This study aims to examine the role and implementation of Pancasila in three periods of government in Indonesia: Old Order, New Order, and Reformasi. Pancasila, as a state ideology, has undergone various changes in interpretation and application in accordance with the political and social dynamics that occur in each era. Under Soekarno's leadership in the Old Order, Pancasila was used as a unifying tool in the context of ideological pluralism, but faced internal and external challenges that threatened national stability. During the New Order period, Pancasila was used as a single principle used to strengthen political legitimacy, but it was often misused to silence criticism and opposition. The reforms brought greater political freedom and a more inclusive interpretation of Pancasila, but still faced challenges in overcoming radicalization, intolerance, and social disparities. This research concludes that although Pancasila remains relevant as the basis of the state, efforts are needed to actualize its values to suit the challenges of the times.

This article examines the importance of building a good organizational culture within school internal administration framework. It aims to investigate efficient methods for building and maintaining an organizational culture that supports student and educator growth. Through an in-depth literature review, several key elements are identified, including visionary leadership, shared vision-mission formulation, and staff empowerment. The article emphasizes the importance of creating a cooperative work environment to foster innovation and creativity. Key aspects examined include learning-supportive physical space design, positive psychological atmosphere creation, reward systems, and conflict management strategies. The research also discusses main obstacles such as resistance to change and generational differences, while presenting practical solutions to address them. In conclusion, building a good organizational culture is an ongoing effort requiring dedication from all parties involved. This research provides important perspectives for education practitioners and policymakers in improving overall educational standards.

The role of educational leadership is very important in developing entrepreneurial skills in students, especially in the era of globalization that requires graduates to have independent and innovative abilities. Educational leadership acts as a catalyst in creating a conducive learning environment, facilitating an entrepreneurship-based curriculum, and integrating entrepreneurship programs into the learning process. This study aims to explore the role of educational leadership in developing entrepreneurial skills in students. Educational leadership has an important role in shaping students' character and skills, including entrepreneurial skills. The research method used is a literature study to collect data and information relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that effective educational leadership can provide encouragement and motivation to students to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The implication of this study is the need for an active role of educational leadership in creating a learning environment that supports the development of entrepreneurial skills in students.

Effective sales transaction processing influences the quality of the accounting information produced, which ultimately can support better managerial decision making in the company. The research aims to analyze the influence of sales transaction processing on the quality of sales accounting information in companies. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through surveys distributed to related parties in the company's sales accounting process. The variables analyzed include accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information produced by the sales transaction processing system. The research results show that good sales transaction processing, which involves proper recording and the use of reliable information systems, has a significant positive influence on the quality of sales accounting information. These findings indicate that improving transaction processing increases the quality of accounting information, which ultimately contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of company management.

International conflicts significantly impact maritime tourism development in Southeast Asia, a region rich in natural marine beauty and essential to the regional economy. Destructive international disputes, including geopolitical tensions and naval security threats, can significantly disrupt the regional stability on which tourism is built. Although maritime tourism in Southeast Asia continues to show post-pandemic growth, conflict risk remains a significant challenge that could affect traveler confidence and hinder the sector's contribution to regional GDP. The impact of international conflicts on the development of maritime tourism in Southeast Asia is analyzed in this research using a qualitative approach and literature study method. Journals, articles, and reports were reviewed to understand how geopolitical tensions and maritime security threats affect the tourism sector. The study utilizes conflict theory to explain the dynamics of conflict escalation and the application of resolution efforts in this context. Therefore, the potential disruption of maritime tourism development by ongoing conflicts in the Southeast Asian region is highlighted. The sustainability of the industry relies on security stability, and regional cooperation is crucial in mitigating the negative impact of conflict on the economic sector.

This community service was carried out with the aim of reducing the risk of landslides by planting 100 albasia tree seedlings in areas prone to landslides. This activity involved the entire community of Pamarican Village, along with Galuh University KKN students. Through the preparation stage, socialization, training, and active participation of the community, this reforestation activity succeeded in having a positive impact. In addition to potentially reducing the risk of landslides, tree planting also provides ecological and economic benefits, such as water management, improved air quality, and potential income from sustainable forest products. With collective awareness and community involvement, it is hoped that steps to anticipate flood disasters can be more effectively carried out, maintain a healthy environment, and create sustainable environmental sustainability in Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency.

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI) berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak usia dini. Menghadapi tantangan era digital, diperlukan inovasi dalam pendekatan pembelajaran PAI agar tetap relevan, efektif, dan mampu membangkitkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas berbagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran PAI, termasuk integrasi teknologi, penggunaan media visual dan audio interaktif, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mendorong siswa untuk aktif dan kreatif. Selain itu, pendekatan kontekstual yang menghubungkan materi ajar dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak juga dieksplorasi untuk meningkatkan relevansi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman. Inovasi-inovasi ini tidak hanya dirancang untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan agama pada anak, tetapi juga menekankan pada pembentukan karakter yang positif seperti kejujuran, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, inovasi dalam pembelajaran PAI di SD/MI terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkuat pemahaman ajaran agama, serta membangun karakter berakhlak mulia. Dengan kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, diharapkan inovasi pembelajaran PAI dapat menciptakan generasi yang religius, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi tantangan di masa mendatang.

Investment in marine protection and Fisheries Management Areas (FMAs) is crucial for maintaining the sustainability of the global marine ecosystem. This paper aims to evaluate investment in marine protection and FMAs using Bunaken National Park as a case study. The Cost-Benefit and SWOT analysis approaches are employed to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and challenges faced in marine protection and fisheries management efforts in this area. Through this review, various costs and benefits of the investment are evaluated, while strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the implementation of the investment are also identified. The results of this analysis provide insights into the economic feasibility, potential success, and strategies that can be implemented to enhance the sustainability of the marine ecosystem and the welfare of local communities in Bunaken National Park.
 
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) khususnya Chat GPT terhadap kualitas akademik mahasiswa. Chat GPT, sebagai salah satu implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam bidang pendidikan, menawarkan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti penyediaan informasi secara cepat, bimbingan akademik, penyelesaian masalah pembelajaran serta dukungan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.  Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa mahasiswa magister program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Chat GPT memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik dari mahasiswa, baik dalam hal pemahaman materi, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, maupun efisiensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Namun, hasil ini juga menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), seperti potensi kurangnya keakuratan jawaban apabila tidak di kritisi dengan baik, adanya resiko ketergantungan pada Chat GPT sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas akademik mahasiswa dan kurangnya interaksi langsung mahasiswa dengan dosen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan baru tentang pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) yakni Chat GPT dalam dunia pendidikan serta dapat membantu institusi akademik dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

Salary reform as a structural improvement in a company’s compensation system is a widely applied strategy to enhance employee motivation and performance. Compensation policies that are responsive to employee needs are expected to create a work environment that supports productivity, where intrinsic motivation can be strengthened through fair and proportional rewards. This study aims to explore the extent of the influence of salary reform on improving employee motivation and performance within organizations by using a literature review method. Based on analyses of previous studies, it was found that salary reform not only plays a significant role in fostering employees' intrinsic motivation but also impacts the overall productivity of the organization. Reforms that include salary structure adjustments, performance-based incentives, and increased transparency in compensation management have proven effective in reducing disparities, enhancing loyalty, and improving workplace climate. These findings strongly imply that management should continuously develop adaptive compensation policies focused on employee needs and well-being, with the aim of optimally contributing to achieving the company’s strategic goals and enhancing organizational competitiveness.
