This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction in Grab online transportation services in Bogor City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 63 respondents who are active Grab users. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire and have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis process was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the simultaneous and partial effects between independent variables, namely service quality and price, on the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction. Prior to analysis, classical assumption tests were conducted including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests to ensure the accuracy of the regression model. The results of the study indicate that service quality and price significantly affect consumer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. This emphasizes the importance of improving service quality and determining competitive prices to maintain consumer loyalty. This study provides insights for Grab management and other online transportation sectors to optimize consumer experience-based marketing strategies. By focusing on consumer needs and improving operational aspects, companies can increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

The problem so far is that there is no determination of how much beef business income, especially in the lower market of Takengon, so to find out the amount of beef business income in the Lower market of Takengon, an analysis of income measured in economic terms is made. The data collection method used is a field study technique, which is research conducted directly on the object by interviewing beef sellers, especially in the lower market area of Takengon which will be analyzed by quantitative methods by comparing field data based on ratio calculations using the income formula. The results showed that the total costs incurred for the beef business within one year reached Rp. 274,700,000 with an average of Rp. 22,891,700 while the amount of production in the beef business within one year reached Rp. 447,600,000 in one year with an average receipt of Rp. 37,300,000 and the net profit received within one year was Rp. 65,300,000 with an average profit per month of Rp. 5,441,000.

With previous research that obtained information about the composition of many units of each variant in production, as well as determining the maximum profit obtained optimally, to determine this, as a consequence of the analysis, the maximum profit of UMKM Noga Sari must be calculated. To this end, a linear program is used to calculate the maximum profit using the simplex approach through a solver. The quantitative method is applied in this research. Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

This Final Report aims to design a Cash Sales Accounting Information System at CV Lan Com which still uses manual methods for cash sales systems so that the author designs cash sales using Microsoft Excel VBA. The author collects data obtained through observation, and interviews. The design is used to monitor cash sales more efficiently. In addition, this system also improves the accuracy and reliability of financial information needed for decision making, with the introduction of this Cash Sales Accounting Information System, CV Lan Com is expected to optimize the cash sales process. This system can be used for companies so that company goals can be achieved.

Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari secara parsial hubungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru, secara parsial etika kerja tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru,  secara parsial tanggung jawab berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kayawan Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru, secara simultan hubungan kerja, etika kerja dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Majestic Pekanbaru.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is land and building taxpayers in Boja District, Kendal Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The calculation of the sampling was calculated by random sampling using the formula Slovin and got the results as 100 respondents. Primary data using a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers This study has theoretical and implications practical. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis The results showed: 1). Tax sanctions have no significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance. 2). Tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 3). Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Internet of Things (IoT) is a dynamic global network infrastructure with standard configuration capabilities and interoperable communication protocols where physical and virtual "things" have identities, physical attributes and virtual personalities and use smart interfaces, and are integrated into the network. Water is a source of life for humans and nutrients needed by humans. One of the essential daily needs of living things in this world that cannot be separated is water. The problem or obstacle that exists with the use of artesian water is that when the meter calculation (usage standard) is still using human labor, in other words there is a mobile officer at the end of every month, while in the middle of the month the officer returns to provide a payment account receipt. Not yet, if the officer has difficulty checking, they have to be behind the customer's house if the meter (standard of use) is located behind the house, and the place is not strategic. Then sometimes the recording is not accurate because it is not in accordance with the usage of the existing customer being metered. This gives the effect of a longer process, less accurate results, and makes the job more difficult and customers also feel worried that if the staff is not careful about recording water usage, the authors are inspired to design and make a tool to make it easier to record water usage with modern technology. namely the Artetis Water Billing Information System using Water Flow and IoT-based Sim900A in the Purwoyoso village area of Semarang where people can maintain and manage water more effectively and efficiently for human survival.
