The work POLA-POLA was inspired by the online game Higgs Domino where the creator was interested in the algorithmic patterns of the game. This game is not only played by teenagers but is also played by children and even the elderly. This game has its own uniqueness, namely that there are boxes where the spin moves from top to bottom so that wins and losses appear in the box. The artist interpreted these boxes in the work POLA-POLA by using six cubes of different sizes and each side has a different color, consisting of red, yellow, green and white. In creating the dance work entitled POLA-OLA, the methods of observation, exploration, improvisation and formation were used. Supporting the work consists of six dancers, namely three male dancers and three female dancers. The POLA-POLA dance work was performed at the Hoerijah Adam Performance Building, Padangpanjang Indonesian Arts Institute. This dance work is presented in the form of a contemporary dance work.

This research aims to implement the concept of ISAK No. 35 concerning the Presentatiton of Financial Reports of Nin-Profit Oriented Entitas at the Daarul Muhsinin Islamic Boarding Scholl, Kec. Bilah Hulu, Kab. Labuhan Batu. ISAK Concept No.35 is a concept aimed at non profit oriented statements. Financial reports that include the concept of ISAK no 35, namely the report of financial position, comprehensive income report, report on changes in net assets, cashflow report and notes to financial reports. The Daarul Muhsini Islamic Boarding School has not implemented of presented financial report in accordance with this concept, so researchers have implemented a aim of this research to find out how financial reports are presented at the Daarul Muhsinin Islamic Boarding School based on the ISAK NO. Concept.35 Concept for the Daarul Muhsinin Islamic Boarding School. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, documentation and literature study. The data analysis method used is a descriptive qualitative method.

Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure.
Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy.
Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Sama halnya seperti Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan. Perang antara dua kerajaan ini terjadi di Pelalawan yakni di Mempusun. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai: (1) Latar belakang penyebab terjadinya perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan serta Pemerintahan Kerajaan Siak pada masa Sultan Syarif Ali; (2) jalannya perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan 1806-1811; (3)   akhir dan dampak dari perang antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode sejarah, yang mana metode sejarah mempunyai 4 tahap, yakni: (1) Heuristik; (2) Kritik sumber; (3) Interpretasi; (4) Historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perang yang terjadi dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan pendapat antara Kerajaan Siak dan Kerajaan Pelalawan mengenai bagian wilayah kekuasaan, dan kukuh nya dalam mempertahankan pendapat masing-masing. Terdapat dua kali penyerangan dalam perang ini. Kemenangan berada pada Kerajaan Siak, dan perang pun selesai, setelah naiknya Sayed Abdurrahman menjadi Raja di Kerajaan Pelalawan, Sayed Abdurrahman mengeluarkan maklumat yang mengarah pada perdamaian. Sayed Abdurrahman meminta Mantan Raja Pelalawan yakni Maharaja Lela Putra untuk kembali ke Pelalawan untuk dijadikan Orang Besar Kerajaan serta dijamin keselamatannya,   dan akhir dari perang tersebut ialah berdamai dan mengikat persaudaraan Begito yakni persaudaraan dunia akhirat.

Balaroa Pewunu Village is one of the villages located in West Dolo Sub-district, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The new village separated itself from the main village of Pewunu in 2012, the establishment of the village was stipulated on November 20, 2012 through Sigi Regency Regional Regulation Number 41 of 2012 concerning the Expansion of Balaroa Pewunu Village. As a village that has not been established for too long, it certainly needs to implement good service quality. The quality of service in Balaroa Pewunu Village is the focus of community service activities. However, the Balaroa Pewunu Village government in terms of administrative services still needs to be improved. This article was prepared to find out about the implementation of improving the quality of service of the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government. The implementation method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results achieved from the implementation of community service activities are that the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government has begun to implement related to Improving Service Quality, and since the transition to the new government period. Improvement after improvement, development after development and services that have been implemented have begun to appear, even now Balaroa Pewunu Village has become a model village for neighboring villages.

This activity aims to find out how the food business development strategy is in setting product prices in the D&A geprek chicken business. The implementation method used is how to determine the time and duration of the activity and the place where the activity will be carried out. Determine the location where to market the product and provide the necessary tools and materials. Carry out the process of production, packaging, and how to market the product. Set the price and product quality in order to compete with other competitors in the city of hammer. The results of this activity show that D&A's Geprek Chicken can compete with other Geprek sellers in Palu City, due to the lower price setting strategy compared to other sellers. And during this activity, D&A's geprek chicken was able to sell geprek chicken according to the turnover target, even more than the turnover target.

BUMDes Sintuvu is a business institution that handles services, which was established in 2017, providing various types of services such as hand tractor rentals, pick-up car rentals, and rental of tunnel tents, chairs, reception tables, and wedding stages. The purpose of this research is to find a new marketing strategy for BUMDes Sintuvu Sikara Tobata Village. This research is a qualitative research. Methods of data collection through interviews and documentation. The result of this study is a marketing strategy through the marketing mix using the 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Conclusion The products/services of Sintuvu BUMDes were chosen so that the products implemented facilitate the needs of the community and do not compete with the community, Sintuvu BUMDes provide the best service to be accepted by the community and satisfying service.

Salah satu sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava, Kabupaten Sigi adalah di bidang pertanian yang ditanami jagung. Setelah melakukan observasi, kami menemukan bahwa di daerah ini banyak menghasilkan limbah hasil pertanian yaitu tongkol jagung. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa limbah adalah buangan yang dihasilkan dari suatu proses produksi baik industri maupun domestik. Dan sampai saat ini memang masih menjadi masalah besar dalam masyarakat. Fenomena ini juga yang terjadi pada masyarakat di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.Masyarakat hanya membuang limbah jagung-jagung tersebut, tidak memanfaatkannya sama sekali. Melihat fenomena tersebut kami mencoba menemukan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi limbah tongkol jagung tersebut dengan menjadikannya suatu produk yang selain bernilai manfaat juga nantinya dapat memiliki nilai komersil. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan tongkol jagung itu sendiri menjadi bahan bakar dan sumber energy. Metode pelaksaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) demonstrasi, dan (3) praktek langsung oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan limbah tongkol ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah salah satunya mengurangi pencemaran limbah tongkol jagung, karena banyaknya limbah tongkol yang tidak di manfaatkan dengan baik sehingga kami berpikir soal tongkol jagung tersebut diubah menjadi produk yang bernilai yaitu termasuk suatu teknologi alternatif sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak yaitu briket, sekaligus membuka peluang usaha yang dapat memajukan pendapatan di Desa Sibalaya Selatan.
