This study aims to explore the effectiveness of optimal hydration on brain activity and mental health in students and workers through a biopsychological approach. Five participants (three students and two workers) participated in a hydration intervention by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day for seven days. The design used was a one-group pretest-posttest, with measurements using the PANAS (Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule) scale and daily reflection. The results showed an increase in positive emotion scores and a decrease in negative emotion scores after the intervention was carried out in both groups. Participants' daily reflections supported these findings, although some experienced discomfort such as bloating or nausea. Biopsychologically, adequate hydration can contribute to cognitive function, emotional control, and daily productivity. This study confirms that regular drinking habits are a simple but effective strategy in improving mental health and brain function in both students and workers.

Software testing is a critical phase in information system development to ensure the system's quality and reliability. This study aims to evaluate the reliability and functionality of PT Perta Sakti Abadi's financial information system using the black-box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) technique. This technique allows input data to be grouped into valid and invalid categories, minimizing test cases without reducing testing coverage. The testing focuses on the login feature as the system's primary component by evaluating various input combinations. The testing scenarios include boundary conditions to ensure the system handles inputs correctly in various situations. The results indicate that the system successfully verifies valid credentials, rejects access with invalid data, and provides informative error messages. Additionally, the system demonstrates resilience in handling testing scenarios, including inputs with special characters and empty fields. Input validation mechanisms function optimally, supporting secure user access and ensuring the login feature aligns with functional specifications. This successful testing forms a strong foundation for testing other modules, such as multi-level authentication and data encryption. Thus, the Equivalence Partitioning technique within the black-box testing method proves effective in enhancing the quality of web-based financial information systems.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the potential benefits of integrating innovative technology and agile methodologies, precisely the Scrum method and the AppSheet platform, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of school exam administration. The research seeks to address the constraints of manual exam administration and investigate the role of technology in providing practical and efficient solutions.
Methods: The study was conducted at Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, utilizing the Scrum method with the AppSheet platform. The development of the school exam administration application with AppSheet, the low-code development platform (LCDP), using the Scrum method was carried out with a structured and adaptive approach. User stories and use case diagrams were employed to translate user insights into tangible visualizations, ensuring alignment with the intricate needs of the examination committee.
Result: Implementing the Scrum methodology in the development process has proven effective in creating a tailored and efficient application for school exam administration. The application's design and functionality have been carefully crafted to meet the specific requirements of exam administration, including form-filling, data entry, PDF report generation, and user feedback collection. The user survey conducted as part of the development process has provided valuable insights into user experiences, guiding areas for improvement and ensuring a user-centric approach to application development.
Novelty: This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the successful integration of agile methodologies and user-centric design principles in developing a comprehensive solution for school exam administration. The research highlights the potential of innovative technology to revolutionize exam administration for improved educational outcomes, emphasizing the significance of the Scrum methodology and the AppSheet platform in providing a structured yet adaptive approach to application development in the education sector.

This study aims to provide confirmation of the accommodation of disclosure which is still questionable in the cluster of international regulations, this is done in order to obtain the same interpretation of regulations in international practice for the protection of Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge (SDGPT), which is also an implication of the existing system in Law Number 13 of 2016 concerning Patents has not been able to protect it optimally. By using a normative juridical method with qualitative analysis, this study justifies the results that have been in previous studies that the beneficial sharing mechanism has become the government's effort to protect SDGPT from acts of misappropriation, but this research found a novelty, namely by supporting the affirmation and perfecting of these matters which need to be acknowledged are not sufficient to meet the needs of international practice, because it was found that there are still Indonesian State patents taken without beneficialy sharing due to the plurality of interpretations and accommodations of the Patent Law which are not in accordance with international practice requirements. Thus, the accommodation of disclosure or the formulation of disclosure requirements deserves a position in the regulation of the Patent Law in Indonesia for steps to encourage the sound of the same interpretation in the echoes of international practices and regulations, so that the benefits can be maintained and felt by people of origin.

Based on the fundamental aspects of people's living standards, the measure of progress in human development is called the Human Development Index. As the basis for the development structure of a region, the Human Development Index (HDI) is the most significant benchmark or parameter. The purpose of this study is undoubtedly to ascertain whether poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is influenced by the Human Development Index (IPM) variable. To achieve the research objectives, tests were conducted using simple regression analysis and quantitative techniques. The test results show that poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is significantly affected by the Human Development Index (HDI) because the significance value is less than 0.05. Because the value of determination, or R2, is close to 1, and some of the other influence values are influenced by other variables that have not been analyzed or researched, the value of the results of the Variable Human Development Index (HDI) test has a strong positive influence on poverty in DKI Jakarta Province.
