Optimizing Fall Detection System as an Early Warning System for the Elderly to Enhance Quality of Life

Abstrak:
Purpose: The main objective of this research is to develop a fall detection system and improve rapid emergency response or early warning systems for falls in the elderly.
Methods: In this research, the waterfall method was used for image analysis to detect falls with high accuracy. We also used Raspberry Pi 3, and OpenCV3 to set up a server to receive fall detection alerts and forward them to email.
Results: This system integrated a camera mounted on a Raspberry Pi 3 to continuously monitor the area captured by the camera. In the fall detection system, the results of testing with data showed that the system accuracy was 72.22%, sensitivity 72.72%, and error 27.77%.
Novelty: The approach this research adopted can be used in a variety of settings, including home healthcare, elderly care facilities, or places that require safety monitoring. With this system, we hope to improve rapid response in emergency situations, thereby protecting and improving the quality of life for people in need.

Abstrak:
Community service is carried out with the aim of preaching religious values ??to generation-Z in the digital era. Da'wah is carried out using podcast media at the Ash-Shomad mosque in Banten. The results of the dedication show that da'wah through podcast media runs well and smoothly. Material about the importance of religious values ??in generation-Z in the digital era has been conveyed well by the implementers. These values ??are ethics, morals, social relationships, the importance of personal character, self-control, social ethics and so on.

Abstrak:
This research aims to investigate the effect of organizational culture and job motivation as independent variables toward the teacher’s work productivity of state junior high school teachers as dependent variable, both individually and collectively.
Among 60 senior high school teachers were surveyed and 52 respondent were selected as samples for the research. Normality, homogenity,linearity, multiple regression,and multiple correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research using the SPPS 21.0 program for Windows.The result of this research imply that: Firstl, a positive and significant effect was found Teacher’s Work Productivity by Organizational Culture and Job Motivation collectivelly and expressed in coefficient correlation ry1.2 = 0,672 (a = 0,05) and regression equation as Y = 43,0378 + 0,603 X1 + 0,273 X2 and determination coefficient is r2y1.2 = 0,451.Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found Organizational Culture toward Teacher’s Work Productivity can be found and expressed in hypothesis testing that the value of Sig = 0.000 and t = 5.767, while t table = 2.021. Because the value of Sig <0.05 and tcount > ttable, H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect of the independent variable X1 (organizational culture) on the dependent variable Y (Teacher’s Work Productivity). Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive and significant corelation was found Job Motivation toward Teacher’s Work Productivity can be found and expressed in the hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of Sig = 0.000 and tcount = 3.881, while ttable = 2.021. The value of Sig <0.05 and tcount > ttable, so H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect of the independent variable X2 (job motivation) toward the dependent variable Y (Teacher’s Work Productivity).
According to result of this research that improvement of Teacher’s Work Productivity can be in creased by Organizationalal Culture and Job Motivation interest.

Abstrak:
This present study aims at identifying the role of Islamic boarding schools as da’wah institution. Islamic boarding schools in fact provided the process of teaching, educating, and exemplaring values every second and minute and every hour of the clerics to his students. Educational in islamic boarding school aims to forge themselves into an independent person and to develop a spirit of togetherness, which includes the attitude of mutual assistance, solidarity and brotherhood among the students. In terms of individual character development, schools teach thrift and simple life away from the consumptive nature. The role of Islamic boarding schools was not only as educational institutions but also it took a role as a religious institution operated as a basis in the process of changing social in society. In there, the basics of science are taught for dakwah, so the students have to do da’wah when they will enter to the society. Thus, Islamic boarding schools as an Islamic educational institution owned by the community is really potential for the Establishing of man power, potential for the creation of intelligence and well-being of the nation. Not a bit of Dakwah that could be done through schools, good Dakwah that convey the teachings of Islam, as well as preaching about the life and development of the Ummah.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas pembelajaran secara daring di era pandemi covid 19 bagi siswa–siswi SMK Mandalla Entrepreneur School Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sample responden dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa semua tingkatan yang secara acak berjumlah 73 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa yang merasakan kebermanfaatan pembelajaran daring sekitar 8 siswa atau 10,96% sisa nya belum merasakan manfaat. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran daring pun kurang antusiasdilihat dari data sekitar 37 siswa atau 50,68% siswa merasa bosan. Kemudian keinginan siswa, pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara tatap muka langsung dengan data menunjukan sekitar 65 siswa dari 73 responden atau sekitar 89,04% sisanya 5 siswa atau 6,85% pembelajaran secara sistem blok yaitu satu hari pembelajaran secara daring dan satu hari kemudian pembelajaran secara tatap muka, dan 3 siswa atau 4.11% yang menginginkan pembelajaran daring. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring secara terus menerus selama masa pandemi ini sangat tidak efektif.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas kepemimpinan The objective of this researdh is to find out the correlation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation as independent variables with Job Satisfaction as dependent variable, both individually and collectivelly. Among 119 vocational high school teachers were surveyed and 77 respondent were selected as samples for the research. Normality, simple regression, multiple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research. The result of this research imply that: Firstly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Principal’s Managerial Leadership with Job Satisfaction and expressed in coefficient correlation correlation ry1 = 0.0,319 (a = 0,05) and regression equation as Y=94,350 + 0,245X1 and determination coefficient is r2y1 = 0.101 Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Compensation and Job Satisfaction can be found and expressed in coefficient correlation ry2 = 0.314 and regression equation as Y = 98,752 +0,205X2 and determination coefficient is r2y2 = 0.099. Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive corelation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation along with Job Satisfaction which is expressed in multiple correlation of ry12 = 0.319 and regression form of Y= 94,709 +0,219X1 + 0,023X2, and determination coefficient is r2 = 0,319 . According to result of this research that improvement of teachers job satisfaction can be in creased by Principal’s Managerial Leadership interest and Compensation interest.
