Abstrak:
Promotional activities are carried out by companies to inform and give consumers confidence about the product. Promotional media, such as brochures, are used to introduce products or services to the public. An attractive brochure design will make it easier for the product to be known and reach various groups. Brochures contain information about the company, products, services, or recent changes. A clear and attractive brochure design is expected to attract the attention of new customers and increase public interest in buying. Therefore, designing advertising media for UMKM Pesona Semilan Ringan Semarang is important.

Abstrak:
Traditional culture is a vital part of a community's identity, yet in the era of globalization, cultural elements are often threatened by modernization, which can blur local identities. This study explores the application of the Design Thinking method in integrating the Surjan Jogja motif into visual communication design, focusing on how the design can preserve cultural meaning while remaining relevant in contemporary times. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing the five stages of Design Thinking: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 respondents, including designers, batik artisans, and cultural figures, as well as direct observations of the creative process. The results show that 80% of respondents appreciated designs that integrated the Surjan motif, with many stating that the design offered deeper meaning compared to products without cultural context. The study found that the application of Design Thinking produced innovative visual solutions and strengthened local cultural identity amidst globalization. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of integrating traditional elements in visual communication design to preserve local culture. The practical implications of this research are significant, as it provides a framework for the development of culture-based design and opens opportunities for further research on the application of this method in other cultural contexts, thereby offering a practical guide for designers and cultural researchers interested in preserving local culture through design.

Toko Ahmad Sport Demak merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak dibidang Perlengkapan Olahraga yang mempunyai kantor di Mranggen, Demak. Setiap pembelian produk konsumen harus datang ke toko. Hal ini menjadi masalah jika produk yang diinginkan konsumen tidak sesuai dengan persedian yang ada. Berdasarkan survei penulis, konsumen Toko Ahmad Sport Demak sendiri kebanyakan sudah menggunakan smartphone. Gunanya untuk mempermudah konsumen untuk melihat produk Toko Ahmad Sport Demak, mendapatkan info barang terbaru dan bagaimana cara order online. Maka untuk memecahkan masalah ini diperlukan aplikasi yang khusus mengenai penjualan produk di Toko Ahmaad Sprt Demak. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun sendiri dapat diartikan sebuah pusat dokumentasi elektronik. Bagi pihak konsumen menggunakan aplikasi yang akan dibangun ini membuat berbelanja online menjadi singkat.

With the choice of tourists increasing and giving each other the concept of trust, with almost similar values, this makes tourists more curious and confused. The influence of quality, quality, price and persuasive persuasion will influence tourists continuously in weighing which one is the best, which is more in his heart. However, on the other hand, this condition actually shows the weakness of the Tourism Office that tourists are a determining factor for the future of one of the tourist attractions, with the confidence of tourists supporting the economy of the people in tourist sites, especially under the Semarang Regency Tourism Office.
Currently the Semarang Regency Tourism Office uses posters and advertises through yellowpages as a medium for delivering information, from the promotional methods carried out there are still obstacles, including the use of posters and through yellowpages advertising, which is very limited in terms of size and information to be conveyed. Therefore, it requires a promotional media that is able to provide complete information about tourism profiles to potential tourists

Abstrak:
The Boyolali Regional Library is a means of supporting public education organized by the Government of Boyolali Regency, Central Java. It is necessary to design promotional media and library information in order to increase public interest in coming and getting to know the complete library facilities. This research designs multimedia in the form of 2D digital motion graphic video as a promotional media for the Boyolali regional library. The method used is the Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM) development model whose multimedia development stage considers the guiding aspects of multimedia quality. The results of the media expert and material expert validation test with a score of 85% and 90%, respectively. While in the user test, the positive response was 86%. So that the results of multimedia design are in the very good category and in line with expectations.

Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency.
Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.
