The national prevalence of dermatitis in Indonesia based on Basic Health Research data by the Ministry of Health 2018 is 6.8% and tends to increase every year. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Service, in 2021 dermatitis was ranked eighth with the most common disease with a percentage of 5.03%, while in 2022 it experienced an increase and was ranked sixth with a percentage of 5.96%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of dermatitis in prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary in 2024. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling on 1124 prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary by conducting interviews. Prisoners' knowledge was in the good category as much as 40.4% of respondents. Attitudes in the positive category were 37.2% of respondents. Prisoners with housing that meets the requirements are 21.3% of respondents. Bathing habits were in the good category as many as 53.2% of respondents. Clothing cleanliness was in the good category as many as 37.2% of respondents. Towel cleanliness was in the good category as many as 41.5% of respondents.

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2019 which regulates the type and quality of basic services required by regional affairs and are entitled to be obtained by everyone at least. The annual target of SPM requires inputs and processes as a performance plan for puskesmas activities within a certain time span. Data on program performance achievements at the Sengeti Health Center for the maternal and child health and family planning Program in 2021 and 2022 are still below target on average. Pemerintah daerah harus menyusun dan menghitung besaran anggaran untuk pemenuhan kewajiban tersebut agar melaksanakan tugas wajib sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal. The purpose of this study is to identify the planning and budgeting process of the Kia-Kb program related to the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector at the Sengeti Health Center. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach with 9 informants. Data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and observations at the Sengeti Health Center from January to March. The results of this research in the aspect of input consisting of human resources, funds, and infrastructure facilities were obtained, namely in quantity and quality according to standards, but training held by the Health Office was only required for program holders. Facilities and infrastructure in the maternal and child health and family planning program are fairly incomplete. Obstacles in terms of funds are often late disbursement of funds. Aspects of the budget planning process have been carried out with 5 stages. Output aspects in the form of RUK and RPK preparation are carried out at the end of each year. The outcome aspect of the Kia-Kb Program has not reached the SPM target where the desired target is 100%.
 
 

Losses experienced by BPJS Health due to payment of contributions that have been stopped for participants who have used maternity services of more than 200 billion in a span of 2 years. It was recorded that 64.7% of mothers who were about to give birth registered as participants a month before giving birth and then quit (43%) or did not comply with the payment after delivery. The largest percentage comes from independent participants or non-wage recipients (PBPU). In Jambi Province, non-compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions is the highest in Jambi City. There were 77,489 participants in arrears in 2021 which resulted in a loss of 60.1 billion. Non-compliance in paying dues comes from multiple factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors causing the non-compliance of independent participants in paying BPJS Health contributions after utilizing childbirth services in Jambi City. A quantitative study approach with a cross-sectional design conducted in Jambi City in 2022. There were 96 respondents who were selected based on the accidental sampling technique. The study instrument was a questionnaire. Quantitative data processing through the stages of editing, coding, entry and cleaning with SPSS. Data analysis consisted of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study found that as many as 33.3% of independent participants did not comply in paying BPJS Health contributions after using childbirth services. There is a significant relationship between the number of family members (p = 0.001), knowledge (0.000), perception of illness (p = 0.001), clinical assessment (p = 0.000), and willingness to pay (WTP) with the non-compliance of independent participants in paying BPJS Health contributions. after the use of maternity services. It is recommended for BPJS Health to consider the application of the waiting period method for participants who will take advantage of maternity services. As well as increasing promotive activities for the Jambi City Government in educating and increasing public awareness about the importance of health insurance in protecting household financing.

Introduction: Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a health financing system that ensures every individual has equitable access, quality and financially affordable health services. BPJS as the organizing body has made efforts to encourage the achievement of UHC but in it’s implementation there are many obstacles.Method: This research is an analytical qualitative research. Result: Public knowledge about health insurance is still low, the availability of health facilities and coverage of health services are in accordance with standards.Discussion: There are still many people who do not know the importance of being a participant in health insurance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of management practices on improving service quality through the integrated core practice of EFQM and Six Sigma Public Health Centers in Jambi Province. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design approach through two stages of research. The research data was obtained using a questionnaire from a sample of 560 civil servant employees in 24 health centers that were randomly selected and analyzed by second order using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of the study found that the implementation of management practices and core practices had a fairly good average by employees and each had a direct effect on the service quality of the Public Health Center. The core practice is able to partially mediate between management practices and the quality of Public Health Center services. However, in practice, not all Public Health Center have implemented quality management practices.
