Financial performance analysis using the ratio analysis method is very effective for knowing the finances of a company or business, which includes both internal and external aspects. In addition, financial performance analysis functions to evaluate the financial condition of the company, which aims to make a decision on a financial problem that occurs. So that there will be improvements in financial performance in the future period. This study uses a quantitative method, focusing on the company's financial performance. The types and sources of data used are secondary data in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and data needed from 2022-2024, the data is taken from UMKM or Family Camp Outdoor businesses. UMKM located in the West Bandung Regency area is engaged in the field of outdoor equipment rental services for those who have a hobby of being active or adventuring in nature. Researchers will analyze the financial performance of this business using the ratio analysis method. The analysis used is a quantitative analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. Based on the research, the research results obtained from UMKM or Family Camp Outdoor businesses have good performance. This is proven quite well using the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and profitability ratio which results in increasing financial performance every year. The financial performance results of the Family Camp Outdoor UMKM can be said to be very good.

This study aims to analyze the meaning of local wisdom values in the Syawalan tradition in Pedurungan Tengah Subdistrict, Pedurungan, Semarang, through a case study approach with qualitative methods. Syawalan tradition contains social, cultural, and religious dimensions that are in line with the objectives of Social Science Education (IPS): fostering understanding of social interaction, cultural diversity, and internalization of values in social life. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques, namely triangulation of methods and sources. The results showed that the Syawalan tradition functions as a means of inheriting the values of mutual cooperation, solidarity, respect for plurality, and strengthening local identity. In the Syawalan tradition, there are essential values for the formation of good citizenship. Thus, the integration of the Syawalan tradition into social studies education can be a pedagogical strategy to preserve local wisdom while actualizing the goals of national education in building a harmonious society, nation, and state.

This Feyre Makeup Art is a makeup service business aiming to enhance brand awareness through social media, especially Instagram. This study analyzes the business development strategy of Feyre Makeup Art in increasing brand awareness and strengthening its position in the Bandung beauty market. The research focuses on digital marketing strategies, including the role of visual content, implementation of effective personal branding, and evaluation using TAM, SAM, and SOM analysis.Findings indicate that the optimization of personal branding, consistency in visual content, and audience engagement significantly boost brand awareness. However, several Instagram features such as Reels, live broadcasts, and paid advertisements have yet to be fully utilized to expand reach and visibility.This research highlights the importance of an integrated social media strategy, including collaboration with local influencers and maximizing the use of Instagram's advanced features, in enhancing audience interaction and sustaining Feyre Makeup Art’s position as one of Bandung’s leading makeup artists.The study recommends that Feyre adopt a holistic digital approach to improve engagement, expand market coverage, and support long-term growth in the competitive beauty industry.

This research focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the business development of Ayam Kampus Cimahi, a take-away culinary business that serves crispy chicken fillet rice with various sambal and sauce options. The study aims to identify and evaluate internal and external factors affecting business growth, enabling the formulation of more effective development strategies. The research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with customers, as well as direct business operational analysis. The collected data is then analyzed to understand the relationship between variables influencing business performance. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies, product quality, and competitive pricing significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, operational efficiency and responsiveness to changing trends are crucial factors in business sustainability. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that effective business management, product innovation, and the utilization of digital marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of Ayam Kampus Cimahi in the local culinary market. The recommendations provided include expanding menu variations, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving operational management to ensure sustainable business growth.

This research discusses the utilization of electromagnetic fields in navigation devices, which play a crucial role in daily life. With technological advancements, navigation systems such as GPS, radar, and compasses have become essential tools for determining position and direction. This study employs a literature review method, which involves a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading, recording, and processing relevant information for the research objective. The aim is to analyze various sources of information regarding the use of electromagnetic fields in these devices. The findings indicate that electromagnetic fields enable navigation devices to function effectively, despite challenges such as signal interference and weather conditions that may reduce accuracy. This research aims to explore how electromagnetic fields, which combine electric and magnetic fields, are utilized in modern navigation systems. The method used is a literature review, where the researchers collect and analyze information from various reliable sources to understand the effectiveness and challenges in the application of electromagnetic fields in these devices. The results show that electromagnetic fields allow navigation devices to operate effectively, providing accurate location information

Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English. Abstract typing is done single-spaced with narrower margins than the right and left margins of the main text. Key words need to be included to describe the problem domain being researched and the main terms that underlie the implementation of the research. <p><em>The reliability of an electric power distribution network system is very important to ensure a good quality of service for consumers. The focus of this study is to find the optimal protection coordination design, topology and operating scheme for RDT03 refiners in the Tambak Aji Industrial Estate. To show the level of reliability and continuity of the electric power distribution network, the SAIFI index (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and the SAIDI index (System Average Interruption Duration Index) are used. The existing recloser located in section 25 resulted in a SAIFI value of 0.8933 and a SAIDI of 2.407. Using the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) optimization method, the results were obtained that the Best Fitness for the most optimal recloser placement was in section 29 with a SAIFI value of 0.32575 and a SAIDI value of 1.0558. This change in recloser placement resulted in a decrease in SAIFI by 36% or by 0.5675 times / year / customer and a decrease in the value of SAIDI by 43.61% or by 1.3649 hours / year / customer. Thus, there is an increase in network reliability if the recloser at the RDT03 feeder is relocated to the location of section 29.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms"><strong>Keywords:</strong> Reliability, Recloser, SAIFI, SAIDI, Particle Swarm Optimization</p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Keandalan suatu sistem jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan yang baik bagi konsumen. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari desain koordinasi proteksi, topologi dan skema operasi yang optimal untuk penyulang RDT03 di Kawasan Industri Tambak Aji. Untuk menunjukkan tingkat keandalan dan kontinuitas jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik digunakan indeks SAIFI (<em>System Average Interruption Frequency Index</em>) dan indeks SAIDI (<em>System Average Interruption Duration Index</em>). Hasil optimalisasi menggunakan PSO (<em>Particle Swarm Optimization</em>), didapatkan hasil bahwa <em>Best Fitness</em> untuk penempatan <em>recloser</em> yang paling optimal adalah pada <em>section</em> 29 dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 0.32575 dan nilai SAIDI sebesar 1.0558. Dengan menggunakan PSO, diperoleh lokasi letak <em>recloser</em> yang baru dengan nilai SAIFI yang lebih optimal dengan penurunan sebesar 36% atau sebesar 0,5675 kali/tahun/pelanggan dan penurunan nilai SAIDI sebesar 43,61% atau sebesar 1,3649 jam/tahun/pelanggan. Jika dibandingkan dengan letak <em>recloser exsisting, recloser existing</em> terletak pada <em>section</em> 25 dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 0,8933 dan SAIDI sebesar 2,407. Dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan keandalan jaringan jika recloser pada penyulang RDT03 direlokasi menuju lokasi <em>section</em> 29.</p>

Sike Rabano adalah dzikir yang menggunakan alat musik rebana. Sike rabano pada awalnya berfungsi  untuk mengajak masyarakat untuk berdzikir melalui hiburan untuk penyebaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari (1), Sejarah kemunculan kesenian ini. (2), perkembangan dan perubahan nilai yang terjadi di masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir. (3), dan Strategi dalam pelestarian kesenian tradisonal Sike Rabano di tengah perubahan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1), Sike rabano muncul diperkirakan pada awal abad ke-13 M. Kemunculan sike rabano dikaitkan dengan munculnya penyebaran agama islam di Kabupaten Kerinci. (2). Perkembangan dan perubahan dari kesenian sike rabano ini meliputi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan, perubahan pada syair dan perubahan pada segi nilai yang terjadi pada masyarakat. (3). Strategi untuk pelestarian sike rabano dengan solidaritas antar warga, kesadaran dan regenerasi pengajaran sike rabano secara turun temurun pada masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir.

The use of information technology in the world of education looks better. With the ease of getting this information, cases of parents who do not know the status of their children's education are increasingly rare. The use of technology in the world of education in teaching and learning activities cannot be done by one party alone. It takes the involvement of all, especially teachers and students. If you look at the age of the teachers, of course, not a few of them can be considered old. This is what makes not a few of the teachers still rigid with technology. But it's a different story with today's school students. The year of birth of school students is currently in the generation Z category, where technology is their lifestyle. The method of transferring knowledge from teachers to students must be changed so that knowledge can be well absorbed by students. This community service aims to provide training on the use of Google Classroom as one of the school's e-learning at SMP N 2 Kasihan.
