Low technological mastery, minimal ongoing training, and limited facilities require Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Junior High School 24 Medan to have religious, technological, and learning method competencies that are relevant in the era of society 5.0. This study aims to explore information related to strengthening the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in facing the era of society 5.0 at State Junior High School 24 Medan. This study uses a qualitative research approach, using the sociology of education. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity checks using triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique follows Miles and Huberman which goes through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving competency strengthening in the era of society 5.0 at State Junior High School 24 Medan can be done through participating in the teacher professional education programme, joining a teacher organisation, increasing collaboration and cooperation, and utilising technology media. The obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing competencies in the era of society 5.0 include lack of mastery in the use of technological tools, inadequate school facilities, and lack of full support from parents of students.

Sport is a physical activity that is needed by everyone in order to meet health and physical needs that are carried out systematically. Football is a sport that has the highest number of enthusiasts in the world from various circles. Achievements can be achieved through internal factors including athletes, coaches, administrators and external factors, including parental support. This research was motivated because there has been no research on Persepam Achievement Development based on SWOT analysis. The research was conducted to present the results of the analysis related to Persepam Pamekasan achievement development in order to improve the quality of the club, maximize existing support and minimize deficiencies and sources of threats that can hinder the Persepam Pamekasan achievement development program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a research target of 3 informants, namely administrators, coaches, and athletes. Data was obtained through interviews and documentation. This research produced several findings, including: (1) The most prominent strengths include: having quality coaches and potential athletes, and having effective and efficient governance. (2) The most influential weaknesses include minimal financial needs and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. (3) The most important opportunities include having many sources of support, such as athlete families, community enthusiasm and support from supporters, and developments that can be maximized. (4) The most feared threats include: not having a sponsor yet and the rapid development of other clubs. Alternative strategies that can be applied include: (1) immediately submitting a proposal to the company, (2) managing expenses and utilizing developments as best as possible, (3) optimizing available facilities, (4) increasing player potential, and (5) maintaining communication.

Corruption has been a well-known problem in Indonesia for a long time. News of corruption cases often becomes a hot topic, especially in this digital age where information spreads rapidly. Unfortunately, statistics show that public reaction to corruption cases in 2024 was more permissive than in the previous year. This is undoubtedly a hindrance in realizing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045. Therefore, as one of the efforts, a socialization on law enforcement and anti-corruption was conducted at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta on October 15, 2024, aiming to create a young generation that is law-abiding and anti-corruption. In this activity, students were invited to understand corruption in depth, including the legal basis, the impact of corruption, and how to prevent the seeds of corruption from an early age. Using an interactive and engaging approach, as well as examples of familiar corruption cases, students not only learned about the law, but also developed an awareness of the importance of maintaining integrity in their daily lives.

Di tengah perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat, desa-desa di Indonesia, termasuk Desa Pulo Bandring di Kabupaten Asahan, tidak terlepas dari pengaruh  modernisasi dan globalisasi yang membawa dampak signifikan terhadap gaya hidup masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak. Di Desa Pulo Bandring, pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral generasi muda. Namun, dengan semakin dominannya pengaruh budaya pop dan hiburan modern, banyak kebiasaan lama yang berkaitan dengan pengajaran agama, seperti salat berjamaah, menghafal doa, serta mempelajari adab-adab Islami, mulai terkikis. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan mengemas kembali kebiasaan lama dalam bentuk kegiatan yang lebih menarik dan relevan bagi anak-anak zaman sekarang, salah satunya melalui Festival Anak Soleh. Festival ini dirancang sebagai sarana untuk mentransformasikan kebiasaan lama yang mengandung nilai-nilai agama dan budaya melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan, kreatif, dan edukatif. Festival ini bertujuan agar anak-anak merasa senang dan tertarik untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan mereka. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengkaji bagaimana Festival Anak Soleh di Desa Pulo Bandring dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mentradisikan kebiasaan lama yang bernilai agama, serta untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter dan pemahaman agama anak-anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana penerimaan masyarakat terhadap acara tersebut dan sejauh mana festival ini dapat menciptakan perubahan positif dalam kehidupan sosial dan keagamaan anak-anak di Desa Pulo Bandring. Melalui festival ini, generasi muda di Desa Pulo Bandring dapat tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik, lebih memahami nilai-nilai agama, serta lebih peduli terhadap sesama, yang pada akhirnya akan membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Gouty arthritis is a metabolic disease that mostly occurs in middle-aged to elderly men and women in the post-menopausal period. This metabolic disease is caused by the accumulation of monosodium urate monohydrate crystals in the joints and connective tissue tophi. Joint pain is a problem for elderly people in the world and in Indonesia. It was recorded according to (WHO, 2023) that in 2019, around 528 million people worldwide suffered from joint pain, an increase of 113% since 1990. Around 73% of joint pain sufferers were over 55 years old, and 60% were women. With a prevalence of 365 million people, the knee is the joint most frequently affected, followed by the hip and hand. By using cinnamon as a non-pharmacological measure to reduce pain caused by signs and symptoms of gouty arthritis. Method: Case study using nursing care for Mr. S by doing a warm cinnamon compress for 7 days. Results and Conclusions: Chronic pain problems were resolved with warm cinnamon compresses marked by Mr. S said the pain had disappeared and he could carry out daily activities. P: pain caused by gout Q: none R: none S: 1 T: none. Mr. S still looks smiling and no longer grimacing, Mr. S doesn't seem anxious, Mr. S appears to be able to carry out activities and does not avoid pain. TTV results TD: 130/80 mmH N: 84x/m RR: 22x/m S: 36.6?.

Perhitungan proyeksi kapasitas gardu induk merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam perencanaan dan pengoperasian suatu sistem tenaga listrik. Tujuan penghitungan proyeksi dalam perencanaan kapasitas gardu induk adalah agar kebutuhan listrik dan pasokan listrik dapat seimbang. Khususnya di Gardu Induk 150 kV Bandar Sribhawono Lampung Timur. Metode Regresi Linier Berganda telah dirumuskan untuk menyelesaikan kasus ini. Gardu Induk Bandar Sribhawono Lampung Timur memiliki dua buah transformator berkapasitas 60 MVA. Proyeksi perencanaan 8 tahun ke depan akan mempertimbangkan apakah transformator pada gardu induk masih mampu melayani beban atau mengalami kelebihan beban. Hasil perhitungan selama 8 tahun ke depan menunjukkan bahwa transformator di gardu induk masih mampu melayani beban. Hasilnya transformator pertama tahun 2030 dengan pembebanan 79% masih mampu menangani beban 8 tahun kedepan. Kemudian hasil transformator kedua pada tahun 2030 dengan pembebanan 80% masih dianggap mampu menangani beban 8 tahun ke depan.

Introduction at Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a family health problem because it causes adverse effects. The family as a subsystem that is the goal of public health care has a duty to maintain the health of its members, including the management of hypertension in the family. The purpose of writing is to provide an overview of providing family nursing care with foot massage interventions to reduce blood pressure in hypertension. The method used with the family nursing care process which consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that family nursing problems that arise are pain, ineffective family health maintenance, and sleep pattern disturbances. The implementation results show that foot massage therapy can reduce pain and reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients from 180/90 mmHg to 150/85 mmHg after three days of foot massage therapy. Nurses can provide foot massage exercises to family members to deal with hypertension in providing family nursing care.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a health problem characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels that has a systemic impact. Diabetes mellitus is a family health problem because its prevalence continues to increase and causes high mortality. The family as a subsystem that is the goal of public health care has a duty to maintain the health of its members, including the management of diabetes mellitus in the family. The purpose of writing is to provide an overview of providing family nursing care with the intervention of giving soursop leaf boiled water to lower blood glucose. The method used with the family nursing care process which consists of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that family nursing problems that arise are ineffective family health management, the risk of unstable blood glucose levels, and sleep pattern disturbances. The implementation results show that giving soursop leaf boiled water can reduce blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus from 210 mg/dL before the intervention to 180 mg/dL after three days of giving soursop leaf boiled water. Suggestion nurses can facilitate families to provide soursop leaf decoction water therapy to lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus.

Signs and symptoms of gout are an increase in serum uric acid, severe pain that comes on suddenly, stiff movements, easily tired and lethargic. skin rash, sore throat, decreased appetite, red tongue. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, 81% of sufferers of Gout Arthritis in Indonesia only 24% went to the doctor. while 71% tend to immediately consume over-the-counter pain relievers. Method: The method used in collecting this data is interview. Case study by carrying out nursing care for 5 days in the family of Mr. A especially Mrs. U by doing non-pharmacological therapy with warm compresses of lemongrass. Purpose: the purpose of doing this warm lemongrass compress is so that pain in the fingers and palms of the patient decreases. Results: After intervention with hot lemongrass compresses for 5 days, the pain was reduced, the patient's uric acid decreased to 4.7, and no tingling was felt. During the intervention, patients were also given education on how to manage their diet and a clean and healthy lifestyle. Conclusion: The conclusion drawn is the importance of regulating diet and maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle in order to avoid diseases, especially gout.

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which was marked by the massive development of information technology and the easy distribution of information without any filters. This study aims to explained the urgency of digital literacy in order to ward off radicalism in the millennial generation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The method used in this research is literature review with content analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study is that digital literacy skills are very important in warding off radicalism and need to be developed in eight essential elements, namely cultural, cognitive, constructive, communicative, creative, critical, and civic. In addition, to improve digital literacy skills, Siberkreasi activities can be used. Hopefully, with the digital literacy skills of a digital user, namely the millennial generation, they can filter the information obtained and ensure its correctness first.
