Abstrak:
This research explains the influence of the physical work environment and supervision on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-medical employees at RSUD Dr. Iskak, Tulungagung Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t tests), and sobel tests. The population in this study was 533 non-medical employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method and the number of samples taken in this study was 85 non-medical employees. In this study, the results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, supervision has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstrak:
This research aims to partially and simultaneously explain the influence of price discounts and business communication on customer loyalty in purchasing Tofu Sticks at the Aqia Kediri Store. This type of research uses quantitative research. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The sample in the research was 87 customers who purchased Toko Aqia Kediri's Tofu Stick using purposive sampling technique. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) test using the SPSS program version 25. The results of this research are that partially the price discount variables and business communication have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in buying tofu sticks at the Aqia Kediri Store. Simultaneously, the variables of price discounts and business communication have a significant effect on customer loyalty in purchasing tofu sticks at the Aqia Kediri Store.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

Abstrak:
Human resource management is one of the most important aspect in the course of a agency to achieve its vision, mission, strategy and the creation of agency goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

Abstrak:
Very tight competition in the business world means entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at product diversity and prices. The aim of the research is to explain the influence of product diversity and prices partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,680 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The sample obtained was 94 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data processing uses the SPSS program. The results of this research are that product diversity and price have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City.

Abstrak:
A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

Abstrak:
The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Desa Burengan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sampling jenuh pada 35 responden. Data dianalisis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (sig. 0,017). Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (sig. 0,002). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (sig. 0,000) secara parsial. Secara simultan beban kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Burengan (sig. 0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,2% dan 22,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan (X1), komitmen kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan pada Koperasi Pembangunan di Kabupaten Kediri.Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel komitmen kerja (X2) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,035 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel komitmen kerja (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), dan komitmen kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
