Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to examine how much influence pricing and promotional activities have on consumers' decisions to repurchase Jelita Cosmetic products in the Tamansiswa area of Yogyakarta. In the face of intensifying business competition, adopting the right marketing strategy becomes increasingly vital. As the business environment grows more competitive, choosing an effective marketing approach is a key factor for success. Indonesia’s beauty sector has seen remarkable growth in recent years. Since its inception in 2005, Jelita Cosmetic has managed to capture consumer attention by offering competitive prices and running consistent promotional campaigns through social media and e-commerce channels. This research employs a quantitative approach by gathering data through surveys conducted with 65 customers of Jelita Cosmetic. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression and supported by validity and reliability tests. The research findings reveal that both price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intentions, both individually and collectively. Approximately 58.4% of the variance in repurchase interest is accounted for by the two independent variables studied, with the remaining 41.6% attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. These results offermeaningful insights into how effective marketing strategies can be applied within the beauty industry.

Abstrak:
This study aimed to analyze the influence of price and brand image on Mixue consumer loyalty in Yogyakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with 50 respondents, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Validity and reliability tests demonstrated a robust research instrument. Classical assumptions were met. The F-test indicated a significant simultaneous effect of price and brand image on consumer loyalty (p < 0.05). However, the t-test showed that only brand image had a significant partial effect (p < 0.05), while the effect of price was insignificant (p > 0.05). This finding has implications for Mixue's marketing strategy in Yogyakarta, emphasizing the importance of a strong brand image.

Abstrak:
This research aims to investigate the process and impact of closing the Piyungan Final Disposal Site in the city of Yogyakarta to explore the economic impact. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, including document analysis, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, and field observations. The research results show that the closure of the landfill in Piyungan involves several crucial stages, including planning, technical implementation, and post-closure management. The effects of these landfill closures include causing significant changes in the local economy.

Increasing the results of high quality products is one of the main objectives of production process activities carried out in a manufacturing company. This research aims to determine the production process at PT Adi Satria Abadi. This research uses library research, also known as a literature review, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques. This technique aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study, namely PT. Adi Satria Abadi. The results of this research explain that the quality of raw materials and product quality is very important in the production process.

The author will conduct research entitled "The Effect Of Taste And Service Quality On Buying Interest At The Black Bumbu Bebek Senjay Food House "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY (Seturan Branch Yogyakarta)" The research taken is using quantitative research. The research taken is information related to taste, service quality to consumer buying interest. This research is a causal relationship (Causal Explanatory) which proves the usual relationship. Taste, service quality is called the independent variable, buying interest is called the dependent variable. In this study the population is not limited, so the sampling uses 100 respondents. 1. Taste has a significance value of 0.008 0.05, these results indicate that the Taste variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 2. Service Quality has a significance value of 0.000 0, 05, these results indicate that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 3. Taste and Service Quality have a significance of 0.000 0.05, these results indicate that the variables of Taste and Service Quality have a significant effect simultaneously on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY.

Abstrak:
This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in KSP Maju Bersama Jaya Magelang employees. The research was conducted quantitatively, with the sample analyzed being 14 employees. This research method is carried out in stages starting from the introduction to the processing of data that the author and the preparation of research reports have obtained. The study's results prove that quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation do not partially or simultaneously affect organizational citizenship behavior. Other results show that the magnitude of the influence of quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation on organization citizenship behavior on organization citizenship behavior is 39.0%.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze how much influence DER and ROA simultaneously and partially have on the Share Price of the Mustika Ratu Tbk company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. The F test shows that company performance measured by DER and ROA has no significant effect on Stock Price. The t test concluded that the DER variable had no significant effect on the stock price, but the ROA variable had a significant effect on the stock price. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 60.9% and there are still 39.1% explained by other factors not included in the study.

Abstrak:
SDM becomes one of the important factors in determining the success of a company with the presence of work motivation, then the performance of employees will improve and the objectives of the company will be realized. The research was done at the Phathok 25 bakpia factory. Using a type of quantitative research method of saturated sampling with a questionnaire. The sample was given to the employees of the Bakpia Factory at the 25th grade with (X) motivation and (Y) performance. This study was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics program 26. Results from the data processing of the study found that giving work motivation influenced the performance of employees who stated that the Validity Test and the Reliability Test had a fairly large cronbach alpha coefficient above 0.60.
