Abstrak:
The development of technology is very rapid and has undergone a significant transformation, especially with the emergence of technology 5.0. In this development, Generation Z is experiencing communication challenges in the development of the 5.0 technology which is increasing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Communication Challenges of 5.0 in the Digital Age and Understand Generation Z in communicating with the rapid advancement of 5.0 technology. This research is a literature study. Data collection uses documentation from Google School. The data analysis used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The vast and growing expansion of the field of communication 5.0 through various digital platforms, such as social media, has made it difficult to communicate 5.0 in the current digital era, especially when connecting with Generation Z. The problem of communication in the current digital era is The current digital era, especially when interacting with Generation Z, is the rapid growth of the field of communication through various digital platforms, including social media, instant messaging, online content, other media, and so on. The characteristics of Generation Z, such as their tendency towards concise communication, strong visuals, and video, influence their communication style. In addition, it must be recognized that Generation Z is very tech-savvy, which can lead to privacy and security issues that need to be handled carefully if you want to establish effective communication with this generation.

Abstrak:
This research discusses the communication strategy between sellers and buyers on social media as part of an effective marketing strategy. Social media has become a key platform in modern marketing due to its ability to create direct interaction and build relationships between sellers and buyers. The communication strategies applied include the use of relevant content, personal approach, quick response, and utilization of interactive features of social media. The results show that effective communication can increase customer engagement, build trust, expand market reach, and drive increased sales. However, there are challenges in maintaining communication consistency and facing increasing competition in the digital world. Therefore, an innovative and customer-focused approach is required to achieve success in marketing through social media. Communication strategies between sellers and buyers on social media play an important role in supporting the success of marketing strategies in the digital age. Social media has evolved into a major platform for direct interaction between sellers and buyers, offering ease of access, wide reach, and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. This research explores the various communication strategies used by sellers to build relationships with buyers, including the use of relevant and engaging content, a data-driven personalized approach, and prompt responses to customer needs and questions. This research concludes that an effective communication strategy on social media serves not only as a promotional tool, but also as a means to build long-term relationships between sellers and buyers. With the right approach, social media can be a powerful platform to support marketing success, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve overall business goals.

Abstrak:
This study highlights the importance of implementing human relations principles in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the role of human relations in developing effective communication in the workplace. Effective communication is one of the most important factors in an organization's success, which depends not only on technical skills, but also on the quality of interpersonal relationships between team members and managers. Healthy human relations, which involve respectful interactions, building trust, and open communication, can support the achievement of organizational goals by creating a more productive and harmonious environment. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis and literature review techniques to identify relevant theories and previous research results regarding the relationship between individuals in the workplace and their impact on organizational communication. Data sources are taken from various scientific articles, books, and journals that discuss topics about organizational communication, human relations, and work psychology. The results of this study show that positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace play a crucial role in creating effective communication. Employees who feel valued and supported by their colleagues and employers tend to be more open to communicating information, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating efficiently. Conversely, interpersonal tension or poor communication can lead to miscommunication, conflict, and decreased productivity. The research also highlights the importance of communication training and interpersonal relationship management as part of organizational development to create a better work environment and support long-term success.

Abstrak:
This research which discusses the role of content marketing in product quality in the TikTok application has a significant influence on the perception of product quality in TikTok. The majority of respondents stated that creative and relevant content influenced their perspective on product quality, tended to rate positively when the content presented could attract attention with clear information and build emotional connections. Further analysis of TikTok video content shows success based on the utilization of trends, selection of appropriate narratives, use of features such as hastag challenges. However, the success of content cannot be separated from a deep understanding of the target audience, therefore brand personalization must be a balance between entertainment and promotion.

Abstrak:
Human relations are a fundamental aspect of human social life, including in the student sphere. This research explores the role of human relations in creating a harmonious friendship environment on campus. Using Human Relations theory, this study highlights the importance of interpersonal communication, empathy, and conflict management in improving the quality of students' social interactions. A qualitative approach through participatory observation and literature review was used to deeply understand the phenomenon. The results showed that positive relationships between students can increase security, happiness, and productivity, as well as promote intellectual and emotional development. Conversely, poorly managed conflict can have a negative impact on academic performance and mental health.

Abstrak:
Assertive communication plays a key role in building positive and productive working relationships in an organization. This research aims to explore the influence of assertive communication on work effectiveness and productivity in the context of work relations in companies. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations in various organizations. The research results show that assertive communication, which prioritizes respect for the rights and feelings of other people while expressing opinions openly and firmly, can reduce conflict, increase cooperation, and improve the work atmosphere. Apart from that, assertive communication also contributes to reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and clarifying expectations between team members. By implementing assertive communication techniques, such as active listening, stating expectations clearly, and providing constructive criticism, work productivity in an organization can increase significantly. This research provides recommendations for organizations to develop assertive communication skills among all members to create a more harmonious work environment and support the achievement of common goals.

The development of digital technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way of interacting and communicating among the younger generation, especially Gen Z. Gen Z, who was born between 1997 and 2012, grew up in the digital era where social media became the main platform for connecting, sharing information, and building community. This study aims to explore the influence of social media on social interaction among Gen Z, with a focus on the positive and negative impacts arising from the use of social media in their daily lives. Social media allows Gen Z to connect with peers, form identities, and participate in various virtual communities. However, while it provides an opportunity to expand social networks, research shows that social media can also reduce the quality of deeper social relationships. Interactions that occur in cyberspace tend to be more superficial compared to face-to-face communication, which can interfere with the development of social skills and empathy. In addition, social comparisons that often occur on social media also affect mental health, causing feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and dissatisfaction with oneself.
