The aim of this research is to determine the level of first aid knowledge for injuries of students at Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School Martapura, including: factors regarding the nature of injuries, injury prevention factors and injury treatment factors. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, with data collection instruments using multiple choice tests. The population in this study was students in grades VII, VIII and IX, totaling 79 people. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique, a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. With all Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School students from classes VII, VII and IX totaling 79 people. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis using the percentage method. Research result; The level of knowledge obtained in First Aid for Injuries of Students at Hidayatullah Islamic Junior High School Martapura is included in the “very poor” category of 13.92% (11 Students), the “insufficient” category of 29.11% (23 Students), the “sufficient” category ” by 21.51% (17 Students), the “good” category was 31.67% (25 Students), the “very good” category was 3.79% (3 Students). Pinched nerves are a disease experienced by many people in Indonesia. Most suffer during the productive age period of 30-60 years. Sufferers of a pinched nerve will experience that if a pinched nerve occurs in the lower back, there will be sharp pain in one part of the waist, groin, legs, feet, hips or buttocks, and even numbness in the back of the calf or sole of the foot. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of regular swimming on reducing pain in people with pinched nerves. This research design uses direct demonstration and the sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The results of this study were that there was an effect of regular swimming on reducing pinched nerve pain from an initial VAS score of 8 (controlled severe pain) to 2 (mild pain). The conclusions in this study show a significant increase in pain reduction, which is expected in cases of pinched nerves or HNP and good treatment with regular swimming.

This study aims to determine the location, type, and causes of fencers injuries based on discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that on epee fencers, injuries were often experienced at the location of the lower extremity of the thigh 100%, with the type of bruise injury 85.71% and the cause was from intrinsic factors due to wrong movement techniques 57.14%. On sabre  fancers, injuries are often experienced at the location of the lower extremity of the thigh 57.14%, with bruises, cramps, and abrasions 42.84% each and the cause is from intrinsic factors due to lack of warm-up 71.43%. On foil fencers, injuries are often experienced at the location of the lower extremities of the thighs 66.67%, with the types of bruises and cramps each 66.67% and the cause is from intrinsic factors due to lack of warm-up 50%. the conclusion of this study is that of all fencers, injuries are often experienced, namely at the location of the lower extremities of the thighs with the types of bruises and cramps caused by intrinsic factors, namely lack of warm-up. Degen fancers have a higher risk of injury than sabel and floret.
