Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to elucidate the improvement of Early Childhood Education management at Attoriq Pamekasan through the implementation of educational management. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data-gathering techniques. Data processing involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings illustrate that Attoriq PAUD School has a planning process involving full participation from the headmaster, teachers, and students to achieve clear goals and address existing problems. The organization is conducted considering management principles such as workforce grouping, authority determination, and time discipline. Each school member has their own responsibilities in line with the school's vision and mission. Implementation of educational activities aims to maintain discipline, adhere to instructions, and prioritize collective interests. The headmaster provides guidance and bonuses as appreciation for hard work and cooperation. Regular supervision is conducted to ensure all activities are in accordance with the plan and to identify and address weaknesses for continuous improvement of education quality.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of human resources at Al-Ghafur Vocational High School in Sumenep. The research method used is qualitative through a case study. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of human resources includes the design and development of a curriculum that meets the needs of students, with a primary focus on HR management. The goal is for all school members to have a high spirit to advance the educational institution. Other strategic steps include regular performance monitoring and evaluation, as well as staff training and skills development. The principal also strives to build good relationships with the community through meetings with students' guardians, social activities, and school events. As an educational manager, the principal focuses on improving HR quality through regular planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising. Factors such as effective leadership, a supportive organizational culture, clear policy implementation, technology development, and HR training also play important roles in improving HR quality.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to explain and describe the da'wah of mualamah in Islam. The research was conducted qualitatively through library research. Data collection was carried out by means of a documentation study using books, books, the internet, and so on. Data processing with reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study showed: (1) aspects of da'wah: mad'u abilities, geographic location, materials, and tools of da'wah. (2) muamalah aspects: contracts, liking each other, and goods sold are beneficial. (3) Da'wah mulamalah about: capital, honesty, punctuality, hard work, hard work, and motivating the closest people.

Abstrak:
The research objective is to describe the students in Islamic boarding schools that have challenges and expectations. The research method is descriptive qualitative through a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study: In Islamic boarding schools, there are challenges and hopes within them, among these challenges include (1). Patience is the main key in completing a pesantren activity. (2). The sense of sincerity of every santri must be sincere in carrying out every activity of the pesantren and be able to obey the rules without a heavy heart. (3). Complying with the rules Obeying the rules is an obligation of a student or santri.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to describe the management of preaching carried out in Kindergarten. The research method is qualitative with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed: (1) management is an arrangement made by someone before doing work. (2) da'wah is an invitation made by someone to other people to do good. (3) Kindergarten is an educational institution whose students are 2-6 years old. (4) the management of preaching in Kindergarten, first of planning da'wah about planning methods and materials of preaching. The second is the organization of da'wah, namely the division of da'wah tasks in class. The third is the implementation of da'wah by paying attention to the facilities and infrastructure of giving da'wah in class. The fourth control of da'wah is by paying attention to the smooth implementation of da'wah in the classroom. The fifth evaluation of da'wah is by assessing the implementation and results of da'wah in class.

Abstrak:
The research objective is to describe guidance activities that can be carried out at Early Childhood Education Institutions. The research method is descriptive qualitative through a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: the method of religious guidance in early childhood can be carried out individually and in groups through in-class learning. The forms of religious guidance that can be carried out are (1) prayer guidance by teaching prayer movements. (2) speech guidance to train children's speaking courage. (3) prayer guidance to love Rasulullah SAW. (4) Koran guidance to teach hijaiyanh letters and recite the Koran fluently. (5) guidance on the pillars of faith and pillars of Islam so that children can memorize the pillars of faith and Islam.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence student tardiness and what efforts are made by schools to minimize student tardiness. type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study: the delay in entering class was caused by two factors: first, internal factors such as the desire of students to carry out disciplinary behavior. Both external factors, such as environmental influences, friends and student activities outside school time. Efforts made to minimize delays are: coaching the homeroom teacher, handling cases of mild to severe violations by counseling teachers and the student body at school.
