Abstrak:
The purpose of this study: (1) To test and analyze the effect of price perceptions on customer satisfaction of BRT Trans Jateng. (2) Testing and analyzing service quality on BRT Trans Jateng customer satisfaction. The subjects of this study were Trans Jateng BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) consumers in 2023. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population in this study is unknown. This study used a random sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction for BRT Trans Central Java. (2) Service quality has a positive effect on BRT Trans Jateng customer satisfaction.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix factors and internal resources on the purchasing decisions of consumers in Central Java who choose higher education. A combination of descriptive and exploratory methods is used along with research factors such as marketing mix, internal resources and purchasing decisions. This study used a technique called structural equation modeling analysis. The results show that the dimensions of product, price, promotion and location contribute to the marketing mix, with the marketing mix contributing the most to promotion. At the same time, resignation factors such as personal characteristics, processes and physical conditions contribute to internal resources, and personal characteristics are the most important factors. Decisions about the type of product, form of product, brand, seller (informant), time of purchase and payment terms contribute to the purchase decision. It turns out that the most important factor is the moment of purchase. Finally, the marketing mix and internal resources contribute to purchase decisions, with internal resources having the greatest influence on purchase decisions

Abstrak:
The study aims to empirically test the influence of third-party funds in increasing profitability through Murabaha mediation. This basic model of research is expected to be able to contribute to science, to increase the profitability of Islamic banking. This research model was tested on six Islamic Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2015-2020 which are samples of the population. Determination of data is done using the purposive sampling method, with the path analysis approach technique through SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is no influence of DPK on Murabahah financing or Profitability, so Murabahah financing is not able to act as a mediation variable, on the other hand Murabahah financing has an influence on Profitability.

BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera merupakan sebuah organisasi masyarakat tingkat desa yang dimiliki oleh Desa Lerep, Kec. Ungaran Barat Kab. Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja SDM di BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera. Narasumber dari penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang terdiri dari pengurus dan karyawan BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera dilakukan berdasarkan semangat kekeluargaan dan gotong – royong sehingga menciptakan budaya kerja tim (teamwork) untuk membantu satu sama lain mengembangkan diri dan memunculkan kebanggaan dalam diri individu. Komunikasi dalam organisasi pun dilakukan dalam beberapa jenis dan bentuk serta melalui beberapa media yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi serta jenis informasi yang disampaikan. Abstrak:
Upaya peningkatan pendapatan desa khususnya desa wisata salah satunya adalah dengan memberdayakan potensi alam yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut. Pemberdayaan potensi alam dengan melalui pengelolaan potensi yang ada secara berkesinambungan yaitu mengolahnya menjadi suatu daya tarik wisata diharapkan bisa menambah pendapatan desa yang nantinya secara otomatis akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa. Konsep pemberdayaan potensi alam menjadi daya tarik wisata dengan pengelolaan berkesinambungan menjadi dasar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian STIEPARI Semarang yang dilaksanakan di desa wisata Mandiraja kabupaten Pemalang. Kegiatan di awali dengan survey ke lokasi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menverifikasi potensi alam yang ada di desa tersebut yaitu adanya curug Sidok yang merupakan potensi andalan desa wisatakemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan focus grup discussion dan ditutup dengan kegiatan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa wisata Mandiraja yang terdiri dari kelompok sadar wisata serta masyarakat desa yang akan dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata. Untuk pengelolaan yang berkesinambungan, kedepannya ditargetkan adanya sinergi yang berkelanjutan antara STIEPARI dengan desa wisata Mandiraja dalam pendampingan pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata serta pengelolaan homestay sebagai pendukung destinasi wisata di Desa Mandiraja.

The development of information technology in various fields, one of which is in the field of queuing systems. That we know about the queuing system which is so tedious because of the long process of queuing. Therefore, the number of customer queues at several banks so that customers cannot relax to carry out transactions at the bank is a problem that is often encountered, as well as what happened at PT. BPR SARIBUMI Bank Godong Branch which still uses a manual system. To overcome this problem, a queue display is used that uses text and voice displays and prints the queue serial number so that customers no longer need to queue conventionally.
With this queuing system, the queue counter clerk, cashier or teller will have no difficulty in determining the first person to be served in the queue. This is a solution, but the display of the queue display uses electronic equipment that performs a counter so that the possibility of damage to the device exists. In making this final project the author uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and MySQL database.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period.
