Abstrak:
Suppose the fulfilment of nutrition is not appropriate. In that case, it can impact growth disorders, lack of energy production for activities, decreased body immunity, impaired brain function, and even impact behaviour such as being less calm, irritable, or not caring or indifferent to the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of housewives regarding the fulfilment of nutritional needs. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted on 75 housewives in Biang Village, Kao District, North Maluku. Inclusion criteria Participants who took part in this study are:1) housewives aged 20 to 45 years, 2) housewives have their address at Biang Village, 3)able to read and write, not sick, physically and mentally healthy, 4)have complete awareness. This study uses a demographic data questionnaire to view the respondent's profile and uses the Nutrition Knowledge Level Questionnaire from Florence (2017). The results showed that 79% of housewives in Biang Village had good nutrition knowledge even though 90% did not have a job and 37% only graduated from high school.
