The study aims to analyze the influence of affiliate marketing sales techniques on product selling power at Toko Pedia. In today's digital era, this technique is increasingly relevant, especially with the increasing number of internet users who prefer to shop online. This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of affiliate marketing techniques in increasing product sales in encouraging increased product sales volume and identifying the determining factors that influence it. This study utilizes a qualitative survey method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to affiliates.The method applied is a qualitative survey with data collection through questionnaires addressed to affiliates and consumers at Toko Pedia. The findings of this study are expected to provide important insights for business practitioners in designing more effective marketing strategies and increasing competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

Muslim-friendly tourism is a tourism that is developed by providing facilities needed by Muslim tourists, ranging from facilities for places of worship to worship equipment, such as mukena, sarongs, and prayer mats. Muslim-friendly tourism has been widely developed in various tourist attractions in Indonesia. This research aims to implement Muslim-friendly tourism in Cuku Nyi-Nyi Mangrove Ecotourism. The object of this research is the Cuku Nyi-Nyi Mangrove Ecotourism located in Sidodadi Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. This research method uses descriptive research to develop a systematic, fact-based, and accurate plan about the facts and characteristics of a particular population or region. The results of this study show that the implementation of Muslim-friendly tourism in Cuku Nyi-Nyi Mangrove Ecotourism has been successfully implemented.

This study began with the problem of low Mathematics learning outcomes of class X-5 students of SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya, which were below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 75. This study aims to improve the Mathematics learning outcomes of class X-5 students of SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) conducted in two cycles in the 2023/2024 academic year with 37 students. The data collection method in this study used observation techniques. The instruments used were pretest and posttest questions. The results of the analysis showed that the application of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model succeeded in improving students' Mathematics learning outcomes in statistics material. Student learning outcomes increased from the pre-cycle to cycle I and to cycle II. Before the action, only 10 students achieved KKM with a classical completion percentage of 27.02%. In cycle I, the number of students achieving KKM increased to 26 with a classical completion percentage of 70.27%. In cycle II, the number of students achieving KKM increased again to 31 with a classical completion percentage of 88.57%.

Analisis laporan keuangan adalah dasar untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan yang dilihat dari laporan keuangannya. Laporan keuangan memberikan informasi tentang kondisi keuangan perusahaan untuk tujuan internal dan eksternal.

The location of the road studied is the northern ring road which is still in the form of a compacted pavement layer. With this road, it can reduce traffic jams in the city and divert heavy vehicles. Field density analysis was carried out on the North Ring Road in Lamongan district using the Sand Cone method to obtain soil water content values ??on the road. The work procedure carried out is determining the weight of the sand, the weight of the soil, the grade water, dry soil density, and field density. The testing point was carried out at 152 different points for every 25 meters, namely from STA 0+000 to STA 3+800. The results showed that the average soil water content was 19.0%, and the soil density was 96.98%. According to the requirements of SNI 03-2008-1992, the recommended soil density value is 95%. From the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the density The soil in the field meets the specified soil density requirements because the average density in the field on road pavement is 96.98%.

One of them is the construction of the New Siloam Hospital in Surabaya. This article aims to understand the concept of detail engineering design on the building structure of New Siloam Hospital. Field surveys and data collection are the methods used to obtain information related to hospital construction projects. There are several differences between field data and work drawing data that has been created. Some of these differences include details on the reinforcement and casting volume. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further evaluation of field data with work drawing data so that the project can proceed according to initial planning.

The fire suppression ability of this sprinkler installation compared to other fire extinguishing equipment has been proven to be more effective. Because the sprinkler system does not require an operator when operating, fires can be prevented earlier before causing greater losses. For this reason, the implementation of sprinkler systems in buildings is crucial. According to KEPMEN PU NO. 10/KPTS/2000, a building must have elements that can maintain structural stability to a certain level during a fire. This research was conducted directly in the field, and the necessary data was obtained independently through interviews with relevant parties. The author conducted research observations in the archive warehouse to obtain both primary and secondary data. Primary data included field documentation and calculations. Planning calculations were done directly by calculating the number of sprinklers, water requirements, and reservoirs to determine the precise needs. Based on the survey, it was found that the size of the archive warehouse is 48 x 48 m, totaling 2304 m2. The maximum distance between sprinklers used was 4.6 m. Therefore, the effective distance between sprinkler heads is 193 units. The result of the calculation for the water supply for the sprinkler system obtained 34,139.77 liters, with the total overall cost for the equipment and materials used being Rp. 63,121,925.74. Based on the data and calculation results regarding the planning and design of fire protection equipment in open active spaces adhering to the NFPA-13 Standard for the Year 2019, it is expected to provide comfort and safety against the threat of fire incidents.

This aims to determine differences in procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The method used is the Mekari Journal, which makes it easier to document the documentation process for procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The Mekari journal will record the entire PO process that has been issued, delivery status, and payment status. Mekari Journal makes it easier for related parties in the company to access the progress of the goods and services procurement process. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author comes to the conclusion that in the PO (purchase order) process, Jurnal Mekari helps in the efficiency process because by using this software, the procurement party only needs to enter related data such as supplier name, PO number, item name, number of items. , etc. By filling in the data in the Mekari Journal in the Purchase Order section, a PO will automatically be issued along with a template. So, companies don't need to create templates for PO documents.

This study aims to explore the relationship between financial ratios, financial distress, and sales growth rates. The population used is made up of all consumer products industry sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to select and collect 39 company samples in total. The investigation hypothesis was evaluated using logistic regression analysis. This study shows how financial ratios and sales growth both have a significant impact on financial distress. Meanwhile, show to some extent that leverage and profitability have a significant influence on financial hardship, but liquidity and sales growth do not.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.
