This research is motivated by the phenomenon of stock price fluctuations in manufacturing companies, which reflect market instability, both internal and external to the company. These volatile stock price changes create uncertainty for investors, particularly when financial performance indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) show varying results across companies and time periods. Strong financial performance is usually a positive signal for investors, but inconsistencies in these indicators raise doubts in investment decision-making. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ROA, CR, and NPM on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research type, where the data used are secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial reports. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with certain criteria, resulting in a sample of 85 companies. With an observation period of four years, a total of 340 observations were analyzed. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 30 software. The results of the analysis indicate that, partially, ROA and CR have a significant influence on stock prices. This means that increasing the efficiency of asset use and the company's ability to meet short-term obligations are important factors considered by investors. However, NPM does not have a significant influence partially on stock prices. Nevertheless, all three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. This finding has important implications for company management, namely that increasing asset efficiency and optimal liquidity management can strengthen a company's attractiveness to investors by improving credible financial performance.

This article aims to analyze and describe the achievement motivation of adolescents affected by broken homes in the Rese Sengkol Community. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results showed that achievement motivation is important for every individual, to achieve their goals and develop their potential. Motivation can come from the family, because one of the functions of the family is to support the morale of its members to achieve, but not all individuals get this. Broken home family situations are one of the causes, broken homes experienced include life separation and death separation, the factors vary, ranging from house separation, economic factors, to unstable emotions from parents. The impact of broken homes experienced by adolescents is not only negative, such as vulnerable psychological conditions, they put this aside with a supportive community environment. The positive impacts of broken homes include becoming independent, mature, and able to adjust. Achievement motivation is illustrated by the existence of factors that influence adolescent achievement motivation including the figures and characteristics of the models they admire, parental expectations, environmental support, and independent parenting. As a community that focuses on the arts. The implementation of achievement motivation in this community is reflected in the paintings and drawings that are exhibited in art exhibitions.

The child-friendly city program is one of the programs where an area implements a child rights-based development system by trying to integrate several aspects such as government and community commitment and supported by human resources which in implementing it is carried out systematically, structured and sustainable, both in terms of policies that regulate this, to programs or activities. This research tries to see how the implementation of the child-friendly city program in providing special protection for children in Serua Village, South Tangerang. The research approach is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentary studies. This research uses George Edward's implementation theory which includes 4 aspects, namely resources, communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. The results showed that the implementation of the child-friendly city program in Serua Village has several success factors that have been carried out well, namely disposition and bureaucratic structure. Disposition is carried out with synergized cooperation between stakeholders, while the bureaucratic structure is well displayed in the form of coordination in the implementation of the child-friendly city. Meanwhile, other aspects that should be improved are communication and resources. Communication in this case is in the form of lack of public awareness and understanding of the program, while resources are related to budget limitations.

Drug abuse is still often found in the surrounding environment, especially among teenagers who are still at school. In Indonesia, drug abuse or illegal drugs is a use that is not for health but for recreation. Most drug users are among teenagers who are still at school, especially among high school students who can be said to be the time when teenagers are searching for their identity. The effect that drugs have on users will cause discomfort and can be psychologically disturbing for users. The aim of this research is to determine family social support for drug abuse. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The technique for determining informants uses a purposive technique with five key informants and five supporting informants. The research results show that the causes of drug abuse are caused by the environment, high curiosity and other external factors that encourage informants to abuse drugs. The impacts experienced by drug abuse are divided into two categories, namely physical impacts such as withdrawal, while psychological impacts such as slow work, carelessness and difficulty concentrating. Family social support has four supports, namely: informational, assessment, instrumental and emotional.

The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear analysis using the SPSS version 29.0 program. The results of this research are that market risk, financial risk, and profitability (ROA) have a negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, business risk has a positive effect on stock returns.

This research is in the background that a balanced scorecard is a management system used to implement strategies, evaluate performance not only from financial aspects, but also involving non-financial aspects. In addition, a balanced scorecard is used to convey the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Prambon Health Center seen using the balanced scorecard method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and is conducted at the Prambon Health Center. The results of this study show that the performance of the Prambon Health Center is measured by the balanced scorecard method from a financial perspective on the economic and efficiency ratios in 2021 to 2023 showing good results, and on the effectiveness ratio seen in 2021 to 2023 showing poor results. From a customer perspective, measured using customer satisfaction from 2021 to 2023, it shows good results. From an internal business perspective measured using the ALOS indicator seen from 2021 to 2023 shows good results, The BOR indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, the TOI indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, and the BTO indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows good results. The conclusion from the data analysis from the Prambon Health Center measured using a balanced scorecard for the period from 2021 to 2023 is always increasing every year. The results of this study show the role of parents in overcoming children addicted to gadgets in early childhood.

The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the data obtained. The findings of this research show what women go through in terms of social function from the physical and mental levels they have gone through. The results of the research reveal that the causes of domestic violence against women occur due to economic difficulties, excessive emotions and disobedience, while several impacts are experienced by the victim, such as psychological impacts such as post-traumatic stress, shame and anxiety for the partner, first. both physical impacts such as bruises and bruises.

The research highlights the crucial role of social support and perseverance in responding to the impact of stress on single parents, influencing overall family well-being.

The purpose of this research is to determine the coaching pattern of the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Tangerang, to find out the factors that influence changes in children's behavior in dealing with the law, to find out changes in children's behavior in dealing with the law at the Special Development Institute for Class I Children in Tangerang. Children in conflict with the law are children who are in conflict with the law, children who are victims of the law and children who are witnesses to criminal acts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants was ten people, including five supervisors of the Class I Special Development Institute for Children in Tangerang and five informants from correctional students. Determining informants using purposive sampling and testing the validity of the data using data triangulation. From the results of this research, it was found that the factors that cause children to encounter the law include social factors, lack of parental supervision, and economic factors. The coaching pattern includes personality coaching. The results of this research include personality development which has a positive impact on changing the behavior of correctional students in institutions in the form of increasing religious skills and increasing knowledge in formal education.
