Although many studies have examined school leadership, few have specifically explored the implementation of leadership in private vocational high schools, particularly regarding performance improvement strategies and their relation to teacher development and educational quality. This study analyzes the principal's leadership in improving school quality through performance enhancement. A qualitative case study method was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, and validated through source triangulation. The results show that the principal of PAB 8 Sampali Private Vocational High School plays a strategic role as a leader, manager, and motivator in enhancing educational quality. He effectively manages resources, implements innovations such as the “Work, Study, Entrepreneurship” program, motivates teachers, and fosters collaboration to create a conducive learning environment. Despite challenges such as policy changes and diverse student characteristics, these were addressed through teacher training and strategic adjustments. His leadership has had a significant positive impact, as evidenced by the school’s accreditation improvement from grade C to A, increased student enrollment, and enhanced achievements. Implementing the Eight National Education Standards has strengthened school quality and fulfilled stakeholder expectations. Conclusion: The principal’s leadership effectively improves educational quality through innovation, sound management, and the ability to adapt to various challenges.

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Policy of the Directorate General of Islamic Education Circular No. 10 of 2024 concerning the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) at the Tarogong Islamic Boarding School, Garut Regency, and its impact on students' learning motivation. Education, especially in Islamic boarding schools, requires special attention regarding adequate nutritional access for students, which has a significant impact on the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which allows researchers to explore in depth the experiences and perceptions of students, teachers, Islamic boarding school leaders, kitchen managers and parents regarding this program. The results of the study indicate that this policy has a positive impact on students' learning motivation, where the majority of students reported increased enthusiasm and concentration in participating in learning after receiving nutritious food intake regularly. However, there are challenges in its implementation, such as the quality of distribution and the need for training for supporting staff. This study provides recommendations for related parties to improve collaboration between educational institutions, local governments, and logistics providers for the sustainability of the program, as well as implementing evaluation mechanisms to improve aspects that are less effective. In conclusion, the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) not only functions as a nutritional intervention, but also as an important strategy in improving the motivation and learning achievement of students in Islamic boarding schools.

This study examines the principal's role in shaping student discipline at Bina Siswa Private Middle School. The research method used is a case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results: the principal plays a crucial role in shaping student discipline by establishing and enforcing rules that promote positive behaviour and prevent negative actions, creating a conducive learning environment. As a leader, the principal sets an example by being punctual and organising programs to improve student behaviour, such as extracurricular activities and character-building initiatives. As a supervisor, the principal conducts classroom observations and home visits to ensure consistent discipline and monitor student development. Internal and external factors influence student discipline, including family, school, and the community. Although discipline fosters a productive environment, excessive strictness may cause stress, requiring a personalized educational approach. In conclusion, the principal's leadership is vital in shaping the discipline character at school.

Sharia cooperatives are Sharia-based economic institutions that play a strategic role in empowering the economy of the Muslim community. By adhering to principles such as the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling), as well as implementing profit-sharing systems (mudharabah or musharakah), Sharia cooperatives provide a fair, transparent, and inclusive alternative to support economic activities in society. These cooperatives aim not only to achieve financial gains but also to fulfill social missions, such as poverty alleviation, equitable welfare distribution, and holistic improvement of the community’s quality of life. Various products and services offered—such as Sharia savings, halal financing, and Sharia-compliant investments—provide financial solutions that align with Islamic values and meet societal needs. Nevertheless, the implementation of Sharia cooperatives faces several challenges, including limited public understanding, competition with conventional financial institutions, and constraints in human resources and capital. Through public education, capacity building for cooperative managers, and comprehensive government policy support, Sharia cooperatives hold great potential to become a key instrument in fostering a more just, equitable, and sustainable economy. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Sharia values into cooperative management to ensure its contribution to the sustained welfare of the community.

Akad is an essential element in Islamic economic transactions as it serves as the foundation of the agreement between the involved parties. The underlying principles of Sharia in managing contracts include justice, honesty, equality, and trust, with the aim of creating fair transactions in accordance with Islamic law. This article aims to examine the principles of Sharia in managing contracts and their implementation in various forms of Islamic economic transactions, such as Islamic banking, microfinance, and Shariah compliant capital markets. The qualitative approach is used with normative analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic literature, as well as a review of modern practices. The study's findings indicate that proper Shariah-compliant contract management not only ensures the legality of transactions but also enhances trust and blessings in economic activities. By understanding these principles, it is hoped that the community and economic players can implement contracts more wisely and responsibly.

In the last few decades, entrepreneurship has become one of the main pillars of economic development, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Makassar City, as one of the economic centers in Eastern Indonesia, has an important role in encouraging the growth of the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector. One of the efforts made by the government and various institutions is to develop a Business Incubator Program, which aims to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurs through educational support, training and guidance. In Makassar District, Bara-Baraya Timur Village, the development of local entrepreneurs is increasingly being paid attention to. Business incubators in this area offer programs to help local entrepreneurs develop business skills, increase access to capital, and open wider networks. Although business incubators have proven successful in various countries, their application in each region can certainly produce different results, depending on the characteristics of the economic and social environment. In Bara-Baraya Timur Subdistrict, there are several challenges faced by one of the local entrepreneurs who were interviewed by researchers, such as a lack of management skills, as well as increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the researcher decided to research more deeply into "The influence of business incubators on the entrepreneurial economy in Makassar City, Bara-Baraya Timur Subdistrict".
 
 
 

The role of the madrasa head as supervisor has been to try to support teacher professionalism through planning supervision programs, implementing and following up on the results of supervision evaluations, but up to now there are still teachers who do not understand the tasks that must be fulfilled by a teacher. This research aims (1) to determine the role of the madrasa head in improving the professionalism of teachers at MTSN 2 Medan, (2) to determine the implementation of the role of the madrasa head in improving the professionalism of teachers at MTSN 2 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. There were 3 informants in this research, namely the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah I, Head of Administration and also Teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use triangulation. The research results in this study are the role of the Madrasah Head at MTsN 2, through a clear vision, inclusive approach, comprehensive professional development program, use of data in decision making, and prioritization of student welfare, has succeeded in creating a school environment that is conducive to improving quality. education and teacher professionalism. The innovations carried out by the Madrasa Head at MTsN 2 have succeeded in improving the professionalism of teachers and staff, as well as the overall quality of education.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in the transportation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.The research method used is quantitative method, and uses a research population of 9 transportation companies. The sample technique used is purposive sampling method, the data in this study are financial statements in the form of ratios that represent each research variable and are processed using the SPSS Version 26 instrument measuring tool, the results of the t test (partial) Earning Per Share (EPS) hypothesis test research obtained that the tcount value < t table (0.559 < 2.036), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05) then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Return On Equity (ROE) obtained that the value of tcount < ttable (-0.377 > 0.05), with a sig value of (0.580 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected (-2.036) with a sig value of (0.709> 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected. The t test (persial) Net Profit Margin (NPM) obtained tcount < ttable (0.952 < 2.036) with a sig value of (0.348 > 0.05), then H0 is accepted and HI is rejected, Based on these results it can be concluded that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no significant negative effect on Stock Returns.

Program imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang kompleks, termasuk akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan, kurangnya tenaga kesehatan yang terlatih, dan faktor sosial-budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tantangan utama dalam implementasi program imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan serta untuk mengidentifikasi solusi yang memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif berdasarkan studi pustaka yang relevan dengan topik ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan merupakan hambatan utama dalam program imunisasi anak di pedesaan. Jarak yang jauh antara pemukiman penduduk dengan fasilitas kesehatan, kurangnya infrastruktur kesehatan, dan transportasi yang tidak memadai mempersulit orang tua untuk membawa anak-anak mereka untuk divaksinasi secara teratur. Kurangnya tenaga kesehatan yang terlatih juga menjadi tantangan serius dalam implementasi program imunisasi. Banyak desa yang tidak memiliki jumlah petugas kesehatan yang memadai untuk memberikan layanan imunisasi kepada masyarakat. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas kesehatan tentang imunisasi juga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Faktor sosial dan budaya juga memengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam program imunisasi. Kepercayaan, mitos, dan praktek budaya lokal seringkali memengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam mengimunisasi anak-anak mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan komunikasi yang sensitif dan berbasis budaya dalam mensosialisasikan program imunisasi. Berbagai solusi yang memungkinkan telah diidentifikasi, termasuk memperkuat infrastruktur kesehatan, meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan, dan melibatkan komunitas secara aktif dalam program imunisasi. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini secara holistik dan berkelanjutan, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan dan meningkatkan kesehatan anak-anak secara keseluruhan.
