Abstrak:
The research aims to explain and describe the role of training programs (diklat) in enhancing teachers' competencies. The research methodology employed is a qualitative literature review. Data collection involves documentation, and data processing includes reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that pedagogical competence training encompasses teachers' skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and evaluating student learning outcomes, with the goal of enabling teachers to gain a deep understanding of effective teaching strategies. Professional competence training involves teachers' understanding of curriculum development, educational innovation, and profound knowledge of the subjects they teach. Personal competence training for teachers, encompassing emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, can create a conducive learning environment. Meanwhile, social competence training establishes a positive classroom climate and supports the development of students' character.

Abstrak:
The aim of the research is to explain the strategy for developing an Islamic broadcasting communication study program. Qualitative research method through literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation and data processing with data reduction and presentation. Research results: strategies for developing the Islamic communication and broadcasting curriculum: sending professional da'wah personnel to remote areas, sending students to Islamic boarding schools to prepare professional da'wah personnel, assigning students to manage radio as a medium for da'wah, strengthening courses that lead to the Islamic broadcasting communication study program, core communication science, especially material on journalism and broadcasting, a plus da'wah-based curriculum and a balanced portion of the curriculum between theory, practice, Indonesian national qualification framework, curriculum concentration on journalism, broadcasting, public relations, plus competency in the field of counseling based on an Islamic world-view, communication technology competency and competence in managing mass media.

Abstrak:
This research explores the new culture and its implications for Generation Z's religion in the social context of contemporary society. Using a sociological and anthropological approach to society, this research analyzes the cultural changes of Generation Z and its impact on the religious dimension. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of social media content. The results show that the new culture has significant implications for Generation Z's religion, including changes in religious practices, exploration of individualistic forms of religion, and attention to social and humanitarian dimensions. This research provides a broad understanding of the religious dynamics of Generation Z in contemporary new culture and its important implications in facing cultural change.

Abstrak:
Renewal in an educational institution is a necessity, this is because educational institutions follow the times and the needs of an increasingly new era without reducing educational values. Reform cannot be separated from policy, there will be the right policy and the concept of reform through proper analysis, monitoring of policy implementation, and policy evaluation. The reform policy in Islamic boarding schools will present the ideals of modernizing Islamic boarding schools without losing the values of Islamic boarding schools. The method used uses a qualitative methodology with a library research approach, examining related references. According to Dede Rosyada, the functions of the pesantren are divided into two, the first is the functionalism model and the structuralism model, where in functionalism formal schools are included, such as madrasas or secondary schools and equivalent, then the structuralism function includes the development of student skills, such as agricultural skills, automation and so on.

Abstrak:
This article discusses the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model which is a formula for the needs of today's institutions. This article uses a qualitative descriptive analysis of the object of discussion by utilizing reference sources on related themes. This article argues that the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model is an ideal curriculum to be applied, this is because it is in accordance with the current needs of the nation, where this model is integrated between the curriculum and Islamic Character which in the end is not limited to general knowledge and to help eliminate the dichotomy between the general education system and Islam, so that understanding/learning will provide comprehensive student learning outcomes and be able to print the Ulul Albab generation. By applying the Islamic Integrated Character curriculum model, students will be able to recognize, understand, reflect, have faith, fear, and have noble character in carrying out the teachings correctly. Furthermore, the Islamic Integrated Character Curriculum has a positive effect on increasing higher-order thinking skills and improving the character of students compared to students using conventional methods, it can be said to be effective in improving students' higher-order thinking skills, so that it will produce a generation of Insan Kamil.

Artikel ini membahas tentang urgensi leadership dengan skills yang harus dimiliki serta kemampuan manajemen dalam pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terhadap obyek pembahasan dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber referensi tentang tema terkait dan menggunakan metode library research. Artikel ini beragumen bahwasannya leadership sangat dibutuhkan pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam saat ini, dimana leadership yang dimaksud harus memiliki skills visioner, resiko personal, peka, wawasan luas, kharisma, komunikatif, teladan, dan tidak ego. Selanjutnya dengan manajemen yang bagus dimana manajemen yang dimaksud ialah seni dalam menyelesaikan projek, kegiatan dengan sebuah kerjasama yang epik serta memahami apa yang ingin dikerjakan dan kemudian mengerjakannya dengan cara yang efektif dan efesien. Oleh karena ini pada artikel ini menawarkan idealitas leadership dengan manajemen Pendidikan Islam yang bagus dalam membentuk generasi emas dimasa datang.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tercapainya secara masif tujuan pendidikan khususnya beriman, bertakwa dan berakhlak mulia. Dekadensi altruisme tampak di MA Sunan Pandanaran, contoh salah satunya sikap apatis antar peserta didik. Solusinya ialah dengan “Penguatan Altruisme” melalui Gerakan Pramuka pangkalan MA Sunan Pandanaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara purposive dan snowball. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Dengan mengambil sumber data dari pendidik PAI, pembina pramuka dan anggota pramuka, serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI, dan kepramukaan yang telah diprogramkan oleh pramuka MA Sunan Pandanaran. Selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan metode analisis data oleh Miles Huberman. Kemudian uji keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Pertama, Implementasi kurikulum yang dipakai pangkalan ialah integrasi PAI dan Syarat Kecakapan Umum.. Kedua, Kepramukaan yang ada di pangkalan berjalan dengan baik, melalui program kerja yang direncanakan. Ketiga, Keterkaitan Kepramukaan dengan Altruisme di pangkalan terletak pada kode kehormatan Gerakan Pramuka yang di aplikasikan melalui pendidikan PAI dan kepramukaan. Keempat, Pelaksanaan kegiatan kepramukaan yang menguatkan jiwa altruistik di pangkalan terletak pada Dasa Darma dan Tri Satya yang diaplikasikan dengan pendidikan PAI dan kepramukaan yang dilaksanakan secara rutin.
