Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the role of management accounting in supporting strategic decision making at PT ABC, a manufacturing company. Management accounting is seen as an important tool in providing relevant financial and non-financial information for planning, controlling, and evaluating performance (Langfield-Smith, 2008). The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with management and accounting staff, as well as analysis of internal company documents. The results of the study indicate that management accounting plays an important role in providing production cost information, profitability analysis, and performance reports, which are the basis for management in making strategic decisions such as determining selling prices, allocating resources, and planning production capacity (Chenhall & Moers, 2015). However, the study also identified several challenges, such as limitations in information systems and data integration between departments. The implication of this study is the need to improve management information systems and staff training to maximize the benefits of management accounting in strategic decision making. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective management accounting practices in manufacturing companies (Hall, 2010).

The development of information technology is currently increasingly rapid and diverse, supported by computer devices. Primarily in the field of information systems, information systems in related educational institutions are usually called academic information systems, for example student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, schedule data, grade data.
Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang is a school that conveys information through media, so that when conveying information it is not fast enough because the means of communication are lacking between the school, students and parents are not good at digesting academic information, to overcome the problem the author created an Academic Information System with a Knowledge Management method based on Web and PHP as programming languages ??and use MySQL database.
With the existence of a web-based information system with the Knowledge Management method, this can be a solution to solving the problems that exist at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang because web technology is easy and easy to access anywhere by parents and students, as well as teachers and employees can manage academics. offline (in a school environment) because the Knowledge Management method itself is a collection of information that is put together in one place and can provide knowledge to users effectively and efficiently in supporting activities

Abstrak:
Globalization has increased the complexity of business, particularly for multinational companies facing the challenges of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Diversity and inclusion have been recognized as strategic factors that can drive innovation, productivity, and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of diversity and inclusion policies on organizational performance in the context of multinational companies. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire survey involving 200 respondents from various multinational companies. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to measure the contribution of diversity and inclusion policies to organizational performance. The results show that diversity contributes 45% to the improvement of organizational performance, while inclusion contributes 37%. The R² value of 0.6416 indicates that the model can explain 64.16% of the variability in organizational performance based on these two variables. Furthermore, the effective implementation of diversity and inclusion policies has been shown to increase employee engagement by 28% and operational efficiency by 15%. This study emphasizes that diversity and inclusion should be regarded as essential elements in an organizational strategy to enhance competitiveness in the global market. This research contributes to the literature on diversity and inclusion by providing relevant empirical evidence to support strategic decision-making in multinational companies. The study also offers practical guidance for managers in designing more inclusive policies to maximize human resource potential.

Abstrak:
The population in this study were PT.KI8 service users. The sample size was 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, this researcher measured using a Likert scale with answers that had a gradation of very positive to very negative, the data collected would be processed using computational calculations from the SPSS program. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality,timeliness of delivery and facilities simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT.KI8 Solo Branch using quantitative research. The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Timeliness of Delivery (X2) and Facilities (X2), on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The influence test method used is a statistical analysis method consisting of multiple linear regression tests, namely determination analysis, significant testing, hypotheses consisting of the T test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) the service quality variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction ( 2) the on-time variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) the facility variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, timeliness and facilities together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sumekar menghadapi kendala dalam penyusunan pelaporan keuangan yang sesuai standar, tidak mengetahui berapa keuntungan murni yang didapatkan, kurang pahamnya pengetahuan dasar pencatatan keuangan dan kurang pahamnya pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi keuangan berbasis digital. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan pemahaman pengetahuan dasar pencatatan keuangan dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengoperasikan aplikasi keuangan melalui edukasi dan pelatihan penyajian laporan keuangan berbasis digital. Pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan para pengurus Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sumekar, Kecamatan Ngampilan Yogyakarta sebagai objek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah metode luring, langsung tatap muka & pendampingan yakni dengan menganalisis dan problem solving. Materi pembukuan keuangan disajikan dengan ceramah, tanya-jawab, dan demonstrasi. Materi tersebut dibuat dengan sederhana dan menarik sehingga materi pembukuan keuangan mudah dipahami KSP Sumekar. Selanjutnya proses pencatatan dimulai dengan contoh transaksi sederhana secara manual, pembuatan laporan keuangan dan dilanjutkan demontrasi pencatatan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan literasi finansial pelaporan keuangan melalui aplikasi akuntansi ini diharapkan berjalan dengan baik, serta terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengetahuan dasar pencatatan keuangan dan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengoperasian aplikasi akuntansi.

Sistem Informasi ini membahas mengenai arus kas, penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Kanak Kanak HJ.Sri Anah2 Semaang. Sistem informasi arus kas yang dijalankan di Taman Kanak Kanak masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan data transaksi pada buku khusus. Hal ini membuat proses pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas yang dapat memudahkan tugas bendahara dan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat untuk sekolah. Sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas ini meliputi pendaftaran siswa baru, pencatatan transaksi arus kas sekolah Taman Kanak Kanak serta penjurnalan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan dari setiap transaksi arus kas yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan visual basic sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database dan berbasis jaringan multiuser. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pendekatan R&D. Dengan adanya sistem informasi arus kas diharapkan Taman Kanak Kanak dapat membantu pimpinan dalam melakukan pencatatan arus kas baik kas masuk dan kas keluar, dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan.

The Kendal Main Minimarket, which is located at Sendang Kulon Village, RT 02/02, Kangkung District, Kendal Regency, is an alternative place to shop and look for daily needs. The obstacle faced by the company is the selection of active customers who are given an annual bonus at random, therefore there are still many customers who complain because they feel they often shop but do not get the annual bonus.
Based on this research, the authors designed and made the application of the best customer selection decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method with the aim of making recording and selecting customers easier and more effective. This application uses notepad++ software as a text editor and MySQL database.

This study examines the creation of Customer Value with the supporting variables Relationship Quality and Cost-to-Cost as variables that can affect value. Customer Value for the company in building relationships in the future. This research takes companies that supply fabric dyes to textile companies by conducting interviews via email and in-person interviews. The method used is to examine qualitatively and quantitatively. In qualitative research, it examines the costs incurred which have a correlation with customer service and the estimated actual costs for individual services. Furthermore, quantitative measurements are carried out to check the quality of RQ, profitability from past customers, Customer Lifttime Value (CLV) by presenting the proposed framework. In the final section, an evaluation of the effect of RQ on CLV is carried out which results in the conclusion that RQ has an effect on driving customer costs and profitability in the future.

This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in three stages, namely the pre-cycle stage, cycle I, and cycle II with the research subjects being grade III students at SDN Kaliwungu 1. This study used two variables, namely intensive reading skills and intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy. . Pre-cycle data collection was done by using the test technique, while in the first cycle and the second cycle using the test and non-test technique. Non-test instruments in the form of observations, journals, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes quantitative and qualitative data.
The results showed that after participating in intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy, the average value of intensive reading skills of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 increased. The average value of intensive reading using the KWL strategy achieved by students in the pre-cycle was 56 and in the first cycle it increased to 65 or 9% then in the second cycle it increased to 76 or 11%. Changes in attitudes and behavior of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency have increased towards a better direction, namely students are more active and enthusiastic in learning, because students are starting to enjoy and enjoy intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy.

Decision support system is defined as a system that supports the work of a manager or a group of managers in solving semi-structured problems by providing information or suggestions towards certain decisions. The design of this system used the R & D (Research And Development) method approach according to Borg & Gall (1983:775) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the calculation method, while what was taken into account were the criteria, where the criteria were: the number of consumers, center of crowd, access road, security, development potential. This application is made using the PHP programming language, MySql as the database, and the software used are: Adobe Dreamweaver and Apache. The choice of location for the construction of the right service center location is a problem that is being faced by PT. Eltra Various Techniques Semarang. Leaders feel confused in determining the right location for the construction of a service center because there are many things that must be considered so that the construction is not in vain and can overcome company problems. This decision support system is able to provide convenience for company leaders in determining the right service center location, through appropriate calculation processes and an integrated system with Geographic Information System (GIS) that can point to locations directly online. The results obtained are Tunjungan Elektronik Center with a value of 97.00, ITC Mega Wholesale with a value of 87.00, Galaxy Mall with a value of 86.00, Delta Plaza with a value of 85.00, Hi-tech Mall with a value of 84.00, Citra Wold Surabaya with a score of 83.00 so that the alternative chosen is Tunjungan Elektronik Center with the highest score of 97.00.
