In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Rapid technological developments One of the advantages of computers in processing data can increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency in carrying out work in current technology makes it easier to manage inventory. Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstilmerupakan sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi bahan baku Kapassintetis yang menjadi benang setengah jadi. yang merupakan produsen tekstil terbesar di Indonesia. Duniatexadalah perusahaan tekstil kelas dunia yang dikelola secara profesional, yang berfokus pada pemintalan,pertenunan, pencelupan, dan finishing. Pengecekan persediaan dan perawatan setiap mesin yang terdapat diperusahaan dibagi menjadi beberapa departement bagian berdasarkan bagian masing-masing yaitu Mantainace,Utilty, Laborat. Sistem informasi monitoring dan penggendaliaan sistem yang ada pada perusahaan PT. DeltaDunia Sandang Tekstil masih manual dimana ketika barang masuk kegudang dan barang keluar dari gudang,karyawan hanya mencatat pada form buku barang yang telah tersedia dan sering terdapat kesalahan pencatatandan tercampurnya data barang satu dengan barang yang lain sehingga ditakutkan akan terjadi kehilangan databarang data saat diperlukan. Dan pencatatan pembukuan dilakukan secara dua kali yaitu dengan kertas dan Ms.Excel terlalu banyak membuang waktu dan laporan – laporan yang diberikan ke pimpinan sering terlambat, danmasih terkendala untuk mencari data persediaan harus membuka data sheet per sheetBerdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka perlu dilakukan perubahan terhadap Sistem persediaan di gudangSparepart mesin dengan menggunakanSistem Informasi Akuntansi Untuk Monitoring Dan Pengendalian DenganMenggunakan Metode Perpetual. Perusahaan dapat melakukan pencatatan persediaan barang dengan pencatatanbarang menggunakan metode Perpetual (Perpetual inventory control) tidak diperlukan perhitungan secara fisik (Stock Opname ) pada persediaan yang tersedia. Sistem Informasi ini membahas mengenai arus kas, penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Kanak Kanak HJ.Sri Anah2 Semaang. Sistem informasi arus kas yang dijalankan di Taman Kanak Kanak masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan data transaksi pada buku khusus. Hal ini membuat proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas yang dapat memudahkan tugas bendahara dan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat untuk sekolah. Sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas ini meliputi pendaftaran siswa baru, pencatatan transaksi arus kas sekolah Taman Kanak Kanak serta penjurnalan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan dari setiap transaksi arus kas yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan visual basic sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database dan berbasis jaringan multiuser. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pendekatan R&D. Dengan adanya sistem informasi arus kas diharapkan Taman Kanak Kanak dapat membantu pimpinan dalam melakukan pencatatan arus kas baik kas masuk dan kas keluar, dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Decision support system is defined as a system that supports the work of a manager or a group of managers in solving semi-structured problems by providing information or suggestions towards certain decisions. The design of this system used the R & D (Research And Development) method approach according to Borg & Gall (1983:775) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the calculation method, while what was taken into account were the criteria, where the criteria were: the number of consumers, center of crowd, access road, security, development potential. This application is made using the PHP programming language, MySql as the database, and the software used are: Adobe Dreamweaver and Apache. The choice of location for the construction of the right service center location is a problem that is being faced by PT. Eltra Various Techniques Semarang. Leaders feel confused in determining the right location for the construction of a service center because there are many things that must be considered so that the construction is not in vain and can overcome company problems. This decision support system is able to provide convenience for company leaders in determining the right service center location, through appropriate calculation processes and an integrated system with Geographic Information System (GIS) that can point to locations directly online. The results obtained are Tunjungan Elektronik Center with a value of 97.00, ITC Mega Wholesale with a value of 87.00, Galaxy Mall with a value of 86.00, Delta Plaza with a value of 85.00, Hi-tech Mall with a value of 84.00, Citra Wold Surabaya with a score of 83.00 so that the alternative chosen is Tunjungan Elektronik Center with the highest score of 97.00.

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time.
The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Technological developments and advances have a major influence on the business world and the world of education, especially in the field of computerization, used as data processing and obtain accurate information to be used as a decision. Schools in the Ungaran area are institutions or agencies engaged in education. Asset recording in these schools has been computerized with Microsoft Excel, but it is not optimal yet. The Maintenance Repair Information Technology (MRIT) division still uses bookkeeping in serving borrowing and returning assets, resulting in less effective and less controlled amount and condition of assets.The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems related to the asset inventory system of schools in the Ungaran area. The results obtained from this study are in the form of an asset inventory system using a web-based straight-line method. The system was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MariaDB as the database. The straight-line method is used in this study to calculate the depreciation of assets to determine the value of assets after experiencing depreciation. The MRIT section can easily find out the condition of the asset and the replacement time of the asset. ome of the features in the system include asset recording, borrower data, loan data and asset returns, asset depreciation and reports. The results of the research are that the presentation of asset data reports becomes more effective because they do not have to open several old documents. Asset replacement time can also be known easily.

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

Dian Wacana Demak Christian Kindergarten-Kindergarten School, which is one of the agencies engaged in the science and early childhood education. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial.
The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Abstract Small and medium businesses in the area of Semarang in managing onventional financial problems. In relation to the development of technology, small and medium entrepreneurs have not yet utilized information technology optimally. The calculation of the price of production is also still being done conventionally. The aim is to carry out this research to help small and medium-sized businesses in the process of calculating the cost of production by using the hp calculation system. Hpp calculation method using codeigniter based full costing method. Systems development method by using search and devepoment methods. The steps in research and development include Research and Information Collection, Planning, Developing Preliminary Forms of Product, Preliminary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing, Operational Product Revision, Operational Field Testing, Final Product Revision, and Dissemination and Implementation. Based on the survey, the hpp calculation system with a codeigniter-based full costing method can be accepted and makes it easier for small and medium businesses in managing their finances specifically in the hpp calculation. The HPP calculation system makes financial management performance more time and energy efficient. Financial reports from the HPP calculation system become more accurate. The HPP calculation system prevents unexpected fraud. HPP calculation system is equipped with security.
