Educational supervision is a training process that aims to improve the quality of learning and teacher performance. Implementation of supervision requires certain techniques that are tailored to the needs, conditions, and characteristics of the school. There are three main categories in supervision techniques, namely individual techniques, group techniques, and a combination of both. Individual techniques include classroom observation, personal conversations, and class visits, which aim to provide direct guidance to teachers. This technique is effective in identifying specific problems faced by teachers and providing solutions directly. Supervision groups include workshops, discussion groups, and joint training, which aim to improve teacher competence through collaboration and sharing experiences. This technique encourages innovation in teaching and creates a culture of learning among educators. In addition, a combination of individual and group techniques, such as mutual observation or project-based training, can provide more comprehensive results. The application of supervision techniques must be carried out in a planned and sustainable manner with the principles of involvement, openness, and training. Effective supervision also requires technological support to facilitate data collection and evaluation, such as using learning videos or analytical software.

One of the strategic efforts to improve the quality of learning in schools is educational supervision. This study examines how to implement educational supervision to improve learning. Educational supervision includes classroom observation, professional teacher guidance, performance evaluation, and providing constructive criticism. The research methods used include in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The results of the study indicate that teachers can improve their pedagogical skills, create a more interactive learning atmosphere, and improve student learning outcomes with effective supervision. Effective supervision also helps teachers create different learning methods that are in accordance with student needs. Therefore, educational supervision plays an important role in building a good learning culture in schools.

Accidents or injuries can happen anywhere, anytime, even in the school environment. Wherever an accident occurs, it is necessary to get immediate help to reduce the danger and immediately go to the nearest health facility. The low level of knowledge and motivation of PMR members will be a big problem, because PMR members are trained as first aiders in schools before the victim is sent to the next health facility. This study used a quantitative pre-experimental type with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were all members of PMR SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jambi City. The sample in this study was 35 students using the total sampling technique. The independent variable of this study is first aid education and the dependent is the knowledge and motivation of PMR members. The research instrument used a 2-time questionnaire using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that before the intervention, some respondents had sufficient knowledge as many as 27 respondents (77.1%) and after the intervention the respondents had good knowledge as many as 35 respondents (100%). Motivation of PMR members before being given the intervention, most respondents were moderately motivated with a total of 31 respondents (88.6%) and motivation after being given the intervention all respondents were highly motivated as many as 35 respondents (100%). Natural disasters have become an integral part of people's lives in Indonesia, disrupting daily activities and causing significant impacts. Indonesia, located in the Ring of Fire, faces a high risk of volcanic eruptions, including the active Mount Kerinci which has the potential to cause disasters such as volcanic ashfall. Kresik Tuo Village, located near Mount Kerinci, faces a direct threat from this eruption. The community, especially the youth, need to improve their preparedness and knowledge to deal with potential disasters. The "MENGABU Siaga dalam Bencana" program is designed to improve the preparedness of the Kresik Tuo Village community in dealing with potential volcanic ashfall, with the hope of contributing to the development of community preparedness strategies in disaster-prone areas. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique with convenience sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 40 respondents. Wilcoxon test shows that there is a significant increase in the knowledge of youth preparedness for the eruption of Mount Merapi after being given the "Mengabu Siaga dalam Bencana" program. Health education is a crucial aspect of guiding learners about health in a broad range, encompassing physical, mental, and social well-being. Schools, being environments where students are exposed to various hazards, are particularly vulnerable to accidents. First aid education is essential in preventing injuries and ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Augmented Reality (AR) based First Aid health education on the knowledge of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members at Titian Teras State Senior High School, Jambi City. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with one pretest-posttest group without a control group. A total of 50 PMR members were involved, divided into an intervention group (n=25) and a control group (n=25). The intervention group received AR-based First Aid health education, while the control group received conventional methods. Data collection was conducted using a knowledge assessment tool, and pre- and post-test analyses were performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in the intervention group's knowledge. After the intervention, 80% of respondents in the intervention group achieved the "good" category, compared to only 36% in the control group. The Mann-Whitney test confirmed the significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05), indicating that the AR-based First Aid health education was more effective in improving PMR members' knowledge compared to conventional methods. This study concludes that AR-based First Aid health education is more effective in improving PMR members' knowledge compared to conventional methods. The integration of AR technology in health education highlights its potential in enhancing learning outcomes and improving the preparedness of students in responding to emergencies. The findings suggest that AR can be a valuable tool in health education, particularly in first aid training, by providing an immersive and interactive learning experience that enhances both knowledge and skills acquisition.

Heart attacks are caused by a blockage that keeps blood from flowing to the heart and to the brain, resulting in further complications such as failure of the heart muscle to get oxygen supply which results in a person's death. Therefore, patients with heart disease require Percutaneous Coronary Intervention to deal with their treatment. PCI is also known as cardiac angioplasty or percutaneous coronary intervention. PCI installation in patients with heart disease can affect physical activity so that patients really need family support. Family support will increase self-confidence and motivation to face problems and increase the standard of living to improve the patient's quality of life. This type of research uses a quantitative technique with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 54 people.The results showed that the majority of respondents had good family support, with all dimensions of family support having a good percentage which showed a significant good percentage (100.00%), and had a very good quality of life (75.93%) , with those who have a good quality of life (24.07%). There is a significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room of Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi, with the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.032 less than α (0.05). In addition to the analysis significance value, a correlation coefficient (cc) value of 0.293* was also obtained.The relationship between family support and quality of life of post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients in the cardiac clinic room at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi in 2023 resulted in a relationship that was sufficient or strong enough and led to a positive relationship, that is, better family support.

Introduction: Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a health financing system that ensures every individual has equitable access, quality and financially affordable health services. BPJS as the organizing body has made efforts to encourage the achievement of UHC but in it’s implementation there are many obstacles.Method: This research is an analytical qualitative research. Result: Public knowledge about health insurance is still low, the availability of health facilities and coverage of health services are in accordance with standards.Discussion: There are still many people who do not know the importance of being a participant in health insurance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of management practices on improving service quality through the integrated core practice of EFQM and Six Sigma Public Health Centers in Jambi Province. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design approach through two stages of research. The research data was obtained using a questionnaire from a sample of 560 civil servant employees in 24 health centers that were randomly selected and analyzed by second order using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of the study found that the implementation of management practices and core practices had a fairly good average by employees and each had a direct effect on the service quality of the Public Health Center. The core practice is able to partially mediate between management practices and the quality of Public Health Center services. However, in practice, not all Public Health Center have implemented quality management practices.

Toddlerhood is a golden era in children's growth and development because it is a period of real growth that influences and determines children's subsequent development. Through the Toddler Family Development (Bina Keluarga Balita/BKB) movement. Every family would be able to enhance their talents, particularly in caring for their toddlers and pre-school-aged children, to promote optimum child growth and development. Health cadres play a significant role in efforts to strengthen the community's capacity to reach optimal health status independently. This study seeks to identify the elements that influence the involvement of cadres in providing family care services for toddlers in the city of Jambi. This study used a quantitative, cross-sectional methodology. This study's population consisted of 450 cadres from the Toddler Family Development (Bina Keluarga Balita/BKB) program. This study's sample consisted of 81 the Toddler Family Development (Bina Keluarga Balita/BKB) cadres selected using Probability Sampling with Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The chi-square test demonstrates that there is a correlation between the variables attitude (p-value = 0.001) and motivation (p-value = 0.002). Moreover, there is no correlation between knowledge and BKB cadres' roles (p-value = 0.180). Attitude and motivation variables are substantially associated with the role of the Toddler Family Development (Bina Keluarga Balita/BKB) Cadres in Jambi City.
