This study aims to explore the influence of Kopi Sejuta Jiwa's TikTok content on students' purchasing decisions and to identify non-digital factors that also influence these decisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, with primary data obtained through interviews with four students from different batches who have purchased Kopi Sejuta Jiwa products and are active TikTok users. Secondary data was obtained through observation of three TikTok content with the highest interaction from the official Kopi Sejuta Jiwa account. The results of the study indicate that students' purchasing decisions are more influenced by price, taste, location, and personal experience, while TikTok content is considered to have the potential to influence if it is packaged attractively and does not feel overly promotional. Content observation revealed that despite varied content approaches, engagement levels remain relatively low. This study concludes that digital marketing strategies need to be optimized through relevant, inspirational, and interactive content, while still balancing quality products and direct services.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the direct compensation system applied to teaching staff at the ABD Private Kindergarten in Jakarta. The main focus is to assess whether the compensation system meets the principles of fairness, transparency, and alignment with teachers' workloads and responsibilities. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving data collection through in-depth interviews with four educators, direct observations, and analysis of internal school documents. The findings reveal that the current compensation system fails to reflect teachers’ actual contributions and workload proportionately. The lack of objective performance evaluations and the absence of a structured salary increment mechanism were identified as key factors affecting work motivation. These results highlight the urgent need to reform compensation policies within early childhood education institutions. The study recommends the implementation of a more structured and transparent salary framework that considers years of service, educational background, and involvement in school activities. This research provides practical insights for private education stakeholders aiming to develop a more effective and sustainable compensation system that enhances both teacher welfare and educational quality.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training at PT XYZ, particularly in enhancing work performance and motivation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling. Informants consist of one team leader and three staff members selected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the training provided remains one-way, lacks interactivity, and is not entirely relevant to employees’ daily tasks. This leads to low motivation and minimal effectiveness in improving performance. Several challenges were also identified, including the absence of post-training follow-up, monotonous delivery methods, and limited time due to workload constraints. The study suggests that organizations should improve their training systems by aligning materials with job relevance, adopting more engaging methods, and ensuring continuous support from management.

It focuses on understanding its role in supporting coordination and communication, identifying task distribution issues, and evaluating its effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study highlights the importance of a well-structured organization in facilitating decision-making, enhancing work efficiency, and streamlining communication channels. Findings reveal that although PT X has a formal organizational structure, its practical implementation encounters challenges. These include unclear task assignments, overlapping roles, workload imbalance, and slow cross-division communication. A lack of periodic structural evaluations further reduces operational efficiency. To overcome these problems, PT X must refine task distribution, clarify reporting lines, and improve interdepartmental coordination. The study concludes that an effective organizational structure requires consistent, adaptive, and integrated implementation aligned with the dynamic needs of the organization.
