Abstrak:
This thesis is entitled THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCY, MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE INVESTMENT AND ONE-DOOR INTEGRATED SERVICE OFFICE OF CIAMIS REGENCY. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method, including subject selection, data collection techniques (such as questionnaires, observation and interviews). With the measurement scale used in this study is Likert. With the sampling technique using the total sampling technique, namely all employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Ciamis Regency in 2019 as many as 44 people. The results of the study showed that 1). There is an influence of competence on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.767, meaning that the better the employee's competence, the employee's performance will increase, 2). There is an influence of motivation on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.633, meaning that the better the motivation, the more employee performance will increase, 3). There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.672, meaning that the better the work discipline, the more employee performance will increase, 4). There is an Influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the correlation coefficient value (R) is 0.839, meaning that the better the Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline, the more effective the employee performance will be. Based on the calculation, it is known that F count 31.785> F table 3.23, so the relationship between X1, X2, X3 and Y is significant. In other words, the hypothesis that the author proposes can be accepted because it has been statistically tested.

Abstrak:
The purpose of the study was to determine and describe (1) the competence, motivation, and performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, (2) the influence of competence on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, (3) the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency, and (4) the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency. With the formulation of the problem how the research objectives are formulated. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. The competence of BPS employees based on respondents is included in the good category, with the highest indicator being the attitude indicator with an average score of 144.33 or 78.01% (in the good category) while the lowest average score occurred in the knowledge indicator of 135 or 72.97% (in the good category). The results of data processing show that the competence of BPS employees has a positive effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Statistics Agency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With competence and motivation that continue to increase, employee performance will increase further. The work motivation of BPS employees based on respondents is included in the good category, with the work motivation indicator being the indicator of the need for power with the highest average score of 148 or 80% in the good category while the lowest average score is in the indicator of the need for achievement of 145 or 78.70% in the good category. If presented as a whole, the respondents' responses to work motivation are 77.89% when compared to table 4.28. then it is in the 4th interval which means that the respondents' responses to employee performance are included in the good category. The results of data processing show that employee work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With increasing competence and motivation, employee performance will increase. Competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. This means that if there is an increase in competence and motivation, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. With increasing competence and motivation, employee performance will increase.

This research is motivated by the less than optimal performance of the organization which is marked by the less than optimal achievement of the planned work targets according to the time and proportion that has been set. The less than optimal performance of the organization is thought to be caused by the less effective conflict management and low work culture in the Pangandaran port office. Conflict management managed by the leadership is less effective in controlling the running of the organization which is full of conflicts between employees, both openly and secretly. Employees at the Pangandaran port office seem to form groups that create a gap so that there is no compact cooperation among employees in carrying out their main tasks and work programs. The purpose of this study is to determine how conflict management affects organizational performance, how work culture affects organizational performance, and how conflict management and work culture affect organizational performance. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that conflict management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and conflict management and work culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstrak:
This research was motivated by the performance of employees in the Provincial Revenue Service Office of the Tasikmalaya District who were less likely to experience good improvement. Therefore research is needed in order to find the factors that influence employee performance. Variables that are thought to influence employee performance are employee competence, employee work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of employee competencies partially on employee performance, work discipline partially on employee performance, work environment partially on employee performance and employee competencies, work discipline and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The subject of this study was the Provincial Revenue Service of the Tasikmalaya Regency Region with a population of all employees in the scope of the Provincial Revenue Office of the Tasikmalaya Regency. sampling from the population using a random sampling system or random sample with 35 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program ver. 20. The results of this study indicate that employee competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and employee competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of Tasikmalaya Regency Provincial Revenue Service staff employees.

The purpose of this study was to study, determine, and analyze the influence of ATM services (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis was validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Tangibles have a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if tangibles are increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (2) Reliability has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if reliability is increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (3) Responsiveness has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if responsiveness is increased, the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. (4) Assurance has a positive effect on the level of customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then the level of customer satisfaction will also increase. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. The workload has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload is increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (3) The performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest value on the quantity indicator produced and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or ?1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) seen from environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing the IDM from environmental resilience is still less than optimal in underdeveloped villages and developing villages. Although developing villages are better than underdeveloped villages, there are several problems such as potential disasters that have not been handled properly, especially landslides. In terms of economic resilience, developing village communities have a better diversity of livelihoods than underdeveloped villages. Access to trade facilities and financial institutions is limited in both villages, although developing villages have alternatives through BUMDes. In terms of social resilience, access to education and health in both villages is quite good, although the BPJS membership rate is still low. In terms of housing, developing villages have recorded almost equal access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity, while underdeveloped villages have not reached 100%. Access to information and communication in both villages is available, but not yet optimal.
