Accidents or injuries can happen anywhere, anytime, even in the school environment. Wherever an accident occurs, it is necessary to get immediate help to reduce the danger and immediately go to the nearest health facility. The low level of knowledge and motivation of PMR members will be a big problem, because PMR members are trained as first aiders in schools before the victim is sent to the next health facility. This study used a quantitative pre-experimental type with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were all members of PMR SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jambi City. The sample in this study was 35 students using the total sampling technique. The independent variable of this study is first aid education and the dependent is the knowledge and motivation of PMR members. The research instrument used a 2-time questionnaire using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that before the intervention, some respondents had sufficient knowledge as many as 27 respondents (77.1%) and after the intervention the respondents had good knowledge as many as 35 respondents (100%). Motivation of PMR members before being given the intervention, most respondents were moderately motivated with a total of 31 respondents (88.6%) and motivation after being given the intervention all respondents were highly motivated as many as 35 respondents (100%). Wilcoxon statistical test results there is an effect of first aid education on knowledge with a significance value of 0.001 (p Subscribe to DeepL Pro to edit this document. Abstrak:
Health education is a crucial aspect of guiding learners about health in a broad range, encompassing physical, mental, and social well-being. Schools, being environments where students are exposed to various hazards, are particularly vulnerable to accidents. First aid education is essential in preventing injuries and ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Augmented Reality (AR) based First Aid health education on the knowledge of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members at Titian Teras State Senior High School, Jambi City. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with one pretest-posttest group without a control group. A total of 50 PMR members were involved, divided into an intervention group (n=25) and a control group (n=25). The intervention group received AR-based First Aid health education, while the control group received conventional methods. Data collection was conducted using a knowledge assessment tool, and pre- and post-test analyses were performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in the intervention group's knowledge. After the intervention, 80% of respondents in the intervention group achieved the "good" category, compared to only 36% in the control group. The Mann-Whitney test confirmed the significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05), indicating that the AR-based First Aid health education was more effective in improving PMR members' knowledge compared to conventional methods. This study concludes that AR-based First Aid health education is more effective in improving PMR members' knowledge compared to conventional methods. The integration of AR technology in health education highlights its potential in enhancing learning outcomes and improving the preparedness of students in responding to emergencies. The findings suggest that AR can be a valuable tool in health education, particularly in first aid training, by providing an immersive and interactive learning experience that enhances both knowledge and skills acquisition.

Abstrak:
Diarrhea is an infection of the digestive tract that poses a global health challenge, including in Indonesia. It is characterized by defecation occurring three or more times in children, or more than four times in neonates within 24 hours, with stools that are soft or liquid, and sometimes contain blood. The incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center is particularly high. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.

According to the Jambi City Health Service Profile in 2021-2022, Putri Ayu Health Center is one of the inpatient health centers in Jambi City which is also acontributes the largest amount of medical waste with the amount of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2019 which regulates the type and quality of basic services required by regional affairs and are entitled to be obtained by everyone at least. The annual target of SPM requires inputs and processes as a performance plan for puskesmas activities within a certain time span. Data on program performance achievements at the Sengeti Health Center for the maternal and child health and family planning Program in 2021 and 2022 are still below target on average. Pemerintah daerah harus menyusun dan menghitung besaran anggaran untuk pemenuhan kewajiban tersebut agar melaksanakan tugas wajib sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal. The purpose of this study is to identify the planning and budgeting process of the Kia-Kb program related to the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector at the Sengeti Health Center. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach with 9 informants. Data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and observations at the Sengeti Health Center from January to March. The results of this research in the aspect of input consisting of human resources, funds, and infrastructure facilities were obtained, namely in quantity and quality according to standards, but training held by the Health Office was only required for program holders. Facilities and infrastructure in the maternal and child health and family planning program are fairly incomplete. Obstacles in terms of funds are often late disbursement of funds. Aspects of the budget planning process have been carried out with 5 stages. Output aspects in the form of RUK and RPK preparation are carried out at the end of each year. The outcome aspect of the Kia-Kb Program has not reached the SPM target where the desired target is 100%.
