This research aims to increase knowledge and skills in the futsal sports training program at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani. The PkM activity involved 20 participants with a focus on increasing understanding and skills in the quality of futsal game techniques and tactics. The methods used include explaining theoretical understanding, applying theory, as well as direct practice sessions to improve participants' understanding and skills. The results of the activity showed that 3 people or 15% of participants had a good understanding of the pretest, while 17 people or 85% of participants had limited understanding. After participating in the program, the posttest results showed a significant improvement where 18 people or 90% gained good understanding, while only 2 people or 10% still needed additional understanding. The implication of this activity is that it is hoped that teachers who take part in the training will gain increased competence in designing and implementing futsal training programs, so that they can develop students more effectively, improve school achievement, and enrich PJOK learning methods

Students at the High School level often face various emotional and psychological challenges, such as academic stress, social pressure, and personal crises, which can negatively affect their mental well-being. To overcome this issue, community service aims to implement Psychological First Aid (PFA) training which provides students with understanding and skills in providing psychological support to colleagues. The focus of this service is to increase awareness of the importance of mental health support in the school environment. The method used involves pretest questionnaires, theory sessions, role plays, group discussions to help students master the basic principles of PFA through real situation simulations and ends with a post test. The results of PKM activities are (1) most participants gained an increased understanding of Psychological First Aid (PFA); (2) Most participants easily practiced Psychological First Aid (PFA) with their friends during role play sessions. The conclusions from this service are (1) increasing the knowledge and skills of female students at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani in applying Psychological First Aid (PFA) to their peers; (2) Collaboration between FIK UNCEN and SMA Negeri 3 Sentani; (3) carrying out community service activities as a lecturer's academic obligation.

Objective: To investigate the effects of constant-width and varied-width parachute running training on the 100-meter sprint performance of athletes from the North Medan Athletic Club in 2023 and to determine which training method is more effective. Methods: The entire population of 10 athletes from the North Medan Athletic Club was analyzed. The athletes underwent pretest and post-test measurements for their 100-meter sprint times. They were divided into two groups: one group was trained with constant-width parachute running, and the other group was trained with varied-width parachute running. Pretest and post-test data were analyzed using SPSS 21. Normality tests were conducted to ensure data distribution. Homogeneity of variance was tested to compare the variances between the two groups. A t-test was used to determine the significance of the differences in sprint times before training and after training, as well as the difference between constant and varied-width training. Results: All data were normally distributed and showed homogeneity. The t-test showed a statistically significant improvement in sprint times for athletes in both the constant-width (p < 0.05) and varied-width (p < 0.05) parachute running groups. Furthermore, a significant difference was found between the constant-width and varied-width training methods, with varied-width training showing a greater effect in increasing the sprint speed of athletes at the North Medan Athletic Club.

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. Law enforcement against perpetrators of drug abuse crimes committed by children has been effective. Drug abuse has a very bad impact on the continuity of a nation's generation. To anticipate this, cooperation is needed from all components of society, such as families, from school to university level, and the government must unite in efforts to prevent narcotics in the surrounding environment. Using the perspective of Law Number 35 of 2009, this study attempts to analyze how narcotics crimes committed by children are prosecuted legally. Drug abuse is a serious crime that can endanger the security and sovereignty of the state, as well as the growth and future of the state, according to a normative legal approach that includes analysis of laws and regulations and previous events. Illegal drug use is prohibited, according to Law Number 35 of 2009. Research findings show that, despite the need for legal action against children who use drugs, the juvenile criminal justice system uses Restorative Justice strategies along with the concept of diversion to protect children from stigma.

The preparation of the Village Budget is carried out by involving the community through village deliberations. After being approved by the village deliberation, the Village Budget is then submitted to the Village Consultative Body (BPD) to be stipulated as a village regulation. After being enacted, the Village Budget can be used as a reference in implementing development activities and public services in the village. This research is a type of qualitative research with the aim of finding out evidence related to the preparation of the village budget and income whether or not it is in accordance with Village Regulation No. 9 of 2022 concerning the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This type of research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the preparation of the Village Budget and the implementation of the Village Budget are in accordance with Village Regulation No. 9 of 2022.

This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era

One of the things that greatly influences students' learning is discipline, which is a condition where students show attitudes, appearances, and behaviors that are in accordance with the rules, values, norms, and provisions that apply in schools, classes, or wherever students are. The purpose of this study is to review the literature on ways to foster student discipline in learning activities. This study uses the Literature Review method. Data were collected by documenting and reviewing all articles related to student discipline development that have similarities with this report. The results of the literature review show that student discipline development can be done by making school rules and introducing the school environment, as well as by using self-control techniques, external control, and cooperative control. Evaluation of discipline development is carried out at the end of each academic year by reporting the results of the discipline development program in terms of attendance and achievement of KKM in the report book. This discipline development has a positive impact on students in learning activities.
 
 

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Supervisi Tenaga Pendidik di SD Negeri 1 Lawang Kidul, Tanjung Enim Kabupaten Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan”. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri 1 Lawang Kidul serta untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri 1 Lawang Kidul, Tanjung Enim Kabupaten Muara Enim. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri 1 Lawang Kidul melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi di tiap awal semester mulai dari melakukan pengarahan dan persiapan supervisi, melakukan pengawasan, pemberian motivasi dan bimbingan terhadap para guru, serta melakukan penilaian dan tindak lanjut terhadap hasil supervisi para guru. Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi terdiri dari keadaan atau kondisi guru, keahlian dan kecakapan kepala sekolah, serta lingkungan atau budaya sekolah yang kondusif. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi terdiri dari beban kerja guru dan kepala sekolah, terbatasnya waktu kepala sekolah, dan respon para guru.
 

Artikel ini berjudul Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, adapun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Sarana dan prasarana ini menjadi bagian yang sanngat penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaiaman pentingnya sarana dan prasarana pada lembaga pendidikan terutama pendidikan madrasah ibtidaiyah yang selalu dikesampingkan oleh pemerintah. Metode dalam karya tulis ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan, yaitu dengan menyajikan gambaran dan analisis mengennai pengertian, dasar pemikiran penggunaan media, landasan pemikiran penggunaan media, media pembelajaran dalam perspektif al-Qur’an dan Hadist dan manfaat penggunaan media. Hasil analisis berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah masih menjadi problem besar dalam dunia pendidikan, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung proses pembelajaran menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan proses pembalajaran, madrasah ibtidaiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan dasar yang harusnya menjadi perhatian juga dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara nasional.
 
 

Tujuan - mendekonstruksi realitas ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan di masyarakat pesisir dengan perspektif akuntansi ekonomi politik. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Metode kualitatif dengan paradigma postmodern dan perspektif akuntansi ekonomi politik.     Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ekonomi politik akuntansi memainkan peran penting dalam "bertransaksi" seperti koin (logam) yang memiliki dua sisi yang berbeda. Dimana di satu sisi para pelaku (nelayan) memiliki kepentingan ekonomi yang berbenturan dengan pelestarian alam dan di sisi lain, kehidupan ekonomi dan sosial masih bergantung pada alam sebagai sumber utama mereka. Dengan demikian, hasil dekonstruksi yang ditawarkan dapat menyelaraskan hubungan antara masyarakat (ekonomi dan sosial) dengan alam. Implikasi Praktis - Pemerintah daerah dan pusat, khususnya kementerian kelautan dan perikanan, serta masyarakat pesisir dapat memperoleh manfaat dari akuntansi keberlanjutan sehingga kegiatan ekonomi dapat berjalan selaras dengan kehidupan sosial dan kelestarian lingkungan. Orisinalitas / nilai - hasil dekonstruksi yang ditawarkan berasal dari kearifan lokal jenius masyarakat pesisir yang mulai dilupakan. Makalah ini mencoba mendekonstruksi realitas masyarakat pesisir dalam memberikan solusi tanpa menghancurkan mata pencaharian utama masyarakat. Parameter yang menerapkan konsep triple bottom line adalah bahwa ada harmonisasi antara aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan.
