Abstrak:
Anesthesia machines are very important medical equipment in modern medicine, especially in medical procedures and intensive care. This device is designed to provide and control the administration of anesthetic drugs and medical gases to patients safely and accurately. Damage to the oxygen regulator block of the anesthesia machine shows a discrepancy with the indicator reading. This problem is very critical because it can cause the administration of inappropriate oxygen concentrations to patients during anesthesia procedures. This activity aims to support health services at the Columbia Asia Semarang Hospital which has a damaged anesthesia machine and wants to be repaired, namely the Mindray Type Wato EX-65 anesthesia machine. Damage to the device is known by disassembling the device, by visual observation, checking for hose leaks, and measuring at certain points in the device circuit. Based on the analysis carried out, the damage is in the anesthesia machine regulator block. After repairs and functional tests using VT 305 to check the air flow, it was declared suitable for use.

<p><em>Calibration is an activity to determine the conventional correctness of the designation value of measuring instruments and measuring materials by comparing them with traceable measuring standards to national standards for units of measure and/or international ones. One example of a tool used for calibration is the Infant Warmer Calibrator. The purpose of this research is to produce a tool that can be used to calibrate and analyze temperature and humidity data on infrant warmers. This tool uses five LM35 type temperature sensors with Arduino as the main controller for this tool, and is also equipped with a DHT11 type humidity sensor, and is also equipped with an SD Card as storage. From the results of the study, different results were obtained with the largest error difference of 1.85% at a test point of 35°C and the smallest error presentation was 1.3% at a test point of 34°C and the tool was functioning properly.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Kalibrator Infant Warmer, Temperature sensor, Humidity Sensor, SD Card.</em></p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Kalibrasi adalah kegiatan untuk menentukan kebenaran konvensional nilai penunjukkan alat ukur dan bahan ukur dengan cara membandingkan terhadap standar ukur yang mampu telusur (traceable) ke standar nasional untuk satuan ukuran dan/atau internasional. Salah satu contoh alat yang digunakan untuk kalibrasi adalah Kalibrator Infant Warmer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan alat yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan kalibrasi serta melakukan analisis data suhu dan kelembapan pada <em>infrant warmer</em>. Alat ini menggunakan lima sensor suhu type LM35 dengan arduino sebagai pengotrol utama pada alat ini, dan juga dilengkapi dengan sensor kelembapan type DHT11, dan juga dilengkapi dengan SD Card sebagai penyimpanan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil yang berbeda-beda dengan selisih kesalahan terbesar 1,85 % pada test point 35°C dan presentasi kesalahan terkecil yaitu 1,3% pada test point 34°C dan alat sudah berfungsi dengan baik.</p>

ABSTRACT
Alcohol is the common name for organic compounds that have a hydroxyl group attached to carbon and hydrogen atoms. The alcohol that is commonly found in liquor is ethyl alcohol or it is also called ethanol, but it is usually referred to as alcohol alone. Drinks with an alcohol content of 40% can lose consciousness, leading to accidents for alcohol-affected drivers. To detect alcohol in the body using an alcohol tester. Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC.

Monitoring the nutritional status of infants at this time is mostly still using the manual method, by looking at anthropomeric standard books so that nutritional monitoring takes longer and is less practical. Babies need nutritional status based on age, weight, length of the baby (baby's height), and sex of the baby. To find out the nutritional condition of the baby, the author wants to develop a measurement tool for weight and length of the baby with the output data in Microsoft Excel. This study aims to design a baby's weight and length measurement tools with data output at Microsoft Excel and perform a function test. The process of detection in infants using ultrasonic sensors that serves to determine the height or length of the baby's body and load cell sensors to determine the baby's weight, then the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) which displays the results of ultrasonic sensors and load cell sensors and Arduino Uno. The results of this study are an infant weight and height measurement tool with an arduino uno-based anthropometric index method with 2 ultrasonic sensors as height and length counters, and 1 load cell sensor as a weight calculator for infants that will later be displayed on the LCD screen.

Abstrak:
The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

<em>Temperature is the most important parameter in monitoring Infant Warmer medical equipment. In this study, temperature monitoring was carried out on the Lullaby GE Infant Warmer using INCU based on Arduino Uno. The temperature setting used was 34 ° C, 35 ° C, 36 ° C and 37 ° C with each setting repeated 3 times. The temperature sensor used in the INCU analyzer for T1 to T4 is DS18B20, while the T5 uses a DHT22 temperature sensor. At the Infant Warmer temperature, a low error value was obtained for all temperature settings, namely a temperature of 34 ° C with an error of 0.02, a temperature of 35 ° C with an error of 0.03, a temperature of 36 ° C with an error of 0.004 and a temperature of 37 ° C with an error of 0. The INCU analyzer output low temperature is at T5, with temperature settings of 34 ° C, 35 ° C, 35 ° C and 37 ° C respectively 0.009, 0.07, 0.11 and 0.28. While the error value on T1 to T4 ranges from 0.37, namely at T3 for a temperature setting of 35 ° C to 0.84, namely at T3 for a setting of 37 ° C. It can be concluded that the INCU analyzer that has a high degree of accuracy is the T5 using the DHT22 temperature sensor.</em>
