Abstrak:
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics, especially simple fractions, through the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model. The background of this study is based on the need for an effective learning approach and encourage active student participation in learning simple fractions. The Problem Based Learning learning model is one of the learning approaches used to improve learning outcomes in Mathematics. This study applies the Problem Based Learning learning model to grade III students at SDN 001 Barong Tongkok in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study method used in this study is Classroom Action Research. Classroom action studies are applied through two cycles. Each cycle consists of four processes that are applied sequentially, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The class that is the subject of this study is grade I students with a total of 21 people. In the initial conditions, the average student score was 62.25. After implementing the first cycle, where the teacher applied the learning practice, the results obtained were that in cycle I, the average class score increased to 67.25, and in cycle II, the average score increased to 77.75. Through the action study applied through two cycles, a significant increase was obtained. Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model is effective in improving Mathematics learning outcomes in simple fractions in class III at SDN 001 Barong Tongkok

Abstrak:
Practical instructions for practical activities in computational physics courses have been successfully developed with material on the Laplace equation for temperature distribution. This research aims to produce practical instructions and determine the characteristics, feasibility, and responses of students to practical instructions for computational physics on the Laplace equation. The research design used is development research or R&D (Research and Development) which was modified from Sugiyono. The research was carried out at the Computer Laboratory of PGRI University Semarang with Physics Education study program students as research subjects. The research results show that the computational physics practicum instructions developed have the criteria "Very Feasible" based on validation from three computational physics experts with respective percentages of 96%, 99% and 93%. The characteristics of this computational physics practical guide are that it is prepared using computational thinking techniques and written using structured documents (LaTex), presented explicitly and equipped with algorithms, solving with two different scenarios (iterations and matrices) in one case as well as writing coding. uses the latest software (Python) and is equipped with algorithms. This computational physics practical instruction received a very good response from students with a percentage of 87% in the initial trial and 88% in the usage trial.

Abstrak:
This study explores the representation of sexual violence and women's resistance in Shireishou's novel Obsessive Loves. Utilizing a qualitative approach with content analysis, the research examines how the narrative addresses the psychological trauma of the victims and the patriarchal social structures that perpetuate sexual violence. Drawing on Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalytic theories alongside Walby’s feminist perspectives and the concept of rape culture, the study identifies and interprets critical excerpts from the novel. The findings reveal that Obsessive Loves portrays sexual violence as a systemic issue tied to power dynamics within patriarchal structures, reflecting deep psychological impacts such as PTSD and dissociation. The novel also highlights women's resistance as a form of empowerment and recovery, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and social support. This research contributes to feminist literary studies by demonstrating how fiction serves as a powerful medium for critiquing patriarchal norms and advocating for social change.

Abstrak:
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan Tari Kuda Kepang. Adapun materinya berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan gerak dasar tari meliputi wiraga, wirama, wirasa dan keterampilan mendemonstrasikan tari. Sasaran pengabdian adalah anggota IGTKI Kecamatan Sukorejo agar dari hasil pengabdian untuk diajarkan pada peserta didiknya. Sebagai upaya pemajuan kebudayaan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan budaya Indonesia di tengah peradaban dunia melalui pelindungan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan dan pembinaan kebudayaan. Selaian hal tersebut program pengabdian bertujuan untuk sustainabilitas (Keberlanjutan) tari Jaran Kepang dengan merujuk pada upaya menjaga kelangsungan hidup dan eksistensi tari tradisional Jaran Kepang agar tetap lestari dan diterima oleh generasi mendatang. Proses penyampaian materi yang berupa teori dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi, sedangkan materi praktik, proses penyampaian dilakukan dengan metode diskusi, demonstrasi, latihan, dan tugas. Keberhasilan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat ini adalah (1) peserta pelatihan memenuhi kuota yang disediakan pengabdi, (2) peserta pelatihan mengikuti setiap tahapan pelatihan sampai selesai, (3) peserta pelatihan mampu mendemostrasikan tari Kuda Kepang. (4) terwujudnya kegiatan pelestarian budaya lokal, peningkatan minat terhadap tari Jaran Kepang, proses peningkatkan kesadaran identitas budaya, dan pengembangan keterampilan Tari Jaran Kepangbagi anggota IGTKI Kecamatan Sukorejo.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied was all employees of CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, which means that all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 29 program. The hypothesis testing used was the partial significance test (t-test) and the simultaneous significance test (f-test). The results of the study concluded that: work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency, And together, work stress and workload significantly affect employee performance at CV. Kurnia Laut Biru, Jombang Regency.

The testing stages consist of descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis. Financial Literacy simultaneously has a significant influence on the saving behavior of SMKS Thoriqul Ulum Pacet. Pocket Money, partially has a significant influence on the saving behavior of SMKS Thoriqul Ulum Pacet. Lifestyle partially does not lhave a significant effect onl the saving behavior of students at SMKS Thoriqul Ulum Pacet Financial Literacy, Pocket Money and lifestyle on saving behavior partially havela significant influence oln the savling behavior of students at SMKS Thoriqul Ulum Pacet.

Abstrak:
School culture is one of the factors influencing school management systems in efforts to improve teacher performance. The research aims to determine and explain school culture in fostering teacher development. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and prolonged observation. The results of the study indicate: (1) school culture: motivating teachers to work, disciplining teachers through the socialization of school rules and checking teacher attendance, conducting regular meetings among teachers, and building positive communication between the school principal and teachers and among teachers. (2) impacts: improved teacher performance and smooth management of learning activities. Conclusion: school culture has been implemented effectively and systematically. Research implications: serving as input and learning materials for other schools in teacher development.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of Inquiry and Problem Based Learning learning models on critical thinking skills in terms of students' learning interests. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Sandai. This research was a quantitative experiment with the type of quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental) research. The design of this study followed the research paradigm flow of Randomized Only Control Group Design where the subjects taken were grouped into two groups, namely experiment I and experimental group II. In this study, the samples were VIII grade students consisting of VIII A and VIII B classes. Experimental class 1, VIII A consisted of 30 students and experimental class 2, VIII B consisted of 30 students. The data collection tools used in this study were response questionnaires and tests of critical thinking skills in the form of essay questions. The results of the analysis of variance of the two cell paths are not the same indicating that there are differences in critical thinking skills between students with high, medium and low interest in learning. Based on the post-anava test with the Scheffe method, the value of F_(.1-.2) = 0.7374; F_(.1-.3) = 6.7540; F_(.2-.3) = 1.4279; DK = {F?F<3.168}. From the results of the calculation of the two-way analysis of variance with unequal cells, the value of F_ab=1.576<F_(0.05;2;54)=3.16 means that H_0AB is accepted so that there is no interaction between the learning model and learning interest on students' critical thinking skills.

Judul dari penelitian ini adalah Etnomatematika dalam Tradisi Upacara Adat Maruba di Kerajaan Hulu Ai’k Kecamatan Hulu Sungai Kabupaten Ketapang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan 1) Apa saja alat-alat yang digunakan pada tradisi upacara adat maruba yang mengandung unsur matematika? 2) Apa saja aktivitas upacara adat maruba yang mengandung unsur matematika?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Deskriptif kualitatif! Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menghimpun atau menganalisis data berbagai fenomena-fenomena yang menjadi subjek penelitian di sini peneliti memberikan pertanyaan-peratanyaan dan tes yang terstruktur kemudian data dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui kebenaran yang terdapat pada lokasi penelitian. Data dan jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menuajukan bahwa alat-alat tradisional tradisi upacara maruba dikerajaan hulu sungai etis Dayak krio yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah yaitu ketawak/ gerantung, mangkok tanah, kain batik, tempayan, bosi/parang, ancak, piring keramik,pahar, tanduk kerbau, dan kain kuning, adapun materi matematika yang dapat mengunakan alat-alat tradisional tradisi upacara adat maruba di kerajaan hulu sungai etis Dayak krio tersebut adalah, namgun datar, bangun ruang, dan oprasi bilangan bulat. Selanjutnya, ada enam aktivitas yang terdapat didalam tradisi upacara adat maruba dikerajaan hulu aik suku Dayak krio yang mengandung unsur matematika antara lain aktivitas duduk gae, begamal betabuh menari maigal, beramu, pencucian benda pusaka, buang sial tolak bala, dan aktivitas timang tanduk sengiang holing rata-rata materi matematika yang termuat adalah materi membilang, mengukur, dan oprasi hitung, penjumlahan dan perkalian.

Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa pemilihan karier merupakan salah satu keputusan penting yang dibuat dalam kehidupan. Ironisnya, keputusan dalam memilih karier sering dibuat tanpa dipikirkan dan terlalu dini dalam mengambil keputusan. Pemilihan karier harus dipilih dengan sangat hati-hati, dipikirkan dan direncanakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini ialah siswa mampu memilih karier sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini ialah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini ialah layanan bimbingan klasikal yang telah disampaikan pada kegiatan PKM sangat dibutuhkan dan harus berkelanjutan. Layanan tersebut memberikan dampak yang sangat luar biasa dimana tujuan dan manfaat dari implementasi layanan bimbingan klasikal yakni siswa mampu merencanakan, mengembangkan, memilih dan mandiri dalam mengambil keputusan karier sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki
