Dalam era modern ini, olahraga virtual atau esports semakin berkembang sebagai bukti kemajuan pada bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari konsentrasi, motivasi intrinsik, dan pengalaman bertanding terhadap prestasi atlet esports eFootball Mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional melalui uji survey dan tes. Tiga puluh atlet berprestasi menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner, grid concentration test, dan skor prestasi atlet. Hasil analisis pada uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan jika pengaruh konsentrasi, motivasi intrinsik, dan pengalaman bertanding terhadap prestasi atlet esports efootball mobile ditunjukkan dengan koefisien R square memiliki nilai sebesar 0.670 atau 67.0%, sisanya 33.0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Sementara pada hasil analisis uji regresi linear berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pengalaman Bertanding memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap variabel Prestasi Atlet sebesar 38.7%. Disusul oleh Motivasi Intrinsik dengan pengaruh sebesar 31.0% serta variabel Konsentrasi dengan pengaruh sebesar 30.2%. Variabel konsentrasi, motivasi intrinsik, dan pengalaman bertanding secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet esports eFootball Mobile, yang dibuktikan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000.

Physical activity is vital for children to improve their motor skills and overall fitness. This study aimed to develop the Dance Intensive Nimble Activity (DINA), a physical activity model combining trending TikTok dances with short, high-intensity mini-games. The ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) guided the development. The study involved 68 children aged 9-10 years across Central Java and Yogyakarta schools, with data collected through observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Expert validation rated DINA as "Very Valid" (mean score 3.76/4), while children's responses showed high enthusiasm (mean score 3.60/4). DINA was easy to follow, engaging, and beneficial in enhancing motor skills, fitness, and cognitive function. The combination of fun music, simple moves, and ice-breaking elements made DINA enjoyable for children, promoting positive feelings and motivation. In conclusion, DINA is an effective and practical alternative physical activity model for children aged 9-10.

The international expansion of local brands into global markets is becoming increasingly relevant in the era of globalization. This research analyzes the international market expansion strategy implemented by the Eiger brand, particularly in the context of opening its first retail store in Interlaken, Switzerland. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical research design, this study examines market penetration strategies, marketing mix implementation, digital brand identity development, and key success factors of Eiger's expansion. The results show that Eiger's success in entering the European premium market was supported by strategic location selection, proper market entry timing, and effective product adaptation for the target market. Comprehensive marketing mix implementation, supported by strong digital communication strategies, played a significant role in building brand presence in the international market. Key success factors include strong internal capabilities, effective network development, and appropriate cultural adaptation strategies. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of international expansion models for brands from developing countries and provides practical lessons for Indonesian companies planning similar expansions.

The efforts of the Kupang Region 3T KKN Students consisting of UPN "Veteran" East Java students and the University of Jember in empowering vulnerable groups in Oenoni Village were carried out with the establishment of the K-Poinoni House which is a big step towards the progress of the humanist Oenoni village through the development of inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship. This K-Poinoni House is expected to create an inclusive, productive, and sustainable environment, which is able to bring Oenoni Village towards progress and shared prosperity. Overall, Rumah K-Poinoni is expected to bring significant positive change, create welfare, and support sustainable development in the village.

This study investigates how the Pancasila philosophy is applied in the lives of students in the Industrial Engineering Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews with Industrial Engineering Study Program students to gain a complete understanding. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and phenomenological methodology. This research found that the application of Pancasila values in students' lives had a positive impact on the development of their character, ethics and national spirit. In addition, this research found that collective efforts from various parties can strengthen the internalization of these values, even though there are obstacles in implementing these values. Recommendations include increasing Pancasila-based character education programs and collaboration between universities and related institutions to increase the implementation of Pancasila values.

Kedai Kopi Abah is one of the SMEs that has good business development potensial in Blitar City because it has a strategic location in the middle of the busy center of Blitar City. However, there are challenge that must be faced by Kedai Kopi Abah namely that the use of social media as a digital marketing platform is still not optimal. This Community Service Program was conducted using training and socialization methods aimed directly at managers of Kedai Kopi Abah. This training and socialization activity takes the form of optimizing rebranding and strengthening digital marketing communications at Kedai Kopi Abah with the aim of improving the skills of Kedai Kopi Abah managers in producing interesting content on Instagram account. This training activity can attract a positive response from participants who attended the training and socialization on optimizing rebranding and strengthening digital marketing communication at Kedai Kopi Abah.

Karang Taruna is one of the community organizations focused on social affairs in society. Bendo Village, Blitar City, is one of the areas with potential for developing young community potential. Bendo Village already has a youth community called Karang Taruna. However, Karang Taruna in Bendo Village faces challenges that can hinder its development. One such challenge is the lack of ability to conduct organizational marketing or Personal branding through social media. To address this, videography-based Personal branding training was conducted with the aim of providing new understanding and skills to Karang Taruna in Bendo Village. The implementation method in this community service consists of preparation, briefing, training implementation, and monitoring evaluation. The Personal branding training conducted received a positive response from Karang Taruna members. With this positive response, it is hoped that in future activities, Karang Taruna in Bendo Village can further develop and improve their ability to conduct videography-based Personal branding on social media.

In the context of modern education, character education goes beyond teaching discipline or enforcing rules; it strengthens the core of good personality and fosters positive behaviors in daily life. This paper reviews character education from various perspectives, including the conceptual understanding, implementation approaches in educational institutions, and its impact on shaping a better future generation. By integrating values such as integrity, empathy, honesty, and responsibility, character education plays a crucial role in shaping individuals who are not only academically competent but also ethically sound and capable of making positive contributions to society. Through a profound understanding of these values, educational institutions can play a crucial role in laying a solid moral foundation for future generations.

This research explores the classification of brass instrument sounds using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) combined with Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) feature extraction. This research aims to improve the accuracy of brass instrument sound recognition by utilizing CNN's ability to process audio data. Through experiments conducted with different audio durations and variations in CNN model architecture, this study evaluates the impact of dataset separation and model design on classification performance. The results show that dataset duration and CNN model architecture significantly affect classification accuracy, with the highest accuracy achieved in the scenario using 30 seconds of audio duration with an accuracy value of 84%. In addition, experiments varying the number of convolution layers in the CNN model show that the selection of the model architecture plays an important role in classification performance. Overall, this research contributes to advancing the field of audio classification by providing insight into the optimal dataset duration and model architecture for wind instrument speech recognition using CNNs.
