Abstrak:
This study investigates the impact of Profitability, Revenue, and Leverage, with investment policies as intervention variables, on the share prices of telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this study analyzes secondary data collected from the company's financial statements. The aim of this study was to consider additional performance indicators for a comprehensive understanding of the overall health of the company. The sample consisted of 18 companies selected through purposive sampling, each meeting specific criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the relationships between the variables under investigation. These findings reveal that ROA, EPS, and DER have a significant positive effect on the Price Income Ratio (PER). In contrast, ROA has a significant negative impact on stock prices, while EPS, DER, and PER have a positive impact on stock prices. In addition, PER mediates the relationship between ROA and DER with stock price but does not mediate the relationship between EPS and stock price

Abstrak:
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo yang terdampak pandemi COVID 19. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemi ini maka UMKM di tuntut untuk bertahan agar terhindar dari kebangkrutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu pasar produk UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo mendapatkan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen

Financial administration of village governments in Indonesia still experiences deficiencies in various aspects. Problems with village government financial administration occurred in Curug Village, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency. Village Financial Management is strictly regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014. As Implementation Guidelines regarding Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 has been stipulated which regulates the Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 emphasizes village financial management.Training activities were carried out by presenting material regarding Village Financial Administration followed by questions and answers between resource persons and participants. Through this training activity, it is hoped that the Curug Village Government apparatus, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency will be able to administer their village finances well so that the Curug Village Government, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency will be able to apply the principles of Good Governance.Through the implementation of this community service activity, it is hoped that the Curug Village Government apparatus, Tirto District, Pekalongan Regency can increase their understanding of village government financial administration practices, especially the practice of recording village income and expenditure transactions in the General Cash Book and General Cash Assistant Book.Keywords: Governance; finance; village.

Abstrak:
Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor keberhasilan suatu organisasi/perusahaan. Kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh tiap sumber daya manusia perlu diperhatikan agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan yang menghambat perkembangan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. DSV SOLUTION INDONESIA Cabang Semarang, menggunakan metode probability sampling dan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Dan diperoleh hasil Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja berhasil memediasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstrak:
<p>Researchers want to prove the ratio of debt as well as turnover from inventory, receivables, working capital and also company size to liquidity and its impact during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample uses basic Chemical industry and consumer goods listed on the IDX for the fourth quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2020. This research is quantitative research and secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports on the IDX. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method and produced 135 samples of companies. The method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that only the debt ratio has a significant negative reaction on liquidity. Company size, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover are not significant because the increase or decrease in the variable does not affect the level of liquidity. During this covid-19 pandemic, there is no change in the relationship between each independent variable to liquidity.</p>

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Effect of Price Perception, Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction (study on a new copy of the new Semarang). The population of this research is the consumers of the Semarang New Current Photocopy. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. In this research, purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides the opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 21 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely price perception (X1), service quality (X2), and product quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). . Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.798, which means that 79.8 percent of the customer satisfaction variable can be explained by the price perception variable, service quality and product quality while the remaining 20.2 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

<p><em>This research aims to find out the influence of Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) on hotel, restaurant and tourism companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Research on profitability in companies engaged in the tourism sector is necessary because currently, the sector has a high opportunity to move the community's economy. This research will reveal variations in the role of company size, solvability, and liquidity to profitability in the tourism sector. The sample used in this study amounted to 10 of the 48 Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the period 2018-2020. The selection of such samples using purposive sampling techniques, in which researchers set specific provisions tailored to the purpose of the study. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on simultaneous tests, it was found that the variables Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) significantly affect the return on asset (ROA) in hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sectors listed on the IDX.</em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian tentang profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang bergerak disektor pariwisata sangat perlu dilakukan. Sektor ini memiliki peluang tinggi dalam menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap variasi peran ukuran perusahaan, sovabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas dalam sector pariwisata. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 dari 48 perusahaan subsektor Hotel, Restoran, dan Pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Pemilihan sampel tersebut menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana peneliti menetapkan ketentuan tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian simultan ditemukan bahwa variabel Firm Size, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset (ROA) pada subsektor hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI.</p>

<p><em>Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Dividend Payout Ratio Sourced in table 2, the t-statistic has a value of -2,641372 which is smaller than t-table 2 009, so that the t-statistic located in the Ha area is accepted. Not only that, it is supported by a probability value (p-value) of 0.0114 which is smaller than an alpha of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affects the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the dining zone. and beverages listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. This result is in line with Rindasari's previous research (2018). However, this result does not match the research conducted by Samrotun (2015) which states that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. But it is different from the research conducted by Yurinawati and Andayani (2017) which shows that the Current Ratio does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Based on the results of the analysis and review, with illustrations of 10 food and beverage industries listed on the Indonesia Impact Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020, as follows: Return on Assets, Current Ratio does not affect, but Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Dimensions affect the dividend payout ratio.</em></p>

<p><em>The phenomenon that is the background of this study is that during 2017 to 2019 there are still many manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, having a Price Book Value (PBV) smaller than one. Many studies produce different results about the factors that affect PBV. The question of determinant factors arises whether that affects the PBV. Whether PBV is affected by Profitability (ROA) sales growth (Growth), And Debt Equity Ratio (DER), this research was conducted to answer the question. The theories used in this study are: signaling theory, trade-off theory. This study used purposive sampling of 75 out of 110 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2019. The data used is panel data from 2017-2019. The results of this model are expected to make a new contribution to the field of financial management. The main findings of this study are, The direct effect of Growth and DER was not significant to PBV. The effect of ROA on PBV is significant.</em></p>

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to test and analyze influence of Store Environment, Sales Promotion, and Perceived Value to Purchase Decision to Customer Matahari Departemen Store in Semarang Central Java. The research design used in descriptive research and causality research. The sampling in the study used 206 respondent with purposive sampling. The research data is processed with IBM Statistic 23.0 as a tool. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result showed that Store Environment, Perceived Value influence Purchase Decision, but for Sales Promotion not influence to Purchase Decision. Overall, independent variables affect Loyalty simultaneously. Keywords: Store environment, sales promotion, perceived value, purchase decision.AbstrakMaksud dari riset ini buat menguji dan menganalisa dampak Lingkungan Toko, Promosi Penjualan, Nilai Persepsi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen Matahari Departemen Store di Semarang Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausalitas dan deskriptif. Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 206 responden. Penelitian ini memakai metode statistik dengan program IBM statistic 23.0 sebagai alat ujinya. Riset ini memakai analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kalau Lingkungan Toko, Nilai Persepsi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Tetapi untuk Promosi Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
