This study analyzes a cheating incident that occurred during the 2025 National Badminton Circuit (Sirnas) in the Riau Archipelago, where a young athlete was suspected of deliberately damaging the shuttlecock before serving. A qualitative method was employed through video analysis, semi-structured interviews with 10 stakeholders (athletes, referees, coaches), and a review of official documents. The findings reveal that the act of cheating was driven by competitive pressure, suboptimal referee oversight, and the athlete's mental fragility. The consequences included damage to the reputation of the athlete and their club, as well as a decline in public trust in the integrity of the sport. The discussion highlights the need for reforms in monitoring systems, enhanced character education, and strict sanctions by the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI). This study recommends the integration of instant replay technology and ethics-based simulation training to prevent recurrence.

This study aims to examine the influence of sports on the mental health of students at SMKN 2 Pandeglang. Mental health is an important aspect in supporting the learning process and the development of adolescents, while sports are believed to have a positive impact on students' psychological well-being. The study uses a qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interviews conducted with students and physical education teachers at the school. The data were analyzed descriptively to understand students’ perceptions and experiences regarding sports and their mental well-being. The results show that regular participation in sports activities contributes to reducing stress, improving mood, and enhancing students’ learning concentration. In addition, sports also strengthen social relationships among students, which further supports better mental health. This study concludes that sports play a significant role in improving the mental health of secondary school students, thus schools need to encourage and facilitate sports activities optimally.

In the era of globalization that threatens the sustainability of local culture, pencak silat as a traditional Sundanese martial art has a strategic urgency in maintaining the cultural identity of the community. This study aims to analyze the reciprocal relationship between pencak silat and Sundanese culture, as well as to reveal the cultural values ??reflected in the movements and rituals of pencak silat. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, the study was conducted at traditional silat schools in Garut and Tasikmalaya through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that pencak silat not only functions as a sport, but also as a symbolic system that represents values ??such as respect, patience, and spirituality, as well as a medium for cultural inheritance through narratives, music, and ceremonies. These findings strengthen the understanding of pencak silat as a complex and meaningful intangible cultural heritage. This study suggests the need for integration of pencak silat in local education and support for community-based cultural preservation policies. Further studies are recommended to expand the scope of the area and a multidisciplinary approach to enrich perspectives

This study aims to examine the role of sport sociology in the practice of coaching and leadership of soccer coaches, especially in the context of multicultural teams. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with a number of soccer coaches, it was found that understanding the social background, culture, and individual values ??of players is very important in creating effective interpersonal relationships in the team. The results showed that coaches who have intercultural communication skills and adaptive leadership styles tend to be successful in building strong social cohesion and solidarity among players. Social integration in a soccer team is a dynamic process, where the coach acts as a socialization agent who is able to balance diversity without causing internal conflict. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially value-oriented coaching strategies. This study also emphasizes the importance of coaching training that includes social and cultural aspects in the management of modern sports teams.

Economic development in today's world has grown rapidly, leading to numerous changes in human life. By investing in the capital market, it becomes one of the alternatives for financing the community's economy and is easily accessible to the public. One of them is to invest in bond securities in issuer companies. However, by purchasing bonds in the capital market with the issuer company, in addition to providing benefits through interest rates, there are risks, including if the issuer company goes bankrupt. Under these conditions, the holder of the unsecured bond will be positioned as a concurrent creditor, whose repayment is made after the separatist and preferred creditor. Although not guaranteed collateral, bondholders still obtain legal guarantees of their rights through information disclosure, the role of trustees, and arrangements within the applicable legal framework.

Artikel ini disusun bertujuan untuk menilai pemenuhan Pasal 28 H ayat (1) UUD 1945 yang menegaskan perihal adanya peran negara dalam pemenuhan hak atas tempat tinggal. Sehingga apabila merujuk kepada peran negara yang memiliki tugas melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia, maka pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan untuk penyediaan tempat tinggal menjadi suatu keharusan. Tujuan tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh karena kerap kali kebijakan penyediaan tinggal khususnya rumah susun milik menghadapi persoalan dalam minimnya campur tangan pemerintah dalam hal penyediaan tempat tinggal yang terkesan hanya diserahkan kepada mekanisme pasar, akibatnya kerap kali konflik kepentingan antara pihak pengembang dengan konsumen. Hal ini kerap kali terjadi di beberapa daerah dan telah menimbulkan konflik yang berkepanjangan. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji tindakan pemerintah daerah dalam melakukan tindakan pengelolaan Rumah Susun Milik sebagai upaya campur tangan pemerintah dalam hal pemenuhan Hak atas tempat Tinggal Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian terhadap norma-norma hukum, asas-asas, konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan persoalan hak atas tempat tinggal menurut UUD 1945 dan terhadap berbagai bentuk tindakan pemerintah (rechthandelingen) dalam menanggulangi konflik hubungan hukum yang memerlukan intervensi tindakan pemerintah. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam melakukan tindakan pembinaan pengelolaan rumah susun milik, pemerintah daerah kerap melakukan tindakan perencanaan, pengaturan, pengendalian dan pengawasan. Namun dalam pelaksanaan tindakan pembinaan yang demikian itu kerap kali pemerintah daerah menerbitkan aturan yang bertentangan dengan norma yang lebih tinggi yang diterbitkan oleh Menteri.
