Abstrak:
This research aims to fill the knowledge gap by understanding that strategic resources such as collaboration networks, technology digitalization, and financial literacy contribute to improving performance through financial and business competencies and resilience in the perspective of a Resource-Based View (RBV). The study was conducted in Malang Raya, which has a dynamic agro-tourism area but is facing market pressure and high competition. It involved 50 chip MSME players who have been operating for at least two years. The research method uses the SEM-PLS on seven main variables: collaboration network, digitalization, financial literacy, competence, financial resilience, business resilience, and business performance. The results show that the three main resources have a significant effect on performance improvement, either directly or through strengthening competence and resilience. This research provides a theoretical contribution by expanding the application of RBV in the context of traditional food MSMEs, as well as presenting an integrative model to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. Further research is recommended to explore external variables such as regulation and the dynamics of the growing digital market.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Digital Payment on Purchase Decisions, with Impulsive Buying acting as a mediating variable in the context of Scarlett Whitening products. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a survey approach through questionnaires distributed to 157 respondents who had previously purchased Scarlett Whitening products. The results indicate that both Brand Ambassadors and Digital Payment have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decisions, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Impulsive Buying. The findings suggest that consumers tend to make quicker and less deliberative purchase decisions when influenced by appealing Brand Ambassadors and the convenience of Digital Payment options. Furthermore, this study highlights the crucial role of Impulsive Buying as a behavioral factor that strengthens the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer purchasing behavior. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for businesses, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry, on how to optimize their marketing strategies. Companies can enhance their brand appeal and drive higher purchase rates by strategically leveraging Brand Ambassadors and offering seamless Digital Payment methods. Ultimately, this study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies in the modern retail landscape

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze how Social Media Marketing (SMM) influences Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision. Using Signal Processing and Information Processing theories, this research identifies gaps in the literature regarding the relationship between SMM, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from 105 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which means selecting samples based on specific criteria relevant to the research. The criteria used are consumers who have seen or interacted with SilverQueen's social media marketing content. The collected data was analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to test the structural model and measurement model. This study shows that Social Media Marketing plays a crucial role in enhancing Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision for SilverQueen chocolate. The findings underscore the importance of effective social media marketing strategies for achieving better business outcomes.

Abstrak:
Purpose: This research aims to develop a system for detecting the credibility of information on social media X by classifying tweets as credible or non-credible. Additionally, it seeks to improve the accuracy of classification and prediction of information credibility using feature extraction methods, semantic features, feature expansion, and optimization.
Methods: The system is built using a deep learning approach with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Robustly optimized BERT Approach (RoBERTa), Global Vector (GloVe), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The dataset consists of 54,766 Indonesian tweets from social media X, focusing on the 2024 General Election and using several keywords such as ‘Pemilu 2024’, ‘Pilpres 2024’, ‘anies baswedan’, ‘Prabowo’, ‘#GanjarPranowo’, and ‘#debatCapres’.
Result: The results of this study show that the highest accuracy achieved is 89.09% using LSTM with an 80:20 data split, baseline unigram, RoBERTa, Top1 corpus IndoNews, and PSO of the LSTM model’s hyperparameters, resulting in a highly significant statistical improvement of 0.96% over the baseline model.
Novelty: This research contributes to information credibility classification research using RoBERTa to add semantic features and GloVe to expand features by utilizing a built corpus and finding similar words to connect with these expanded features. Additionally, PSO is applied to find the optimal hyperparameters, thereby improving the performance and accuracy of the LSTM classification model.

<p><em>Science and technology are developing very fast from time to time. It requires companies to work quickly, innovatively, and creatively to remain competitive with their competitors and increase purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Manager store. This research analyzes the influence of Price Perceptions, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality on purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research was 96 respondents from the customers of the Graphic Media Mranggen store. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. Tests included validity tests by comparing calculated r with r tables, reliability tests using Cronbach Alpha, and classical assumption tests, which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple analysis tests are used to test how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, prove the research hypothesis, and test the hypothesis with the t-test-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test (R <sup>2 </sup>). This research shows that the variables of Price of Perception, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. The results of this research give the impression that price perception, product completeness, and excellent service quality are factors that need to be considered to improve consumer purchasing decisions to achieve the goals set by the company.</em></p>

Introduction: This study aims to show the misrepresentation of minority groups, specifically widowed women (hereinafter referred to as janda) in the era of convergence of media content (television as well as streaming and social media) in Indonesia. Media as the fourth pillar of democracy are supposed to inform and represent everything in a balanced and fair manner, instead of favoring the interests of the majority. The question we attempt to answer is: how the misrepresentation of janda on converged media content (FTVs) in a patriarchal society?Methods: This study applied feminist perspective in media convergence as well as the narrative analysis of Chatman.Findings: In general, the results of the study show that the convergence has not been in favor of janda, indicating that internet technology does not only strengthen the gender-biased values of media industry person in massively distributing FTVs (via streaming and social media) that threaten minorities, but also ignores the opposing feedback from netizens. As a result, the minority groups are increasingly muted. Reproduction of labelling of janda is a strategy of media owners to obtain maximum profits.Originality: We noted many studies on janda conducted from various scientific perspectives. However, studies that observe the depiction of janda in the media convergence in the perspective of communication studies are scarce. This study provides a discussion on the representation of janda in the vortex of capitalism in media convergence as the major novelty in this line of study.

<p>Permasalaham yang dialami anggota UMKM di Kampung Batik Durenan Indah Semarang, kekurang pahaman tentang bagaimana teknik fotografi produk yang menarik sehingga kemampuan fotografi untuk komunikasi pemasaran digital cukup rendah. Tujuan melakukan pengabdian ini mengajarkan ketrampilan fotografi produk. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan partisipatif dengan langkah awal Pre test dilakukan untuk mengukur seperapa paham peserta tentang fotografi, selanjutnya penyampaian materi dilakukan oleh beberapa kepakaran dalam bidang fotografi, dan dilanjutkan diskusi. Setelah sesi diskusi, kegiatan selanjutnya adalah praktik oleh masing-masing kelompok didampingi tim pengabdian dalam fotografi produk. Dan terakhir post test. Hasilnya dari pengabdian ini anggota UMKM Kampung Batik Durenan Indah Semarang memiliki kemampuan fotografi produk, berupa pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, baik secara teoritis maupun praktis mengenai cara fotografi produk yang baik dan benar. Ketrampilan yang diperoleh dapat menjadi bekal para anggota UMKM Kampung Durenan Batik bisa memanfaatkan fotografi produk sebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran.</p>

Abstrak:
Finding out how digital marketing affects the marketing effectiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia, is the aim of this study. Data from 351 SMEs were gathered using the structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis. According to the study's results, digital marketing considerably improves MSMEs' marketing efficiency. It was also discovered that digital marketing acts as a link between the marketing performance and capabilities of MSMEs. For MSMEs in East Java and other parts of Indonesia, as well as for policymakers and academics interested in promoting the growth and development of the MSME sector, these findings have significant ramifications.

Topik yang muncul di media tergantung pada bagaimana pemilihan bahasa media yang digunakan. Konten yang diunggah di media, akan mempengaruhi cara pandang konsumen media. Berdasarkan kajian sebelumnya, pemilihan kata dalam bahasa media populer di Indonesia sarat dengan label negatif, ketika media menginformasikan berbagai hal tentang janda (rondo), maka dikhawatirkan khalayak media akan menerimanya, sebagai sesuatu yang dianggap biasa. Menurut catatan peneliti, belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang mengkaji bahasa media populer yang isinya mengaitkan virus dengan pelabelan dan merendahkan janda. Terdapat kebaruan dalam penelitian ini, karena mengkritisi bahasa lagu dangdut berjudul Corona yang tega menyamakan Corona sebagai Comunitas Rondo Merana (Komunitas Janda Merana). Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Wacana Kritis Fairclough untuk mengungkap unsur-unsur ideologis teks lagu tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan, pertama bahasa lagu ini sewenang-wenang, sehingga kehadiran lagu tersebut jelas tidak etis, dan tidak memiliki empati terhadap janda dan juga korban virus Corona. Kedua, Pelakor sebenarnya terkait dengan karakter seseorang dan tidak boleh disematkan pada janda. Kesimpulannya, ketika pelabelan janda dilakukan, dan digunakan oleh mereka yang memiliki kekuasaan secara struktural dalam masyarakat, maka proses pelabelan janda akan memiliki konsekuensi negatif jangka panjang pada identitas sosial janda.
