Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the discussion method on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach method. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year totaling 205 people and a sample of 41 people is determined, which is 20% of the population. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 42 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the discussion method on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.549> rtable (a = 0.05, n = 41) = 0.308 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 4.101> ttable (a = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 39) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ?="35","76"+1.13X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 30.1%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=16, dk denominator=n-2=41-2=39) which is 16.81> 1.51. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence of the discussion method on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstrak:
The code of ethics for Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers plays an important role in increasing teacher professionalism in Indonesia. In the educational context, professionalism does not only include teaching skills, but also the moral and ethical attitudes that must be applied in carrying out their duties. Codes of ethics provide guidelines for teachers to act in accordance with established standards, which include responsibilities towards students, society and educational institutions. This research aims to analyze how the application of a code of ethics in the practice of Christian religious education can contribute to the development of teacher professionalism, as well as its impact on the quality of learning and the formation of student character. Based on a literature review, it was found that consistent application of a code of ethics helps teachers to maintain their integrity, improve relationships with students, and set a good example in everyday life. Therefore, increasing understanding and implementing a good code of ethics is very necessary to realize quality education that is beneficial for students' spiritual and moral development.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the teacher's code of ethics on the student learning process. The research used quantitative research methods with a sample of 100 secondary school teachers and 200 students. The research results show that a teacher's code of ethics has a significant impact on the learning process, especially on improving the quality of teaching, developing students' self-confidence, and creating a positive learning environment. A teacher's code of ethics also influences students' learning motivation and academic achievement. Therefore, there is a need to increase awareness and practice of teachers' codes of ethics in the learning process. The Teacher Code of Ethics provides guidelines for teachers in carrying out their duties as educators, community members and citizens. This Code of Ethics is designed to ensure that teachers act and behave in accordance with high moral and professional standards. The influence of a teacher's code of ethics on the learning process can be studied from various aspects, such as: B. Teacher behavior in the classroom, teacher-student relationships, and teacher professional development efforts. The Teacher Code of Ethics emphasizes the importance of developing positive professional relationships with students. Teachers who adhere to a code of ethics tend to care more about students' welfare, respect differences, and create an inclusive learning environment. Additionally, students' personal data will be treated as confidential and data breaches will be prevented.

Abstrak:
The teacher code of ethics functions as an important guideline for maintaining integrity and professionalism in the world of education. This article reviews the role of teachers' codes of ethics as a basis for strengthening the values ??of integrity and professionalism in the modern era. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, it was found that the teacher code of ethics not only functions as a behavioral guide, but also as a tool for creating a dignified educational environment. However, challenges in implementation, such as lack of understanding and inconsistent implementation, still require serious attention. This article suggests regular training for teachers as well as strengthening ethical oversight by educational institutions.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on students' creative thinking abilities in Christian religious and character education subjects in class XII at SMK Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with Pre-Experimental One Shot Case Study statistics. The population was all class Data was collected using a 20 item questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on students' creative thinking abilities in the Christian religious and character education subjects in class XII at SMK Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year. Test analysis requirements, namely tcount = 8.376 > ttable = 2.042. It is known that the tcount value is in the area of ??rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on students' creative thinking abilities in Christian religious and character education subjects in class XII at SMK Negeri 1 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Think Talk Write Cooperative Type model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is all Christian students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year totaling 222 people and a sample of 55 people was determined, namely 25% of the population using random sampling techniques. Data were collected with a positive questionnaire of 40 items, namely 25 items for variable X and 15 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an influence of the Cooperative Think Talk Write Type model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.584> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 55) = 0.226. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 5.232> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 53) = 2,000. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation . b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 34.1%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = ( = 0.05, df numerator k = 25, df denominator = n-2 = 55-2 = 53) which is 27.26 > 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, with the hypothesis that there is an influence of the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. . With a population of all class IX of GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School who are Protestant Christians, totaling 85 people with a sample of 85 people, so this research is a population research. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 33 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire was tested with 35 respondents from class IX students at Berastagi Joint Private Middle School. using a 35 question questionnaire and after being tested, the results of the validity of the questionnaire were found to have a value of rcount > rtable = 0.254-0.773 (there were 2 question items that had validity less than rtable 0.334, namely item number 11 and item number 35 so that the invalid questionnaire was discarded Thus, the valid questionnaire consists of 33 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire test is at 0.910, the value is very strong and has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the advocacy learning model on students' PAK learning motivation class IX Private Middle School GBKP Kabanjahe Academic Year 2023/2024. Using the relationship test, rcount > rtable is obtained, namely 0.623>0.213, with a significant relationship test tcount > ttable, namely 9.273>2.000, with the linear regression test Y ̂ = α+bx = 13.91. +0.661X. This equation shows that in a constant state of 13.91, for every addition of variable 38.8%. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significant influence test with Fcount>Ftable (52.52>4.00) means that there is a positive and significant influence between the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research suggests that teachers always use the advocacy learning model in the teaching and learning process, so that the motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School, Kabanjahe, for the 2023/2024 academic year will be better.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model on learning motivation for Christian Religious Education & Character Education in class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.This research uses a Posttest-Only Control type experimental method. The population is all class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 160 people. The sample was determined using a technique taken deliberately (purposive sampling) with the specified conditions that the learning material being experimented with was in that class, namely class XI IIS-1 students totaling 32 people as the experimental class and XI IIS-3 totaling 32 people as the control class. The research instrument used a 27 item test. The t test used is the Separated Variance t test according to the test analysis requirements, namely n1=n2 and the variance of the two sample groups is homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount= 13.9 > ttable (?=0.05; dk=n1+n2-2=62) = ttable 1.669, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This research concludes that students' motivation to learn Christian Religion & Character Education taught using the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model is higher than that taught using the conventional learning model in class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

The important role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in developing students' Christian character. emphasizes the role of PAK teachers as correctors, facilitators, mentors, class managers, evaluators, and the importance of spiritual competence in education. Factors such as love, loyalty, justice and patience are the focus of forming Christian character. Factors such as love, loyalty, justice and patience are at the core of Christian character development. Apart from that, about the importance of Christian character education, the introduction of Christian ethical values and the formation of Christian mental character. The concept of character education includes values such as love, sincerity and balance in life, while the cultivation of ethical values includes integrity, sincerity and service leadership. Character formation in Christian mentality involves renewal of the mind, spiritual toughness, and healthy self-acceptance. Character formation in a Christian way of thinking includes renewal of the mind, mental flexibility, and healthy self-acceptance. Furthermore, developing emotional intelligence through Christian principles, including self-reflection, managing stress through prayer, forgiveness as a release of emotions, and building positive relationships. An emphasis on effective communication, peaceful management of conflict, and increasing hope and optimism is also an integral part of this approach. Thus, this journal article provides an illustration of how PAK teachers can play an important role in cultivating students' sympathetic attitudes towards Christian character, integrating Christian values and principles into character education, ethics and developing students' emotional intelligence.
