Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the impact of the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), perceived ease of use, and security risk on food purchasing decisions at Resto Tom Sushi, with user experience as a mediating variable. The increasing adoption of digital payments through QRIS and mobile banking (m-banking) has changed consumer transaction patterns, especially in the restaurant industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving QRIS and m-banking users at Resto Tom Sushi. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the use of QRIS, perceived ease of use, and security risk had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, user experience plays a mediating role that strengthens the relationship between independent variables and purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of good user experience and digital literacy in increasing the effectiveness of digital payments and encouraging the adoption of non-cash payments in the culinary sector.

Generation Z or Gen-Z is a generation that was born and grew up in an era of continuously developing technology. Surveys show that more than fifty percent of the generation Z workforce experiences work burnout. This research wants to look again at whether it is true that workers in the Gen-Z age get tired more quickly than previous generations. The aim of this research is also to look at the factors that influence work fatigue for employees belonging to the Gen-Z age group, namely those born between 1995 and 2012. The determining factors for Gen-Z employee fatigue are determined by two factors, namely the work environment and working hours. Apart from that, there is an intermediary factor, namely work motivation, which influences work fatigue. The population of this study were employees of the Central Java Regional Financial Agency with a sample of 111 Gen-Z employees. The analysis method uses convergent tests, reliability tests, hypothesis testing with the SmartPls Version 3 analysis tool. The results of this study found that only the working hours variable determines work motivation and work fatigue in generation Z employees. Meanwhile, work environment variables have no influence on work motivation and work burnout in Gen-Z employees. The limitations of this research are the small number of employees and not separating female and male employees. Future research could use the gender variable as a control variable. Apart from that, the research object can be extended to employees who work in shifts or employees who have flexible working hours such as online drivers or supermarket workers who open shops 24 hours.

Stock prices serve as a benchmark for investors to assess a company's success. A positive stock return is an indicator of business success for a company. This study has three main objectives: to examine the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock returns, to investigate the relationship between Return On Assets (ROA) and stock returns, and to determine the extent to which the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affects stock returns. The population of this study consists of 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2023. Simple random sampling was used to randomly select samples from the population, resulting in 264 quarterly financial data samples. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from semi-annual reports downloaded from www.idx.co.id and from the respective pharmaceutical companies' websites. Data analysis was conducted using Eviews version 10. The study found that only one variable, Earnings Per Share (EPS), significantly influences stock returns. The other two variables, Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), do not have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstrak:
This research was motivated by several cases resulting from the actions of naughty debtors which caused significant losses for Indonesia. There is a legal vacuum in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, making it difficult for law enforcers to determine criminal acts committed by naughty debtors. The problem formulation taken is how banking law in Indonesia is in the perspective of legal objective theory, and what is the juridical review of bad debtors in the banking law. This research uses a normative legal research approach with a theory and legal principles approach. Several things need to be reviewed due to the impact caused by Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, namely that there is an article that can only ensnare bank employees if there is some form of criminal liability. Apart from that, there is no clause that regulates criminal sanctions for bank employees who collude with debtors. Bank Indonesia can impose administrative sanctions, but this authority is not regulated expressly and unequivocally in the Banking Law. So that Bank Indonesia has the potential to abuse its authority in determining actions.

Company performance can be seen from financial ratios and market ratios. High financial ratios and market ratios will attract investor interest, thereby increasing company value. This research has two objectives, namely looking at the influence of financial ratios on company value and analyzing the influence of market ratios on company value in the food and beverage sector. The research sample consisted of 120 annual financial data from 30 food and beverage sector companies listed on IDX consecutively from 2019-2022. The analysis method uses multiple regression tests and classical assumptions with SPSS as an analysis tool. Financial ratios are measured from three ratios, namely the solvency ratio, profitability ratio and liquidity ratio. The market ratio is measured from earnings per share or EPS. The research results show that only financial ratios as measured by profitability ratios can influence company value positively and significantly, while other financial ratios have no effect on company value. The market ratio relationship shows significant and negative influence on company value.
