This study aims to explore the legal aspects of women's political participation from a gender perspective, emphasizing the problem of the gap between regulation and implementation in legal practice in Indonesia, as well as the obstacles faced by women in achieving an equal position in politics. This study is motivated by the ongoing gap in political participation between men and women in various countries, including Indonesia, which can be seen from the lack of women in important decision-making at the local and national levels. Women's representation in the public sphere, especially in politics and decision-making, has been regulated in various regulations, such as the Election Law and the 30% quota Affirmative Action Policy. However, in practice, these regulations often do not achieve the expected goals due to structural and cultural obstacles, and minimal sanctions for non-compliance. This study finds that although there has been normative progress in building a legal framework that supports women's participation, its implementation is still weak due to various obstacles, including gender-biased legal interpretations, patriarchal dominance in the political system, and the lack of effective monitoring mechanisms. The main contribution of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the gap between the regulation and practice of women's representation. Using a normative and sociological legal approach, this study offers a new perspective in understanding this problem, not only as a legal issue but also as a structural and cultural problem that requires multidimensional intervention. This study also provides concrete recommendations to strengthen law enforcement and ensure that affirmative policies can run effectively, such as improving legal sanctions, increasing the capacity of supervisory institutions, and ongoing gender education. Uniquely, this study contributes to the legal literature and practice by providing a comprehensive roadmap to address the gap in the implementation of affirmative policies in women's representation. Furthermore, this study emphasizes that improving the gender-responsive legal system is not only a normative need but also a prerequisite for creating substantive justice in Indonesian society.

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana eksistensi pelaksanaan mediasi penal dengan pendekatan restorative justice yang merupakan cara penyelesaiaan perkara pidana dengan mengutamakan win win solution atau perdamaian antara pelaku dan korban sehingga perkara tidak harus sampai ke Persidangan. Penulisan artikel ini dituangkan dalam tulisan yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu memberikan gambaran tentang eksistensi mediasi penal dengan pendekatan restoratif justice pada penyelesaian tindak pidanaserta untuk mendapatkan data yang diinginkan, penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dimana penulis mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan, teori yang relevan mengenai pelaksanaan mediasi penal. Kesimpulan dari penulisan artikel ini didapatkan bahwa mediasi penal dengan pendekatan keadilan restoratif atau restorative justice memang sudah harus diupayakan pada pintu awal penyelasaian perkara pidana yakni penyidikan terutama yang sudah disebutkan pada Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan tindak pidana namun pada kenyataannya terkadang penyidik masih merasa takut dengan stigma masyarakat yang menganggap kalau mediasi penal dengan pendekatan restorative justice ini merupakan jalan yang haram dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana.

The author employs the PIECES framework to evaluate the quality of the information system service and measure customer satisfaction. The PIECES method consists of six parameters: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. This method is chosen for its ability to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results indicate user satisfaction with the use of the website as a promotional tool and a source of information. The average satisfaction level reflects the majority's contentment with the platform.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the issuance of sukuk ijarah and company size on the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of companies incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The research sample was obtained from the purposive sampling technique, namely 8 companies with 4 years so that there were 32 observations. The data analysis technique used Multiple Regression Analysis. Partially, the issuance of sukuk ijarah and company size affect the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Simultaneously, the issuance of sukuk ijarah and company size together affect the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the magnitude of the effect of the issuance of sukuk ijarah and company size on overall profitability is 0.227 = 22.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, besar pengaruh Tata Ruang terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci (DPPKA) Kerinci. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh Tata Ruang terhadap kinerja pegawai dan berapa besarkan pengaruh tatruang terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci (DPPKA) Kerinci. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui signifikansi t hitung lebih besar dari 5% (0172 > 0,05), menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tapi tidak signifikans antara tataruang terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci (DPPKA) Kerinci, Besarnya pengaruh Tata Ruang terhadap Kinerja Pegawai berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai R Square 0,034. Yang berarti bahwa besarnya pengaruh tataruang terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci (DPPKA) Kerinci sebesar 3,4%, sementara itu selebihnya 96,4% dipengaruhi oleh variable-variabel lain yang tidak dihitung dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously variables namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Quick Ratio (QR) on stock returns. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of financial statements (financial statements) of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 – 2020. This study has the result that the variable Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant influence on stock returns, while Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Quick Ratio (QR) do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, all independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on stock returns. Researchers provide suggestions for future research to use a larger population with a longer time frame and are advised to add more diverse independent variables. For companies to better evaluate various things that can affect stock returns so that issuers can maximize their resources so that they can increase the interest of investors to invest. In addition, for investors to be more selective in terms of fundamental and technical analysis in investing. As well as the government is expected to be more flexible and careful in implementing its regulations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan nilai yang terkandung pada setiap pola artsitektur rumah adat Limbungan Desa Perigi Kecamatan Suela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini meupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa, (1) Rumah adat limbungan ini terbuat dari bahan-bahan alami yang masih mudah didapatkan seperti: kayu, daun ilalang, bambu, dan getah pohon, (2) Rumah adat limbungan ini terdiri dari komponen-komponen dan memiliki ciri khas masing-masing, diantaranya terdiri dari atap, pondasi, dinding, pintu, jendela, tangga, lantai/teras, (3) Nilai atau makna dari setiap komponen rumah adat ini meliputi : nilai tata karma, kepedulian sosial,   kepercayaan, sedangkan pada atap yang semakin menjorok ke bawah menunjukan rasa hormat, dinding rumah adat ini mengandung nilai kesederhanaan   yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan, dan untuk pintu dimasing-masing rumah adat ini serentak menghadap utara dikarenakan matahari terbit dari utara sehingga sinar dari matahari yang mengandung vitamin D yang baik untuk pembentukan tulang
