Abstrak:
This community service activity aimed to provide guidance and capacity building for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), specifically chicken satay vendors operating in the parking area of Taman Anggrek Mall, Jakarta. These culinary MSMEs have strong potential due to their strategic location, which attracts high foot traffic. However, many of these business owners still face challenges in managing and developing their businesses, particularly in terms of managerial skills, financial record-keeping, and marketing strategies. Therefore, this program was designed to enhance their business competitiveness by improving their managerial abilities, introducing simple bookkeeping practices, and promoting the use of digital platforms for marketing. The implementation of the program began with an initial observation to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by the MSME actors. This was followed by interactive training sessions covering topics such as the importance of basic financial management, how to create simple financial reports, and effective yet low-cost digital marketing strategies. In addition to the training, the team also provided intensive one-on-one mentoring to ensure that participants could apply the materials in their daily business operations. The outcomes of the program showed positive developments. The MSME participants began to recognize the importance of keeping financial records as a basis for making business decisions. They were also able to identify internal management issues such as inventory control and business planning. In terms of marketing, most of the vendors have started using digital platforms like WhatsApp Business and Instagram to promote their products, allowing them to reach a wider audience.It is expected that this community engagement initiative will continue and serve as a model for similar training programs targeting culinary MSMEs in other busy urban areas. Such efforts are essential to developing more independent, professional, and competitive MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstrak:
Barriers to international collaboration include cultural differences, language, and education systems, as well as administrative, and logistical challenges, and resistance to innovation. The purpose of this community service is to enhance the quality of education through curriculum development, international collaboration, teaching innovations, and global educational awareness. Implementation method: using a PAR approach, involving all parties, with supporting media such as laptops, office supplies, activity implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activities show very positive outcomes with a significant impact on participants. Evaluations of ICFASS24, FlexS, and Mandarin Language Classes indicate high satisfaction levels, with the majority of participants rating on a scale of 5. ICFASS24 successfully expanded academic insights and developed participants' managerial skills, while FlexS was effective in building excellent personality and self-development through an Islamic psychospiritual approach. The Mandarin Language Class provided significant benefits in improving language skills and participants' global perspectives, enhancing teaching competencies, and preparing them to face global challenges. Conclusion: This service successfully enhanced the quality of education, expanded academic insights, developed skills, and prepared participants to face global challenges.

Regional taxes in Indonesia can be classified based on the level of regional government, namely regional taxes at the provincial level and regional taxes at the district/city level. One source of regional tax revenue comes from motor vehicle tax (MVT) payments. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax in Kediri Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using several methods including descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. In this research, the results showed that taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Katang Kediri.

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the East Sepatan District's efforts in realizing excellent service in issuing E-KTP, which is based on the principles of good governance. Using a descriptive and qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations through interviews with informants consisting of Heads of Sections, Secretaries and Employees in East Sepatan District, as well as notes. Next, the data obtained was analyzed from the data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.

Salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang sering ditemui di banyak negara termasuk Indonesia adalah stunting. Stunting telah mendapat banyak perhatian di Indonesia, terlihat dari alokasi APBN masing-masing sebesar Rp48,3 triliun dan Rp49,4 triliun pada tahun 2022 dan 2023 untuk bidang ini. Pada tahun 2022, Kementerian Kesehatan merilis temuan dari Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) yang menyatakan bahwa angka stunting di Indonesia mencapai 21,6% pada saat Rapat Kerja Nasional BKKBN pada 25 Januari 2023.Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya untuk mengerti pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mengidentifikasi anak-anak berisiko tinggi terkena stunting. Banyak penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas faktor resiko stunting, namun masih sedikit penerapannya dalam metode machine learning, dalam data yang kompleks dan tidak seimbang.Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja dari berbagai metode machine learning yang bertujuan dapat memberikan kontribusi penting dalam bidang kesehatan anak dan analisis data. Diantara metode machine learning yang dipilih metode Bagging Decision Tree mendapatkan nilai accuracy yang terbaik sebesar 78,93%, precision 78% dan recall sebesar 77,99%. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ensemble learning mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam atribut multiclass dan data yang tidak seimbang pada dataset pertumbuhan balita.

Abstrak:
This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

In Bad Stock (BS) control at PT Sari Roti Semarang, it is crucial to reduce the company's significant losses. However, the selection of rejected and returned bread with poor quality is still prevalent. Based on production data and the amount of bad stock (a collection of returned bread from stores and rejected production), a decision support system for controlling bad stock using Fuzzy Tsukamoto is needed. In this decision support system, three variables are modeled: production, store returns, and production rejects. The production variable consists of two fuzzy sets: increase, remain the same, and decrease. The store returns variable consists of two fuzzy sets: decrease, remain the same, and increase. The production rejects variable consists of three fuzzy sets: few, normal, and many. The membership values are only two values, 0 and 1, while the membership values in the fuzzy sets are closed intervals [0,1]. By combining all these fuzzy sets, three fuzzy rules are obtained, which are then used in the inference stage. In the inference stage, the membership value of the antecedent (?) and the estimated amount of production (z) are found for each rule. The amount of rejected production (Z) is obtained by centered average defuzzification.
The research results based on expert validation testing indicate that the obtained values are in the range of 2.51-3.25, which is categorized as valid or good. Meanwhile, the validation testing from users indicates that the obtained value of 3.4 is in the range of 3.26-4.00, which is categorized as highly valid. The effectiveness testing of the system's performance results in an average value of 89.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang dimiliki staff Universitas PGRI khususnya staff yang mendukung kegiatan akademik.. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan kependidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang berjumlah 106 orang yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi berganda dalam SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang baik, menguatkan karakter individu serta menjaga motivasi karyawan. Sementara motivasi kerja tercipta karena adanya budaya kerja yang baik, penggunaan teknologi informasi didukung oleh karakteristik Individu yang baik. Hal ini sesuai dengan pembuktian hipotesis yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi, budaya kerja dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap motivasi serta penggunaan teknologi informasi, motivasi dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dapat berperan sebagai mediasi hubungan antara penggunaan teknologi informasi dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to notice and analyze the increase of employee productivity by the approach occupational health and working environment safety in supporting Business Sustainability PT. Morich Indo Fashion. The research method used was quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Morich Indo Fashion Karangjati Semarang Regency Quality Control section. The sample used was 72 using the proportional random sampling which was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study as follows the influence of the role of occupational health and safety and work environment significantly on work productivity. This meant that the role of occupational health and safety and the work environment was positive and significant to the work productivity of PT. Morich Indo Fashion. In sum, the sustainability of the company’s business became more guaranteed.

Abstrak:
Sebuah perusahaan yang berdiri pasti mempunyai rencana untuk mencapai tujuan, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan rencana tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti fokus terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi karyawan pada PT. DOS NI ROHA KEDIRI yaitu mengenai faktor motivasi, semangat kerja, dan kompensasi kerja.
Untuk memperoleh informasi lebih dalam, peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif karena penelitian ini mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan R square (R²). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang, namun peneliti hanya mengambil 49 orang sebagai sampel dan mengecualikan kepala cabang.
Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semangat kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan kompensasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta motivasi, semangat kerja, kompensasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
