Sistem monitoring kesehatan seperti suhu tubuh, detak jantung, dan saturasi oksigen merupakan aspek yang sangat vital dalam mendeteksi gejala awal dari berbagai penyakit seseorang terutama dalam kondisi pasca-pandemi COVID-19. Namun, permasalahan yang muncul adalah adanya keterbatasan dalam sistem monitoring konvensional yang bersifat manual dan tidak real-time yang seringkali menghambat efisiensi dalam proses memonitoring kesehatan, khususnya di lingkungan rumah sakit, puskesmas, atau pemantauan individu di rumah. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengembangkan sistem monitoring kesehatan yang mampu mengukur tanda-tanda vital sign secara real-time dan terintegrasi dengan web server agar data dapat diakses secara jarak jauh melalui smartphone. Penerapan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup perancangan perangkat keras menggunakan sensor MLX90614 untuk suhu tubuh, sensor MAX30100 untuk denyut jantung dan saturasi oksigen, serta mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM yang memiliki konektivitas Wi-Fi dan kamera. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirimkan secara otomatis ke web server berbasis protokol HTTP dan ditampilkan dalam antarmuka berbasis web yang ramah pengguna. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi sensor vital sign dengan ESP32-CAM berbasis IoT yang tidak hanya mengirimkan data biometrik secara real-time, tetapi juga memungkinkan pengawasan visual melalui kamera bawaan, yang sangat berguna untuk verifikasi pasien dalam konteks monitoring jarak jauh. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa perangkat mampu membaca dan mengirimkan data dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata suhu tubuh sebesar 99,34 %, detak jantung sebesar 87,89 %, dan saturasi oksigen sebesar 99,13%.

Mulya Happenny. This study aims to get an in-depth picture of the effect on improving the performance and motivation of Bappeda employees of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. The place that became the object of research was the Bappeda of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency which was located on Merdeka Street, Handayani Mulya Village, Talang Ubi District. The background of the problem in this study is the decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. Since 2020 in PALI Regency there are many echelon 2 positions. The Head of Division at Bappeda also holds the position of Head of Service in another place. So the researchers tried to examine whether there is an effect on improving the performance and motivation of employees under these conditions. The method used is a quantitative analysis method using the SPSS v 25 application. Data collection uses a Likert questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 50 employees using the saturated sample method or using the total population. Data analysis used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression as well as t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square). The results of the study indicate that leadership has a varied effect on increasing employee motivation and performance. Leadership in the Infrastructure Sector on improving performance with the magnitude of the influence of 25.67%, 74.5% from the Head of the Ecososbud Sector, and 26.6% from the Head of the Program. The difference in the magnitude of the effect is also shown in the employee motivation variable, namely 27.6% from the Head of the Infrastructure Division, 25.6% from the Division Head, and 30% from the Program Head. The simultaneous influence shows that leadership will affect performance improvement by 90% and 33.4% effect on employee motivation. From the results of the study, it can be suggested to the leadership to improve the quality of good leadership and make improvements in terms of coordination and communication with subordinates.

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung, 2) determine the influence of work motivation on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung, and 3) determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on the improvement of teacher performance of SMAN 3 Kayuagung. The research method uses quantitative. This research was conducted in October – December 2020. The research population is 42 teachers taken with a total sampling technique. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The results of the validity test of the variable of the application of fingerprint attendance ranged from 0.371-0.901, the variable of work motivation between 0.324-0.852, and the variable of teacher performance between 0.352-0.867. The reliability of the fingerprint attendance application questionnaire was 0.966, the work motivation questionnaire was 0.958, and the teacher performance questionnaire was 0.963. The analysis technique uses analysis prerequisite tests, regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study were that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of fingerprint attendance application and the improvement of teacher performance. This can be seen from the calculated T value (2.346) is greater than the T table (2.023) and the p-value is 0.000. (2) there was a positive but not significant effect between work motivation and teacher performance improvement. This can be seen from the T value of the calculation (1.943) is smaller than the T table (2.023) and the p-value is 0.000. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the application of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on improving teacher performance. This can be seen from the value of F calculated (23.297) is greater than F table (3.238) and the regression equation obtained Y = 32.906+0.346X1+0.311X2+e, that variables X1 and X2 contribute by 54.4% to the variable Y. From the results of the determination coefficient of 54.4%. Another factor of 45.6% that affects the improvement of teacher performance was not discussed by the researchers.

Amrul Mukminin. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Advertising Tax Contribution in Increasing Local Revenue in Palembang City. This research uses qualitative methods with data observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Arimby Palera. Efektivitas Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan belum efektif dalam kasus ini dikarenakan beberapa hal yaitu keterbatasan jumlah personil sehingga masih menghambat dalam penanganan perkara. Faktor dari efektivitas kebijakan gratifikasi adalah kerjasama antar departemen dan personil yang terjalin dengan baik, kemudian Subdirektorat III memiliki sumber daya personil yang mumpuni, dengan kedua hal tersebut kebijakan gratifikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat umum dan ASN mengenai kebijakan gratifikasi beserta kategorinya sehingga membuat banyak ASN yang terjebak dalam kasus suap. Kemudian keterbatasan jumlah personil dengan kualitas yang mumpuni akan menghambat dan memperlambat kinerja Subdirektorat III khususnya. Seharusnya satu orang petugas mampu menangani satu berkas perkara karena jumlah petugas tidak mencukupi sehingga harus menangani dua sampai tiga perkara.

Alhadi, Peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin belum berjalan secara optimal hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya koordinasi dengan instansi lain yang masih terkait dengan program dari Kesejahteraan, seperti Baznas dan lain-lain. Faktor pendukung peran bagian Kesejahteraan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin sendiri adalah pegawai yang bekerja sesuai aturan, dalam hal ini tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing bagian yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum terjalinnya koordinasi yang kuat antara bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dengan instansi yang terkait langsung dengan kesejahteraan rakyat, misalnya yang terkait dengan Baznas, Haji dan Umrah serta Tahfidz dan lain sebagainya. Kedepannya perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Education Level, and Gender on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector in North Lombok Regency. The population of this study used in this study is all MSME actors in the Creative Economy Sector in North Lombok Regency. The data collection method uses the survey sample method. The data collection technique uses an interview technique, which is where several questions are on the questionnaire. In addition, this study used a sample of 349 respondents with a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques. This research data processing uses smartPLS 3. The results of this study show that financial literacy (X1) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. The level of education (X2) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. Gender (X3) does not affect the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency.
