip.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

This study aims to determine the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. The object of this research at the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University. The independent variables in this study are tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy and assurance. The dependent variable in this study is student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine at Diponegoro University.The population in this research is 4522 active students with a sample of 97 students. The method used in this research is a probability sampling method with proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool.The results showed that the tangibles, responsiveness, reliability and empathy partially has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Assurance variable doesn t have effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine, University Diponegoro.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar spiritualitas berpengaruh di Islam saat memutuskan membeli makanan halal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji dimensi spiritualitas dalam konteks Islam guna mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya saat memutuskan membeli makanan halal. Berdasarkan penelitian ini membeli makanan halal dipengaruhi oleh spiritualitas dalam konteks Islam. Dampaknya pada industri makanan ini mereka memproduksi berdasarkan kehalalan serta bisa bersaing di pasar global. Citra produk halal dalam konteks Islam sangat penting untuk dipertimbangkan disamping makanan yang dianggap berkualitas oleh konsumen agar bisa di terima di pasar dalam negeri maupun global. Salah satu tulang punggung revenue Go-jek adalah transaksi pembayaran Go-pay. Berbeda dengan bank di mana nasabah bisa dengan mudah menemukan kantor bank tempatnya menaruh uang; pada aplikasi Go-pay konsumen bahkan tidak tahu di mana kantor Go-pay. Mengapa para konsumen tersebut bersedia menaruh uang di aplikasi Go-pay tanpa mengetahui di mana kantor Go-pay bahkan juga tidak mengetahui bagaimana prosedur dan ke mana harus komplain bila sewaktu-waktu uang mereka di aplikasi Go-pay hilang?Melalui pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini menemukan bahwa trust atau kepercayaan bukanlah faktor utama yang membuat para konsumen tersebut bersedia menaruh uang di aplikasi Go-pay melainkan ketidakbernilaian (worthlessness). Kata Kunci: Go-jek, Go-pay, trust, ekonomi digital.

Dewasa ini, dunia usaha yang semakin berkembang, mendorong para pengusaha untuk semakin bersaing ketat diberbagai sektor usaha. Salah satunya adalah disektor industri filter air minum kesehatan di Indonesia. Perusahaan yang melirik sektor ini, salah satunya adalah CV Mitra Kasih Perkasa dengan menghadirkan Wellblue Alkaline Water Pitcher sebagai alat pembuat air minum kesehatan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli Wellblue Alkaline Water Pitcher yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya, dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling yang digunakan digunakan adalah jenis simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 59,5% variabel keputusan pembelian Wellblue Alkaline Water Pitcher dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, dan Promosi.
