Abstrak:
Effective financial management is a major challenge for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang, especially in the culinary sector such as Ayam Geprek Bungsu. The main problems faced by business owners are economic limitations and uncertain fluctuations in raw material prices, which have an impact on the stability of cash flow and business profits. This condition results in suboptimal financial management, because often business owners are unable to separate personal and business finances, as well as difficulties in long-term budget planning. This activity aims to analyze the financial management of Ayam Geprek Bungsu and identify strategic steps that can be taken to improve financial efficiency. The research method used is a case study through interviews and analysis of simple financial statements. The results of the analysis show that the lack of regular financial records and the absence of a structured financial management system are the main causes of financial inefficiency. In addition, dependence on a single supplier for raw materials led to vulnerability to price increases. As a solution, this report recommends the implementation of a simple yet regular financial recording system, financial management training for business owners, and diversification of raw material suppliers to minimize the impact of price fluctuations. With these measures, Ayam Geprek Bungsu is expected to improve financial stability, optimize cash flow management, and ultimately strengthen business sustainability amid dynamic economic challenges. The growth and role of MSMEs can still be improved not only because of their resilience in the face of various economic shocks, but also their ability to provide employment, and overcome poverty.

Abstrak:
Business legality is a crucial element in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Karangsari Village, as one of the MSME centers, is facing challenges in adopting Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and implementing digital marketing. This research aims to identify the impact of implementing NIB on MSMEs in Karangsari Village and explore the obstacles and opportunities in its implementation. The methods used are case studies and field surveys. The research results show that although NIB can improve legality and market access, low digital literacy is a major obstacle. It is hoped that the socialization and training carried out in Karangsari Village can increase understanding and adoption of NIB and digital marketing by MSMEs, so as to strengthen their competitiveness in the market.

Abstrak:
SIDJIE is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in food and beverage, especially coffee drinks. This place provides various types of food and drinks. On this occasion, through community service activities carried out to help MSMEs through several programs offered and have been compiled and discussed with interested parties. Starting from debriefing and assistance in preparing financial reports and digitizing promotions was chosen as an effort to help develop these MSMEs. After this activity, it is hoped that SIDJIE will find it easier to see the financial condition of its business so that in the future it can be even better at managing its business finances. Furthermore, with the marketing digitalization program, it is hoped that it will be able to increase public knowledge of this coffee shop business and indirectly increase SIDJIE's sales.

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dan strategis bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi negara, baik negara berkembang maupun negara maju. Pada saat krisis ekonomi berlangsung di Indonesia, kemampuan UMKM untuk tetap bertahan di masa krisis ekonomi adalah bukti bahwa sektor UMKM merupakan bagian dari sektor usaha yang cukup Tangguh. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau UMKM merupakan bisnis yang juga memerlukan pengelolaan manajemen usaha terkait aspek-aspek fungsional usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Setiap bisnis akan membutuhkan pengelolaan usaha dan keuangn yang tepat agar bisnis tetap bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan manajemen usaha dan keuangan sederhana dalam bentuk paparan dan diskusi terkait komponen-komponen dalam mengelola manajemen usaha dan keuangan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris motivasi belajar memediasi pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Data penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner lalu diolah dan dianalisis kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Sampel yang digunakan ialah 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Pelita Bangsa Tahun Semster II. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, pembelajaran jarak jauh mempunyai pengaruh signfikan terhadap kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar dan variabel motivasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa.

Research The purpose of this study is to empirically examine work motivation mediating workload on employee performance. The data used in this study used primary data derived from questionnaires and then processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of tables and narratives. The sample used is 300 respondents taken from the population of PT. Amaan Indonesia Prosperous uses the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. In this study, the data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study state that workload has a positive influence on employee performance, work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, workload has a positive influence on employee performance and motivation variable has a positive influence as a variable that mediates workload on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Tamco Indonesia. Sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 135 orang dijadikan sampel semuanya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan Analisa Regresi Berganda, Analisa Korelasi, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi(R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara partial kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel pengembangan karir secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
